Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have a problem with Adobe. Whenever I finish reading a downloaded book and came back to later, I have to start a new, from page one. I cannot continue from where I stopped. Please help me

I was trying to convert a file from docs to pdf a few months back. It is still in the process of conversion. Whenever I open my Adobe Acrobat, I see the blue circle rotating on the top of the file. When I try to cancel the process, I am not able to do it. Please help.

Hi, I'm subscribed for the premium features on adobe acrobat on my ios (iPadOS) but its not working it says 'purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation'. For several hours! I restored the purchase several times (and reinstalled the app several times) but nothing helped! and by the way, i payd already the premium fee for a couple months for nothing!!!   please help me ASAP     thanks a million,     [ Title renamed by the moderator]    

I have seem many in this forum with the same problem. I tuned on the acrobat premium features on the iPad but it still shows I'm a free user, and restoring purchases, deleting the app, logging out of the App Store does not solve problem. I've checked my subscribed services on the App Store and it shows my plan is active. Also the same plan shows on the manage plans section on the adobe website.

I cant restore my purchase. It shows that there was no purchase found. I subscribed by mistake. I want my money back. 

The up and down arrow keys no longer scroll the page line-by-line in Acrobat documents on my iPad when using my Magic Keyboard or my bluetooth wireless page turner. They did so until a few days ago. What can I do to restore this function? I'm using iOS 15.1 on an iPad Pro 10.5-inch. Option-up and option-down will scroll a full page at a time but I would also like to scroll one line at a time.

I am getting an error on my Kindle Fire 8: "the document path is not valid" after a long string of negative numbers under the progress bar. I have had a paid subscription for a long time and it is current. My files are accessible from other devices. I have deleted and/or uninstalled the app and/or turned my Fire off and back on, more than once, and that didn't help. It shows me my files but seems to think I'm not logged into Document Cloud when I try to open a file, whether the file is new or old. Even though it lists my Document Cloud documents, it offers me the opportunity to turn on Mobile Link but won't accept the login. So none of my Cloud files are accessible on my Fire. Please help.

Hey forum folk. so who else is having never ending issues with their premium subscription on iPhone or iPad? great because so am I. I paid for one year- $119.99 not bloody cheap and still to this day everytime I open the app I'm only listed as a free user; regardless of the fact that I have an active subription for another 8 months roughly. I follow the pathway to manage my subscriptions and it shows as active and yet. NO PREMIUM FEATURES. i literaly have to uninstall and then reinstall the app at least 2-4 times in a row before some type of glitch kicks in and it finally recognises my current subription (it doesn't always work however). Then and only then can I use this stupid app for its purpose. Once I close the app however and re-open the nightmare starts all over again......  someone please help me here before I going absolutely mental and plan a hijacking is Adobe headquarters. NOT EVEN JOKING!

Why is it that some documents I can utilize the search function and find stuff but other docs the search function only states 'not found'?!!
