Hi,I’m testing my new Asus Vivobook with Windows 11.Everything works fine except printing PDF documents (printing from Word works fine). When I have a pdf document open in Acrobat reader, I click the print icon. The dialog box opens (screenshot in annex). ISSUE 1)I can’t open the properties window (clicking it does nothing). The same goes for the page setup window. On the screen shot I highlighted these two buttons : properties (in Dutch eigenschappen) and page settings (in Dutch pagina instellingen). However, I can open the advanced window.ISSUE 2)When I perform the print command, nothing appears in the print queue, and nothing gets printed. In screenshot 2 the version of adobe acrobat reader. I have windows 11 home version 23H2.What to do to solve this? Thanks for your advice!Marleen
This is too much. Adobe programmers need to separate these two products natively and by design. One should be for Adobe Reader ONLY, and if the client chooses to add Adobe Standard or Professional Edition, it should not be integrated into the Reader product. They should be two separate entities. The current setup is causing wasted time at an IT level that we cannot get back and is leaving clients frustrated with the design and architecture. We are all spending too much time and effort trying to find a solution to stop annoying pop-ups and advertisements in a Reader product. I don’t make any money on MY TIME trying to keep my clients happy. Time on this planet is the most valuable asset we have as humans. So, when it's wasted on unnecessary or irrelevant issues like this, it becomes daunting. Think about it—if clients want Adobe Reader, they should have that option, and if they choose to purchase the full Standard or Professional versions, they will do so. I request That Adobe Rese

My company hires independent contractors who we have set up with a 'digital signing' system. The forms they need to complete are basic pdf forms they can fill in using reader. We have provided them with a drawing pad to allow for digital signatures to be drawn on the form. Each form requires 4 signatures from 3 different people (12 total). The guidance we have provided them says for person 1 to draw their signature and place it 4 times, then clear that signature and allow the next person to draw and place theirs. We have been receiving consistent feedback that once the second person is done signing, they are unable to clear the signature thus making it impossible for the third person to sign. Personally, I have been unable to recreate this issue, but it has been mentioned so frequently I’m wondering if there’s something to it. Would there be any reason Adobe would freeze after placing 8 signatures? The drawing pad we have provided is the One by Wacom which requires no s
Whe I try to open Adobe Reader it interrupts with a sales message and won't allow me to continue to read. How to over ride this message
Hello, I have been running into issues with installing Adobe Pro, requiring me to sign in whenever I open adobe pro. So I do just that, I sign in, but I would end up with the message with the website telling me to close my browser and continue with the application. But that is not the case I try to open it and I still get the sign in pop up. I am working on mutliple workstations and installing adobe on all of them with one email account, is that a problem? Do I need a seperate email address for all workstations? I am also using a serial number for these installs.
Anyone solve this problem?I try to research this on the internet but it has not solution yet.

Hello, a user in my company has a problem with Adobe Reader (version 2024.003.20112): it freezes several times in a day and he has to close it with task manager. We gave the user a new PC (Windows 11) and the issue still continues so we suspect a problem related to some specific file the user opens but he says it happens randomly.I tried to investigate logs but didn't find anything useful to solve the problem or identify the root cause. Can someone help me? Hi, Is it possible to configure Adobe Reader DC to automatically update as a background process, even when the product is not open? I want to ensure the latest version is installed at the point of launch, rather that it being invoked at launch. If this is not possible, how do I configure the default time interval in days to check for updates? It is referenced here (Windows Updates (adobe.com)) but does not apply to DC products. Thanks,Michael
I have a persistent and repeatable problem. I am no longer able to save a PDF document -- any PDF document. When I attempt a Save As operation, click of a recent folder or select browse, and the Windows Save As dialog appears, Acrobat Reader will crash within about 1 or 2 seconds. No other actions are necessary. If the Windows Save As dialog appears, Reader will crash within a second or two. Every time.I have uninstalled and reinstalled Reader using the latest download available today. I have checked and installed updates. I have repaired the installation. I have verified that Protected View is Off. I have verified that the same problem exists in more than one account on the computer. And I have rebooted multiple times in this process. Windows is Windows 10 Home, Version 20H2, OS Build 19042.1586.Any ideas?

Hi, we are looking to move from x86 to x64 across our estate - do we need to script the uninstallation of the x86 version first or does the x64 installer tidy everything up ? is a reboot required after uninstalling the x86 client ? thanks in advance.
The latest Acrobat Reader 2023.001.20064, like the earlier versions, fails to print some PDF files to HP PCL6 driver, returning error "PCL XL Error - IllegalAttributeValue - ReadImage. Remarkable, Google Chrome prints the same PDF file to the same printer successfully. This error can be found on the web, and the recommended workaround is to print as an image. This obviously is not an acceptable solution. Apparently this problem existed for a while; perhaps someone from Adobe would notice and fix it?
I was upgrading my Adobe Reader X to newer version where in a middle of updade my PC restarted and its not getting upgrading to newer version or getting uninstall. Kindly help me out

I can't seem to add another signature to Adobe. PDF acrobat reader. I already have a signature + initials. Additionally, I'd like to add another Signature but that seems to be impossible or not as easy as one should think.
