Acrobat Reader Mobile

I can't figure out how to email my document. It is saved to the cloud, now I'm stuck. I signed up for a 7 day free trial & so far, I'm just frustrated. 

It would be really helpful if the file directories displayed in My Documents had a sort menu ( size, date, name - both forward and reverse order)

I only wanted a trial but my money is deducted. How can I request refund?

I am unable to see the updated syncd files in the document cloud on my samsung tablet.  When I save a file there, or rename it, or delete it....it updated on my Adobe on my desktop but does not update on the tablet.  This is very stressful as I am using this to write contracts that I am now unable to send to the client in real time, I have to go back home, rename and send from my laptop.  I have tried uninstalling multiple times.  To be clear, when I save these files on my tablet, they do go into the cloud.......they just don't appear in the cloud on the tablet, but do on the desktop/laptop cloud.PLEASE HELP!!

My monthly subscription of Rs.2394.22 for adobe through Citibank has been declined due to RBI guidelines for authorisation by merchant. Kindly advise how the same can be done and also advise how this month's subscription can be paid. John T Koshy [Personal info removed by mod]        

My phone screen is getting blurry due to some change in setting but idont know how to correct, in mymobile all pics are showing blurry also u-tube videos are also seeing blurry, what to do??? 

I have just transferred all apps to my new iPad and am not able to restore purchase of subscriptions. Have followed all of the advice on troubleshooting threads and still getting error code 8. Please could you advise best course of action? Many thanks 

Boa noite, não consigo usar o app para edições de pdf, o app não reconhece a minha conta premium, eu já tentei de todas as formar e não consigo. Quando clico em restaurar comprar dá um erro e não completa a atualização.preciso usar urgentemente

I used to read a 500 pages document through the app normally. Now suddenly the app is showing some pages while others come blanck.   

Every time I open the app, I am asked to enter the login credentials; is it possible to save them for shouldn't enter every time?

Hallo, hat jemand das Problem, dass der Login bei Adobe Acrobat am Telefon nicht funktioniert? Bei mir kommt schon seit längerer Zeit die Meldung "Versuchen Sie es später erneut". Es ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand und das Abo ist aktiv. Beim Telefon handelt es sich um ein Android-Betriebssystem. Wäre für jegliche Hilfe sehr dankbar!

Buenas noches, soy usuario de la versión Android de Acrobat, tenia instalado la versión made for Samsung y era un gran dolor de cabeza, ya que con frecuencia me aprecia un mensaje de error "Error en la compra de la aplicación" y esto ocurria estuviese o no utilizando la App. Ahora bien, la quité e instalé la versión disponible en la Play Store y si bien ya no aparece el error me es un total fastidio estar realizando inicio de sesión a cada rato ya que no hay manera de que la App se guarden mis datos. Borre los datos almacenados en la memoria cache y nada que se resuelve la situación. escribo por aca para ver que se resuelve. Mi equipo es un Samsung J2 PRO 2018.

Hi I'm using the free version of Acrobat PDF reader both on iPad and Android Tab. The issue is On iPad I can make folders and organise my notes but this feature is not available on Android. Also the folders which I had previously created on iPad (using Acrobat PDF) are absent after logging in with the same ID if I'm using it on Android Tab. Please help me🙏

I cannot log in the app in Android system with my correct account and passport. It shows "You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error."

I'm getting this message adobeaissessionclamestatuserrordo-main error 8. Can you help me my subscription is current till aug.1/2022 and it will not register my subscription 

Hello, Since the new Android update the Adobe reader for andrioid app does not stay logged in even though the tab was clicked. I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache etc and nothing seems to work. The other adobe apps like creatibe cloud etc work fine. It just seems that there is a glitch preventing the adobe reader for android from staying signed in since the new android update. Please help to fix this issue. Thanks,

When attempting to use Adobe reader premium functions like combine .PDFs I get an error saying I need to subscribe. However when I go to subscribe it says that I'm already subscribed. When I close that windo it just says unknown error and shuts down. A bit useless, there's no workaround trying to cancel subscription and re start it either. 

How can I view a file without downloading it to my mobile phone? I have a Galaxy 10 (Android)
