I have received a message stating that AED 98.29 has been debited from account 8921 using debit card at Adobe on 23-05-2024 12:15. Your bal is AED 9923.34 And i have no idea how the transaction has been made without my knowledge. When I import a document, it won't show up in Home, but it will in Recent Files. The only fix I've found is to make a copy, put the copy where I want it to go, and delete the original. When working with large amounts of files, this gets tedious rapidly. 

Hello   This message appears every time I open a PDF with Acrobat Mobile (Android). It means "Sign in to your Gmail account to access PDF attachments in Acrobat".   I can (hopefully) access the attachments in the PDF even without connecting to Gmail.So what's the point of this message and what does it really mean? Thank you.

I created a file in Adobe fill and sign and i accidentally deleted some of the info. that's on that file. Is there a way i can retrieve that info? I put so much time into it and i really don't want to do it all over again. Please help.

Having a real crisis working this one out. I've been making very similar PDF's for years, suddenly with the same basic setting my PDFs are failing on the client's iPad.When opened in iOS (my phone too) the PDF shows the first page, then flashes a number of times (possibly the number of pages) and then shows the generic grey PDF screen (filename, PDF/***, filesize).When I use Acrobat to analyze the file I see "Key Missing though required by other Key".  All my attempts to track down what's causing the error lead to frustration.  I think I need someone who knows what these errors mean to weigh in. I can't really find anything informative online. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide any insights. I'm baffled. P.S. Everything up to date, MacBook Pro M3, Sonoma 14.4.1, Indesign 19.4.0.63.  Id send the offending PDF settings, but I've been playing with them and of course, indesgin doesn't allow for easy saving of PDF settings, just the old default to

Someone has stolen my identity and taken over everythinv associated with me. My homes, so im basically homeless, vehicles (i dont have one) all financial accounts, all files, the list goes on. Altered medical records, i suppose for medicaid fraud, he has taken over all email accounts and hodes behind them to commit crime after crime. He has hijacked my network as well. As soon as i begin taking measures to remove the remote access he has changed something or deleted something. All antivirus software is useless as he customizes that, too. I cant even maintain a telephpne number which is crucial for tfa and not to mention the constant threats and harassment. I guess hes just a spoiled selfosh psycho bc ive never met him. Why does he think he deserves my money and i cant even feed myself as he even syeals food stamps?

I use Acrobat (free) on an iPad to access OneDrive pdfs. This is accessed under the Locations->Browse more files menu. I have marked several folders in OneDrive as favourites. My issue is these favourites dropdown sometimes show up and sometimes isn't there at all.When the favourites dropdown isn't there I need to navigate to the locations->OneDrive and through all the subfolders. This is annoying for me and too difficult for other staff. Why does the favourites dropdown sometimes disappear?? Thanks

I am really unhappy about the facr that I wouod have to pay an additional cost on top of the subscription I already pay each month to access your AI. I think its crazy. Its enough to push me to start looking into orher options. There are so nany other services out there. And everyday there becomes more and more options. Thats not going to stop.  I would keep my subscription if the AI is included. Im offically looking for alternatives.  If anyone reading this knows of an alternative please let me know. I will come back amd post alternatives I find. 

I want to cancel my subscription and I am unable to do and I don't know how to. please cancel my subscription immediately and give me peace of mind. Don't ask for payment again and again 

Merhaba, Adobe uygulamasına ücretli abone oldum. İşlem başarıyla gerçekleşti ve ücret tahsil edildi. Ancak uygulamaya girdiğimde hala daha abone olun uyarısı veriyor ve premium özellikleri kullanamıyorum. Uygulamayı kaldırıp tekter yükledim ve güncelledim ama hala aynı 

I am using Samsung Note 9. I have two accounts of WhatsApp in one mobile where as i am Unable to open or forward PDF documents in one account of whatsapp and the other account is working fine. Kindly help Regards Lucky

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and while using Acrobat Reader mobile version 19.8.1.10668, and opening a PDF document with embedded links, the links do not work. If I open the same document using the desktop version, the links work just fine. Please help.

Does anyone know why the app corrupts a file when receiving a phone call or reading a message, and then deletes all notes made since the document was opened. It even corrupts a file while just working on it for more than +-20min, then all progress is lost.

I've just spent about four days editing a file, and all of a sudden a message came up saying there was an app error and it couldn't save the file, then it deleted all of the progress I made. How do I recover the file??!!

Hi there,I have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader app for Android on both my phone and tablet, the former on Android 9, the latter on Android 11. On my phone I can fill and sign and change the colour e.g. of the text, but on the tablet app I don't have that option? Just have the option to change font size. Any tips?
