Bonjour,J'ai apparemment ce serait mon abonnement à l'application Adobe Acrobat en laissant la période d'essai gratuite s'écouler. Je ne souhaite pas rester abonné je n'ai pas l'utilité de cette application. Je souhaite donc être remboursé des 60 € qui ont été prélevé sur mon compte. Merci par avance bien cordialement

Me están cobrando una suscripción anual de esta aplicación. Esta aplicación yo no la uso. De hecho me hicieron el cobro a las 7:24 el día 23 de septiembre y la notificación me llegó hasta las 11:20 tuve que descargar la aplicación para estar haciendo el reporte necesito el reembolso, 

I’m using ipad air 5th generation(ipados version 18.7.8 and app version 26.08.00). I’ve been using this app since years and it worked fine but after the recent updates, files don’t open in the app. I’ve tried restarting the ipad multiple times, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.I’m attaching a screen recording below. It’s not visible in the recording but I’m constantly tapping on the pdf and it’s not opening. If I close the app and open the file from file manager, it works but it takes 20-30 sec to open the file. And the file I’m trying to open in this recording is only 56 MB. I also tried opening a 250 MB file and it took 3 min to open.I turned off “Enable generative AI features in Acrobat” and “Convert to Liquid Mode automatically” in settings and it’s still the same. I even tried with both wifi on and off and that didn’t matter either. All the files are stored locally on ipad.

I am using Acrobat on an iPhone running iOS 26.6.2. After updating Acrobat last week to version 26.08.01, I cannot open any PDF files with the app; when I click a file it just does nothing, no opening animation, no loading icon, nothing. If I go to iPhone Files->Open With->Acrobat, the Opening popup will appear with the loading circle, but it will just spin endlessly and not open the file (I waited for over 10 minutes). I tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app and neither resolved the issue.

I cannot download pdf files sent through Messenger nor send pdf files directly from a Google document. What do I need to do. The problem seems to come from Adobe. This is only occuring with my Samsung Galaxy phone S14I have verified the autorisations in the app parameters but I can't modify or add anything.

I was charged $48.99 for this subscription which was done by mistake & requesting refund as subscription was an error & cancelled. I’m using Apple devices iPhone/Ipad. I’ve tried several times already to upload files to create a pdf and nothing seems to work. 

Why is Adobe Acrobat unable to open large PDF files of 50 MB or more on my iPad mini 7 with iOS 27 and Acrobat version 26.08.01, while smaller files open normally, and when will an update be released to fix this issue?

I canceled the free subscription before the deadline but I was still charged consecutively 2 months!

I have an Ipad Mini 6, IOS 26.5. I have the adobe app for a long time and I have downloaded it’s latest version (26.08.01). Since then Every time I try to open a PDF file it does nothing and reboots. I have closed the app, fully shut down the Ipad and continues with the same problem

Greetings,I downloaded 2 .PDF files today. I haven't used Adobe in a couple of months; however, I can't open these 2 .pdf files. When I tap on the "download" on my download phone section, it displays Google Docs and Adobe. I choose Adobe, and nothing happens. I go to the Adobe mobile app and the files aren't there. What's going on. Do you have to purchase a subscription for Adobe on Android now? The first time I downloaded a PDF today the Adobe app opened. It displayed that page for an AI Assistant version. I Xed out of it, and it just showed me all the files that I previously had opened with Adobe; however, the new one wasn't there. That's why I went to downloads on the phone, picked the PDF, and tapped on it. An icon of Google Docs and Adobe both showed up. I tapped Adobe, and nothing happened.Please advise.Thanks,Barry

The Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription I pay for using my Moble phone app for it, won't let me edit on my PC when logged in. It tells me to get a subscription, which I have it with this app and am logged in under this account. It's supposed to let me create, sign, edit, my pdf from mobile device or PC. Why won't it let me do it on PC?

Hello, I am experiencing significant problems with Adobe Acrobat on my iPad.Device: iPad Pro 11-inch (4th generation)iPadOS: 26.6Acrobat version: 26.07.51 (build 20260818.120342)Subscription: Acrobat PremiumSince around August 28, 2026, some PDF files that previously opened normally have started failing to open directly from Acrobat → Files on iPad.The files are stored locally under Files → On My iPad. Some PDFs open normally, while others do not. The problematic PDFs open immediately in Apple’s Files app. They also open successfully if I use Open With → Acrobat.The problem is intermittent: sometimes the same PDF opens only after many attempts.This does not appear to be simply a file-size issue.
