Acrobat Reader Mobile

Good afternoon. I accedently purchased the year subscription after the trial expired, on June 11, 2021. I didn't realize this happened until two weeks after the trial ended.  The app never updated to unlock the full features and i have not had access to them since paying the $70. This is unacceptable and would like to have access to the purchased locked item. If this is not possible, i would like to receive a full refund because your app does not work, as is, on my iPad. Thank you,Josh Rodgers

i deleted acrobat reader app from iphone becsuse it would not update through apple store. but this operation made me loose all the files stored  locally in the location "on my phone" without ANY warning!!! these files were not backed up because i was convinced they were in the folder Files of the phone! please, i need help in recovering them, even after reinstalling the app i can not see them anymore. they simply dis disappear. it is very bad! please help  alessandra

Hi, I accidentally purchased the Adobe Premium membership. I wanted to try out the Trial subscription and thought it would be free, but it deducted money from my account. I purchased the membership 1 hour ago, but as checked with Google Play, they have only cancelled my membership to get auto renewed. But the current membership money is not refunded. As per Google Play, they have told to connect with Adobe for any refund requests. Request you to please refund the membership money. Thanks.

Hi Please add the Arabic language to  the Adobe reader , because that will make a very big difference , how do you have this and you are one of the most famous  languages? It is rude not to download  it in the first update.

Good day, two years ago I bought a with password protected PDF file that I use daily with Acrobat. However, since 2 months the files are not or only partially readable because most of the text is missing. Only when I log out and in (in the Acrobat app on iPad) the text files are readable, but only the page that was open. The app seems to have trouble loading the file (6.6 MB) but also after a long time, most pages stay blanco? Do you have any idea what could be the cause? Thanks in advance for your response.

I use the document cloud to access PDFs from one computer to another, but when I use adobe on my iphone and macbook, none of my files appear. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and logging in to my account multiple times. The document cloud just says there are no files.

Após a última atualização do app adobe acrobat reader não consigo mais selecionar, marcar e copiar texto do arquivo pdf por meio de seleção de palavra com simples pressionar de toque pelo iphone e ipad.   Não será possível realizar as operações como antes?   Agora tenho de selecionar Comentários e perder espaço acima da tela do ipad para ir realizando as três operações mencionadas.

hey everyone, i am unable to find a solution to this anywhere so i am asking here. it is a very specific issue i am having. i have created a pdf in Adobe Acrobat on mac which includes multimedia (videos), to then transfer this pdf onto an iPad Pro for presentation. The app that'll be used for said presentation is PDF Viewer by PSPDFKit GmbH. It works fine, and plays all videos, except for a single one that just will not play no matter what I've tried so far. The video is MPEG-4 H.264, and all other videos in the presentation are too. I doubt it is the size / bitrate, because other video files in the pdf are larger yet they play just fine. The video plays as normal on a mac and macbook. The video itself is able to play on the iPad when i open just the .mp4 file itself, but not within the PDF Viewer app.  for the video that doesn't work on the iPad, here is a HTML file created by MediaInfo I can provide the video too if needed.  so far I have tried the following (all

Hello, I've created a fillable PDF using PhotoShop and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  The form has text fields and an image field.  When using Adobe on Mac or PC, the form is able to function as desired.  I am able to fill in the texts as well as insert the image using the browse files button.  However, when I try filling the form on my iPhone, the text fields can be filled out, but I am unable to upload an image to the image field.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader on my phone. Also, it seems like if the PDF is opened in a browser, the same problem occurs.  Is there any way around this?  Is the only solution filling out the form on PC or Mac?  I would like to have the forms (image especially) be able to be edited and filled out via mobile.  Any solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
