Acrobat Reader Mobile

It's really annoying. It's been many days .At the edge of imp files this conflict files creation and not saving the comments in the original file. Where is the problem. Is that mobile or the app? Plz rectify the problem..

Hi I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro. Adobe used to auto rotate into landscape mode and that made it a LOT easier to read documents. But now it no longer rotates. What's up with that? Couldn't find any other posts about it in the community. Going back to viewing on OneDrive PDF viewer until this issue is resolved. I like Adobe better but not being able to rotate the screen to read the document defeats the purpose of using it. Please fix. 

Comprei o pacote anual para as ferramentas premium para dispositivos móveis do adobe acrobat for samsung e os mesmos não foram liberados. Nem durante o período de teste, nem depois de pago tive os recursos liberados. Gostaria de uma solução, caso não se resolva que seja feito o estorno do valor cobrado. Se resolver, também quero que os dias em que não tive a oportunidade de utilizar os resursos sejam disponibilizados.

Hello.  No adobe subscription yet. But not sure if they can provide he service I want I want to send letters and a government form for signature. To be returned and printed  Ideally I'd fill in blanks on WhatsApp with each individuals name and address and then send the form back ready for signing. Is this possible?

Upon editing the file in Acrobat, and once we want to send a copy via WhatsApp, it's showing as a link rather than a file. Currently on iOS 17

Hallo Community Wenn ich bei einem eingescannten Dokument auf "PDF bearbeiten" gehe und dann das Symbol für "Markieren anklicke, kann ich das Wort oder den Text nicht markieren, ich kann zwar die gewünschte Farbe wählen, aber wenn z.B. auf das zu markierende Wort tippe, zeigt eine Art recteckige Lupe ein Wort zwei bis drei Zeilen darunter an. Das betreffende Wort ist mit keinem Trick möglich (z.B.. mehrmaliges Tippen mit den Finger an der betreffenden Stelle.) Weder Stift 🖊️️ für die farbliche Einfärbung des gesamten Wortes/Textes noch das T_ unterstreichen noch das T- zum durchstreichen funktionieren! Haben IPhone 13 Pro Max IOS 17.1.1.Mit Besten Grüßen an alle in der Community Christian Pichler 

When night mode is enabled, Images appear in black and white, which distorts their details. How to fix this?  Is there any solution to make images and photos in a document appear in full colors when running night mode? I have a galaxy tab s 6 lite with android 11

Hi there! I paid for a mobile subscription which promised a 7 day free trial, but I can't even use it. It won't actvate and I can't find it in the activation menu either.When I tap the "buy" button it tells me I already purchased the product. I can't find the product anywhere though, except in my bank account where it says I paid. So I can't unsub either.I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating, etc. already.What is going on and can someone from Samsung or Adobe please just fix this because I have been going after this for a full day already, trying everything the faq page suggests. Samsung helpdesk literally just told me to find help with Adobe so please, don't refer me back to Samsung. Thanks in advance!

Dear Adobe,    I have an account at Adobe to convert PDF to Word which a pay for. Since a short term I cant export a file from PDF to Word anymore.  Please advice how to solve this. Thank you in advance Bas (email removed)    

I would like to be able to open PDF documents on my iPads, but this is not working. I downloaded the Adobe app, but when I try to open a PDF with the app it says that I need to download Adobe for the Mac. So this by the application I still cannot open PDF documents. This is a recent iPad from 2022. When I try to open a PDF, it says please wait.

I purchased Adobe Premium so that I could use the OCR tools on my IPad to read, highlight, and take notes on documents. Until yesterday, I was able to "recognize text" on non-readable PDFs and then highlight and annotate the documents. Now, when I try to highlight with my Apple Pencil, it zooms in the words that I am hovering over, but it does not highlight the text. The attached photo shows what happens now when I try to highlight. (Strangely, if I am not in the highlight menu (edit symbol > comment > highlight), I can select words or phrases, and highlight them. But that takes much longer and doesn't allow me to select from different colors.) Any help on how to get back to what I was able to do before would be greatly appreciated!

I am on my IPad and I have the up to date version of the app. When I open documents and attempt to modify them I receive a read only message. The documents originally are not read only. I cannot find a way to disable the read only. I have tried saving a new copy also, still cannot be edited.

Hi I am desperate for someone to assist me. I have been editing a PDF file for the past two weeks on the adobe acrobat iPad app. The file is stored on my iCloud files app and this is how I have always accessed it and saved changes. Today when I opened the file in adobe pretty much all of my highlighting and comments have disappeared. If I remain in the files app all edits are still there but as soon as Ingo on adobe app they disappeared. I made copies of the file and saved in new location - still did not work. Also tried the adobe website and upload the file and edits do not appear. If I email the file to myself directly from iCloud files app and open it on my laptop browser the edits appear. Please can someone assist as this is hours of work I can not lose and have more work to do. Thank you

I need to disable the popups about "liquid mode" in Acrobat Pro for Android. They come up on almost every PDF and get in the way of the content. This is what I am talking about: I have Acrobat 23.10.0.30020 on Android 14 and have already reinstalled the app. I have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription. The setting for automatically converting to liquid mode was off before, now after the reinstall, it is gone entirely. Adobe support told me to post here to get official support for the mobile version.
