Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi, habe folgendes Problem... ich bearbeite sehr viele Pdfs, die bereits kommentare enthalten.. nachdem ich einen komentar bearbeitet habe und den bearbeiten dialog schließe, werden die eingegeben daten (meistens) nicht übernommen. Widerhole ich die bearbeitung des kommentars, funktioniert die übernahme ins pdf. wie lässt sich das problem lösen.Ich hoffe es fordert jetzt hier niemand ein referenzpdf.. die inhalte sind vertraulich....

I use the acrobat reader to combine photos to a pdf document to upload to my jobs website. Lately, when I try to upload the files from the cloud to my work website, I am unable to find the file. However, I can find the file on  the app when I look for them. I reached out to Apple support and they just referred me here. Can anyone help? Please see attached video for reference.

My son aged 12 has a muscle weakness condition meaning he can't really turn paper pages or fill in handouts in school.  I want to make his school life paperless.  I was thinking of getting him Adobe scan along with other Adobe tools so that teachers can scan any handouts to him.  He can then access and then edit them on his iPad.  He will need to be able to write notes and annotate on top of the scanned in sheets and use them to revise for end of year exams and regular tests.  OCR important too.  He will also need to organise his work into different topics and subjects.  He will also need to be able to print and share his wit with his teachers so they can mark it.  Please can you recommend what Adobe subscriptions I will need, other than Scan, and whether I should go for premium or pro as I'm not sure of the difference?  Thanks 

I log into my Adobe acrobat and have to renew premium subscription constantly. Then I will go to use a feature and it will put me back on the free version in the middle of combining files. How can I fix this?

I'm using the Adobe app on my iPhone and iPad with the premium version. I can open the Pdf, read it, and make it a copy but once I start editing (write a word or delete words) the pdf gets corrupted and I can only open it in the app but can't visualizing from my documents or in the computer. Please help! 

Hello there,I've been using adobe on my iPad and whenever I try to annotate my PDF document, it is black-and-white. The actual document is a white paper with black ink on it however, when I edit it it automatically changes to black-and-white. How do I address this issue.Thank you so much

I sent myself a email with a editable pdf. I edited it on my computer then sent it to myself so I can print from my phone. I opened the pdf in Microsoft, Google drive, Adobe acrobat and Canon print. All had the edits when I opened the pdf but once I hit print the edits were gone. Why?

Hi ..I have purchased the annual subscription of Adobe Reader in Nov 22. Everytime I try to access the app for editing or creating a document, I get this msg to have a subscription . When I click on subscribe now, I get this msg n after clicking on OK it keeps buffering. Donno Wats the issue but Wats d point on have such an expensive app wen I can use it.kindly resolve it else process refund. Looking for an immediate response.regards

I have iPhone SE. acrobat reader has become so slow I consider it non functional I have to wait and wait and wait for the app to open, I have to wait and wait and wait again for a document I select to open. Then I have to wait and wait and wait for its image/text to actually appear on the screen. Then I have to wait and wait and wait for it to be usable - allow scrolling, allow finger gestures, allow text selection. today, I was looking for some info and going between apps and reader was exiting my document instead of leaving it on the screen so I had to do this over and over again.  WTF!!??! I've tried to get assistance and none to be found. Am I the only person having issues? Should I trash reader permanently for another reader?  I use it quite a bit and it used to be great. I don't have the same issue on other devices, just my iPhone. However, I have been playing around with other readers to find one that doesn't make permanent choices about the real estate

Application name, Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDFWas offering a free 7 day trial via Samsung Electronics GmbH Adobe Systems Inc. It clearly states that billing beings after trial ends. Yet I was charged £7.69 straight away! I contacted Samsung store to be told I need to contact Adobe.I then went on a live chat with Adobe and was being asked for my card details by the agent to enable them to find the transaction.I gave the last 4 digits and was told they needed all the card  details.I refused to provide all my card details and was told that they were unable to help me to trace the transaction. So £7.69 was taken from my account and even when I opened the app it was still telling me that I needed to purchase the subscription in order for it to work?! Feel totally robbed! 

Bonjour j'ai souscris à une offre Premium,  avec 1 période d'essai de 7 jours. On m'a dit qu' on allait me faire un rappel lors de la fin de la période gratuite. Je n'ai rien reçu,  et on m'a débité la somme de 70€. Je ne veux pas continuer cet abonnement et j'aimerais être rembourser ! ! Qui peut m'aider svp??

Hi, Can anyone please help. I always opened pdf files with Adobe Acrobat and then I would select the headphone button and the app would read aloud the content. This is on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone. All of a sudden it is no longer working- I just hear screeching and strange sounds. Not sure what the cause of those is. I download a text to speech app and it also has the same problem.  I uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled it and the problem persists. I restarted my phone and still no good. If anyone can help, that will be awesome. Thanks

I have a PDF file that is partially restricted: I am able to leave comments, but not make general changes. It works as expected on the desktop version of Acrobat (on a Mac). But when I open the same file on my iPad (from a shared Dropbox folder), I am unable to leave comments. Instead, when I tap the little pencil and then “Comment,” I get the message: “Read-only PDF: This tool is not available because the document is read-only.” Thus there is a bug in the iPadOS version of Acrobat, and I hope Adobe can fix it as soon as possible.

I send contracts via Acrobat for clients to E sign and it has been working well for a few years. Now all of a sudden it's asking for a provider and digital ID. Can someone out there shine some light on this for me so I can maybe adjust my settings accordingly, I'd appreciate it so much.

I use Acrobat on an iPad to mark up pdf's that I store on Dropbox. In the iOS app, the Dropbox integration works nicely and it is easy to open and edit any files. However, the Acrobat app is taking up a lot of storage because it seems to download and keep a copy of any Dropbox file that I open. I have two questions:Is my understanding of how storage works on the iOS app + Dropbox correct?Is there any way to stop the app from keeping downloads of files, and use less storage?
