The USER name is not me. The email address is correct. I am unable to correct the USER name as it states I do not have administrative permission.

Como digo en el título, he perdido todo mi documento. De las 91 páginas, algunas se encuentra en blanco y sin subrayar. Por favor, ayúdenme porque estoy desesperada. Hay alguna forma de rescatarlo o restaurarlo?

Hello Adobe Community,I use Adobe Acrobat Premium on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have hundreds of PDF documents belonging to different architecture and design projects (PROJECT 17 through PROJECT 24).My files are stored both locally on my iPhone and in Adobe Cloud Storage.I need to organize all these documents into separate project folders in bulk, without selecting or moving each PDF individually.For example, searching for PROJECT 20 shows approximately 195 results, including 99 in Adobe Cloud Storage and 96 on my iPhone.I have already created project folders in Adobe Cloud Storage. However, I cannot find a way to select all search results and move them together into the corresponding folder using the Acrobat iOS app.I have also tried the Acrobat website using Safari and Opera on my iPhone, without success.Could you please explain:Is there a way to bulk-select PDF files based on their filenames and move them into folders using only an iPhone? Is there a way to move locally stored Acrobat

I have been charged for a subscription on 15th October 2026 - today through an auto debit mandate for a cancelled subscription. This payment is not reflected in my plans. I want refund of the amount $106.99 AUD

Over the last few weeks I have been reading some papers and noticed that when I leave them open when my android tablet is in sleep mode (turned off but not shut down). Adobe completely deletes the file. It isn’t in the bin folder or anywhere else on the device. This is especially frustrating since I was annotating the pages and those notes are lost now. 

Just now I scanned one book. One a blank unwanted page also was scanned. Now I want to delete the same. I am using free Acrobat for mobile. Now I want delete same unwanted page only. How to delete it? AI Assistant gave me the answer, but it seems wrong as that is not working.Sudhakar Malpekar  

Hi,  I want to link my OneDrive to Adobe Acrobat on Android but it gives this message: Failed to link OneDrive, please contact IT admin for consent. I don't think I have a problem with my account because I can connect the same OneDrive account to Acrobat Reader on Windows and it works properply. I hope you can help me find a solution. 

App crashes minutes after attempting to open on iOS decive. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail.

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile when trying to open folders stored on Google Drive from the Starred section on the Home screen.When I tap a starred Google Drive folder from the Home screen, the folder does not open and nothing happens.The issue occurs on multiple mobile platforms:iPhone iPad AndroidI have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Switched from Wi-Fi to mobile data, but the issue still occurs. Signed out of Adobe Acrobat and signed in again, but the issue still occurs. Deleted and reinstalled the Adobe Acrobat app, but the issue still occurs. Tested on multiple devices (iPhone, iPad, and Android), and the issue occurs on all of them.Workaround: The same Google Drive folder can be opened successfully by navigating through:Acrobat → Files → Google Drive → Open FolderHowever, the folder cannot be opened when accessed from Home → Starred.This appears to be an issue specifically with opening starred Google Drive folders from the Home scree
