Hello! I decided to join the Adobe premium account but by mistake I had my business account opened and it registered with it. I want to change it to my personal account and the system is telling me that the account already exists. I haven't been able to modify my primary account and I need to do it as soon as possible. Thanks in advance 😊

hi because for a while now when I open a document with acrobat the screen turns yellow to me, the display is not clear. Only when I open acrobat documents

     we have a fillable pdf document  that has an email button built into the form. It works fine on a laptop or desktop computer but when click it on a ipad screen it brings up a note screen.  We tried a similar form and that form worked. Any ideas?

My pdfs on the cloud have suddenly disappeared in the cloud storage after the update or perhaps the migration, which is super annoying...Has anyone else encountered this? What is going wrong?

im subscribed to premium and can't access the premium tools

I have the free version of Adobe Acrobat on two separate Windows 10 laptops and an Android device. My files are stored in a OneDrive account which Acrobat is connected to on all devices. I want to be able to start reading a file on one device, switch to another device and have Acrobat remember which page I am on and open to file from there. However, whilst this happens when I close and reopen a file on the same device, it doesn't happen on other devices. Acrobat just opens the file on page 1 in those cases. I'm signed in to Acrobat using the same Adobe account on all devices. Where am I going wrong? Is this a premium feature?

When I access the Google Drive android application and select a pdf file by default it is opened with "pdf drive".How to open the file, just by selecting it, in Adobe Acrobat?I repeat it happens when I use Android Google Drive app.The only solution found currently is to select the item "open with " and choose Adobe Acrobat, but all this wastes time in how we do various processing.Thanks for the help

Hallo zusammen, ich habe die Premium Version. Ich möchte nun auf meinem Tablet Samsung S8 einige Textrahmen (auch der schwarze Rahmen um das Textfeld) bearbeiten, kopieren bzw. löschen. Auf meinem PC zuhause klappt das einwandfrei. Nur auf dem Tablett nicht. Texte kann ich bearbeiten und einfügen. Weiß jemand eine Lösung?MfG

When trying to download Adobe Acrobat pdf for the last 2 weeks I get a advertisement for premium tools for mobile that is a paid subscription.  It comes back up after being minimize and I can't download any pdfs. I just want the free Adobe Acrobat that I have always had. I

If I delete files on the recent page does it erase it altogether?

I want to get refund as I've to purchase weekly plan but when I checked the charged amount was for monthly. Kindly process the refund.

Please help, i've already subscribed until may 2024 and initially there was no problem with the subscription, but lately this past few weeks i couldn't use the premium features and it keep saying that i'm a free user. already tried to restore purchase but it said that subscription was found but associated with another account, but i only have this account from apple ID.already tried to log in using email too, but it still doesn't work. would somebody please help?thank you in advance

Hi, anyone having a solution to make created hyperlinks visible in Adobe reader/acrobat pro on IPad? I created some on my laptop version but when I open it on IPad, the blue dashed line I created for making hyperlinks visible do not appear. Estoy usando Adobe Acrobat versionb 23.6.0.28188, en un smartphone Android 11.Durante + de 1 año lo he usado con fines personales abriendo infinidad de documentos sin ningún problema pero, precisamente desde ayer (por razones de seguridad) estoy tratando de encontrar los files tanto dentro del directorio raiz, como del directorio local y del directorio de la SD. TODOS lod intentos no han dado ningún resultado He usado herramientas tipo FILE MANAGER para buscar con criterio *.pdf, en todos los directorios y subdirectorios, incluyendo autorización a aquellos con acceso restringido....de nuevo, sin resultado alguno.Le indico información de Adobe:Preferences: Adobe Cloud storage cache location.................SD cardFILEs:On this device .....230 filesAdobe Cloud Storage .....01 (6,7 kb)Adobe Scan .....00Google Drive .....no configurado para AdobeOneDrive .....no configurado para AdobePDFs from emails .....no configurado para Adobe DONDE están?.....NO es cierto que al abrir un fi
