Acrobat Reader Mobile

I already paid one year subscription to Adobe Acrobat Premium until September 2023 but I cannot get the added features advertised by Adobe. I'm still treated like a free user. Adobe tells me it's another account but they don't tell how to access it. 

Will Adobe all me to save a document on my desktop file that is already to send with the pre fill areas and signature area on the documents. I send multiple documents to our new employees that have areas for them to fill in their information and sign at the bottom but I don't want to keep having to find it in adobe and send request from adobe as other team members also share my one drive file that has these PDFs in there.

PDF files automatically open to print program. So annoying! Is there any way to change this?

I want my account cancelled because it said 24.99 or whatever for a year subscription. I misunderstood. This program is not worth 23 or 24 dollars per month. If there is employees that can help me cancel this please feel free to reach out. I tried just deleting my account but it wants me to pay for my current month I'm on just to cancel it. I've got my debit card turned off until I can make sure they aren't going to get another payment out of me. 

I was about to add a comment in the comments section so it asked me to select a heading and I wrote something else in that space so now every time I click on any highlighted text something else is written there instead of my name or the desired heading which i should have enteredthere

Good Evening,as mentioned in the subject I would to bring your attention towards that when I am trying to open any pdf downloaded file in acrobat reader it's not working. For your reference I have attached files.

Does anyone know how to use fill and sign on a read-only pdf? Every time I get a pdf document for signature, it says it can't use fill and sign bc it's read only. I'm told saving a copy could help, but that doesn't do anything for me. I get the same error Thanks in advance. I'm running the latest software on an iPhone 14

Adobe isn't saving my annotations/highlights or any notes I make on my documents. It will pop up with the error "Read-only Document" and ask me to Create a Local Copy, or when I press back out of my document it will not save. I've been using this app for school now for a year and a half and I've never had this error before. I'm in professional school and my lecture notes are very important to me. Nothing is saving and I've lost a lot of work already, is someone able to assist me with this?

 Application hangs & does not load the contents properly as shown in the picture. It has been the issue over the last few months. I updated the app, deleted & reinstalled it but to no avail. 

I bought the 7 day free trial today, but i was charged Rs. 340 for the same. Please initiate the refund as i was told that i will be charged after the trial period.

It is not supporting full screen in my android phone it cuts from notch does not allow pdf to hide notch and show full screen pdf 

I am signed in but my pdf files are not saving in the Adobe cloud. I'm a free user, does it have to do with that? It's been years that I am using it as a free user and saving my pdf files in the cloud and now I simply can't anymore.

HiHaving an issue since updating to IOS Adobe Acrobat mobile Version 22.12.The submit function does not work, gives an error "email has not been set up on this device" when submiting.  Email is setup and working, app was submitting OK on Version 22.11 before update.Any ideas?Thanks.

I have Acrobat Pro DC on all my devices, but I am only able to connect it with OneDrive on my desktop.  On both my tablet and my phone, I get an error message that I don't know what to do about.  I thought maybe it was a setting in the Microsoft 365 admin center, but I didn't see anything there that would let me connect apps.  The devices are up to date, and I am running version 21.10.0.19961 for the apps.  I've also included screencaps of the errors on both devices. Phone Screencap Tablet Screencap

I am using a Kobo Arc book reader with Android 4.1.1When I began using Adobe Acrobat Reader today, I found that it had updated to anew version [16.3], in which a very important tool for my work is now totally missing.I am doing research in PDF books downloaded from Archive.org. In my workflow, Imake the equivalent of brief marginal notes using the comment tool. These arefor later lookup and reference in writing a new major document. They overlap thefunction of bookmarks, except the bookmark only takes me to a physical page, andI want to go to comments by topic. I am unable to affix any topic or referenceto bookmarks. In the old version of Acrobat Reader, I was able to find a list of all mycomments, and go only to the ones I needed for the next phase of my project.In the new version, I cannot find any place in Reader where the comments arelisted, in spite of referencing the online Help function. Hi there, I am getting password protected pdfs from a company on an iPad with IOS 12.6I have the password. I am able to open the pdf with the password.When I try print - I get the message "Without the proper password, you do not have permission to print this document" - the supplied password does not work and cannot print. I tried sending the document to another ipad with IOS16 and get the same message. However i can open and print the document on Mac and Windows computers with no issue. I can also open and print other password protected pdfs on the Ipad without any issues.The company sending the file is a large corporation and claim to be be unaware of any password setting that causes this. Please assist in finding a solution. Many thanks.Duncan  

I have an iphone and an ipad but my business requires me to be able to fully fill out fillable PDFs on a hand held device. On IOS, reader does not allow you to insert or add photos from the camera or gallery to the PDF.  Does anyone know if this is also the case with android. And if it isn't what operating systems or android devices does reader or DC pro fully function with? I was unable to get an answer from store staff when looking at Samsung tablets and don't want to buy one as I cannot return it if Adobe reader doesn't allow you to add in photos to fillable PDFs.
