Acrobat Reader Mobile

My account is showing 'free user' and will not recognize the Acrobat Premium I paid for. I have reinstalled, signed-out and signed-in. I also lost all files within the app. Please help.

I lost my passport form 3 TIMES!!!When I tried to download and print it. !! The site said to have Adobe Acrobat installed , which I did . But forgot the password  ! Then ads for upgrade started popping up !!, I had to keep going back and closing the ads And lost my form!! Why ? Now start over again!4 times!

I'm trying to fill out a pdf that was sent to me. Every time I type something in one of the required fields, the same thing is also put on a different field on another page. These fields are completely different in what is asked. How do I unlink?

 I entered my credit card details, yet nothing is working. I can't even contact proper support or cancel the "subscription", which isn't even working!In case I end up charged I will demand a refund

Hyperlink, Hyperlink destination, Cross references are not working between two pdf in Android Adobe reader. it's working fine in desktop Adobe reader. why it's not working in mobile Adobe reader application..?

Haven't been able to figure it out on the mobile apps. Maybe it's just not a feature yet. I've been able to do this on other PDF mobile apps.

After making edits or changes to text, the document will not print out the edited or added text, and shows some ascii scribbles or blank space instead of my text. Using Android App with premium $10 a month subscription  (Android 12)

When I open any pdf file in adobe acrobat this apps closes automatically after a while.I unistalled then install again but the problem doesn’t solve.

I have been trying to comment on a file that was shared to me via gmail. It opens up in a read only mode and I am unable to add comments to it on my iPad. Kindly help!!

I accidentally purchased the adobe acrobat premium.....subscription..I was canceled the purchased subscription..but the paid payment was not refund????Please refund the amount to me as soon as possible....

Editing PDF documents To you unlock special features *editing is one of themwhat is the point of receiving a PDF if you can't edit it ?and why would that be a premium feature? Maybe to look at could also be a premium feature LOL

I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC for educators. It works perfectly fine on my windows laptop. However, when I download the app for my iphone and ipad, it will not allow me to edit PDF files. I sign in with the same username and password. The mobile apps still want me to purchase the Acrobat DC, which I already have. I tried to do a chat with Adobe and they said to post here

I guess this topic is more of a functionality suggestion rather than a question. I have an Android phone and for some reason there are no good and pleasant ways to open AI, PSD and EPS files on my phone. There are some 3rd party apps available in the Google Play store, but they are buggy and are filled with intimidating ads. The overall feel is simply not good. Why don't Acrobat on mobile support opening AI, PSD and EPS files? Just a preview is all that is needed. It's supported on desktop and AI and PSD files are even file suffixes exclusively by Adobe, so I really struggle to understand why. I guess it also applies to iOS devices. Am I the only one frustrated by this lack of functionality? 

Hi!I've created a form in Adobe Acrobat DC to be used on an iPad.  One of the radio buttons is set to display a hidden field when selected.  It works great on a PC, but does not work at all on an iPad.  Any suggestions?

Acrobat is up to date.  I am unable to open any PDF files on my Ipad or Iphones
