Acrobat Reader

Bonjour,   Je poste ici car il semblerait que j'ai un petit souci d'affichage lorsque je me rend sur le site : Link removed by moderator, suspected spam Je ne sais pas d'où cela peut venir, mais on m'indique que ma version d'Adobe n'est pas à jour, pourtant, j'ai bien la dernière version.   Quelqu'un peut m'aider s'il vous plaît ?   Merci beaucoup.

 Adobe- You know what my absolute favorite feature is?When that box comes up for Abobe Reader that tells me "Maintenance completed successfully" and then gives you no other option but to restart eventhough I have 5 projects open and a deadline to meet but who cares because Adobe wants to restart and don't even think about trying to close the program because Adobe really wants you to restart. That's a real user-friendly feature. Keep it up!! I think my only critisism here is that it doesn't pop up enough. If you could find a way for the software to update every 2 minutes, then your software leaders can pat themselves on the back without hesetancy!

SO I have asked this everywhere and even have images to support my dilemma now. My print dialogue box does not have a "Print on both sides of Paper" check box. And Acrobat keeps printing on both sides. HOW DO I STOP THIS?As you can now see clearly what I mean.Please help

I have a user on Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) 24.005.20320 who often experiences a long (30+ seconds) when opening a 4th 1-page PDF form (after opening 3 pdfs which are still open).   The files are all small (~190k), and when she closes and re-opens that 4th form, it keeps taking a long time to open.   This has been happening since the latest update of Acrobat on 13/24. I started testing and opened the task manager and saw nothing, but after several more tries I opened the respurce monitor and tried again and it finally started opening quickly.  I'm not sure those things are related, but it started working normally. Has anyone else experienced anything like this, or any thoughts on how to troubleshoot it?

Hello everyone.  I just created a writable PDF. Everything works perfectly. However, when the PDF is opened on other devices, the writable text fields are highlighted in light blue. Wenn die PDF allerdings auf anderen Geräten geöffnet wird, sind die beschreibbaren Textfelder hellblau hervorgehoben. I want to use screen swipe left or right to change pages in a pdf.   Reader is only letting me swipe up or down which is not suitable to do when reading sheet music.  Other pdf readers allow me to do this with the same files but I want to use Adobe Reader. 

Hi, I am new to PDF. I am looking for a way to swipe to advance and read through pdf pages. In other words, I have a number of pages of notes that I would like to arrange in a certain order, and be able to rearrange as necessary, and then be able to read through (in full page view) by swiping right to left, as if reading a book.Can anyone tell me if this is possible with acrobat, or if you might know of a different piece of software I can use to accomplish this? I didn't know where to start so writing my question here in this form. Thank you!

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I have an arabic text in pdf document in which I am unable to search for words. No words in the document are found even though they do exist.I will appreciate any help as to why I cannot search for words in the document. 

64 Bit Adobe will not let any documents from Oracle Opera Version 5.6 print, wich makes it virutually usuelless as No Register Card Documents will print for guests to sign. Have to constantly uninstall 64 bit and only have 32 bit on the computer, which allows everything to print just fine. It is driving me nuts because I pay quite a bit of money to have all the features in Adobe, and they are only accesible through 64 bit now. Can someone please help? Hello, Since January 23rd I am unable to install or patch my AIP for Adobe Reader 32bit MUI on any PC.  It seems like the updates are for different versions of Adobe Reader or Acrobat.   At least that's what the error messages tell me.  These are 32bit PCs so I can't switch toteh 64bit version. The updates are found here;https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html These two updates are affected;24.005.20xxx Optional update, Jan 30, 202524.005.2039x Planned update, Jan 23, 2025 I was hoping Adobe might notice, but they have not.

I can't open some of my PDF files with Acrobat Reader. Instead, it asks me to try Acrobat Pro and I can't get around that. I uninstalled Acrobat Reader and then re-downloaded it. Same problem!

Hallow i lost my file. I had them all to Acrobat Reader. I cannot find them. What can i do? They are very important. Please help. 

Several people in our customer service department need to open batches of PDF docs and then save them into the same folder as the first one. The structure will change with each batch. If Acrobat would remember the first saved file location it would eliminate much clicking around.I could not find any usable answers so far. Is there a solution now? - Thanks!

I am using this for sewing patterns on a projector. When I hide layers I don't want to see, they still show up on the saved pdf. How do I make sure the hidden layers stay hidden when saving. I tried sending it to my email, but the hidden layers still show up when opening the pdf. When I try to save the pdf in the printer app, I recieve a message that function is not supported. I am workin on a macbook pro. 

Each year I fill out a PDF Taxpayer file which has fillable fields. The files are pretty much the same from year to year. Is there an easy way to transfer the fill data from the prior file to the current file to avoid re-typing all of the fields? Thanks.

I'm on Windows 10 and the free Adobe Reader DC won't install. The True Key pack has already been installed but the reader refuses to be installed! I've tried downloading the installer many times and I always get "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC did not install successfully." I have already updated Chrome. And none of the troubleshooting tips from Adobe has been useful.Does anyone know of any alternative solutions to this?

We are using Adobe Reader DC here and when using version 18.009.20050 the PDFs open properly. When using Reader DC version 18.011.20036 the same PDF files throws the infamous "problem reading this document (109) error."  This is running on Windows 7 machines. Any one have any info on this?Thanks.Steve

Well, this question has been on for a long time but everyone seems to ignore it, so I'll just give it another shot.I get this error when trying to copy something.Most of the time, if i ignore the error I can still find it in the clipboard.Sometimes I'm lucky and it doesn't happen (using the same document), so this clears that it has no copyright protection.Yesterday I worked all day on a document with no problems, but today I'm losing a lot of time dealing with the problem and trying to fix it. (hope this clears that I have all software up to date and no plugins missing)The thing is that I often work on asian character texts and ignoring the error does no good because all I have left in the clipboard is junk data (an example of copied text: ‘¾—zŒõ”­“dƒVƒXƒeƒ€‚ÌLCA)If I try to copy again, sometimes it works (I have to try from 3 up to more than 15 times though), but I will get the error when I try copying the next word.I really doubt there's an instant solution for this, so all I'm aski

The clarity of pdf content is low when viewed in acrobat reader than in browser

Hello! I use Adobe Customization Wizard to disable program updates. I use corresponding checkbox from "Online Services and Features" tab to achieve it. But even after that the installer creates a scheduled task for the updater named "Adobe Acrobat Update Task". I want to remove the creation of this task but can't find where it can be done in Adobe Customization Wizard.

Hello guys. I am using adobe acrobat reader on MacBook air 2020, MacOS Big Sur. I could use commad + P before in case to export some pages of a PDF to a new PDF file. But it's been a while when try to do this I get this Error: Before you can perform print-related tasks such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer. I have already uninstalled and reinstall the application but still it doesn't work.    

All of a sudden when I try to open acrobat reader, the logo just bounces but won't open. When I try to open PDFs on my desktop or download a PDF from my browser and save to desktop, it doesn't work. Do I need to update AR? How do I do that if I cannot open the application? Any help is welcome. I am on Mac.
