Acrobat Reader Mobile

As I cannot get a keyboard in the app as I try to log in. 

Before I would open Adobe reader app and click on document cloud and could access all saved files on free Adobe cloud but now it asks me to Log in but my files are not on my Adobe account as they are held on the free storage option which didn't need you to log in.How do I find my files held on my free user account?

Pls add recycle bin in cloud

On my subscriptions page, it indicates that my Adobe subscription expired in 2020, yet I continue to get billed. How do I cancel this subscription and get refund back to November 2020?It seems this is a problem for a lot of ppl and that Adobe is profiting from the confusion/inability to cancel or reach anyone to help.

How do you delete a file no longer needed? 

Normal behavior would be to read document from document cloud in web browser, then re-open in mobile app and continue reading from where you left off, the app will remember the last position from web browser. This works in android devices, I can read in web and continue reading in mobile, or between devices. But in iphone it will not continue in the last position, it will only continue from where it was left off in the iphone device. Please help, this used to work in 2018, but since then it hasn't and I've kept checking every update in my iphone.

Bonjour Pour mes dossiers patients j'utilise des formulaires Pdf. Depuis que je suis passé sur tablette à chaque fois que je veux compléter mon formulaire le texte s'affiche en une lettre par ligne. Ce phénomène ne se produit pas sur PC. J'ai testé sur différentes tablettes et c'est à chaque fois pareil. Cf photo ci jointe. C'est assez embêtant, comment puis je résoudre cela ?  Merci d'avance

In my organization, I will like to allow my users to use Abode Acrobat Reader (Mobile App) but resatricting certain features of the app. The main feature of the app I will like to block/turn off is the option to edit PDF documents. In Endpoint Manager, I believe this can be accomplished by creating a App Configuration Policy but, I need to know the proper settings to configure for the Mobile App. 

When I made this I did not have my work email yet, is there a way I can change it now or combine my accounts (if I somehow managed to accidentally purchase two subscriptions with different emails)

How to remove password protection on document  In adobe app?   I sent a password protect doc to my email and I want to save to my phone but I don't see on the free adobe app how to do that.     I do this in adobe at work so I know I can do it but does the adobe app let you do it on your iPhone or do I need premium service for that? 

Hello - I signed out of the App and when I tried to sign back in,  it sent a verification code. I used this and then entered my correct password and it took me back to the login screen, asking for username.  Then it sent anither  code. I'm stuck in that loop 😐

I was writing with an apple pen on a PDF file on my IPAD. Somehow it deleted a portion of my writing. When I tried to undo the delete, it deleted even more of my writing from previous pages. I have tried to undo the delete, but it is not an option anymore. Is there a way to recover what was deleted?

Dear team,can you please help, subscribtion already active & money deducted through Apple ID however I can't access premium features & asked me to subscribe & when click subscribe it shiws me that I'm already subscribed !!

Hi, from my iPad (on this device option) all pdf files keeping missing , all of them get cleared automatically, it has happened quite a few times, I have new iPad mini 5th generation it is all up to date.. but in my adobe documents cloud account files are save and do not miss. Just to explain when I click on the adobe app, there are options to select to get to certain files like  "on this iPad" "document cloud" etcplease advise where is problem can be? Thank you

I create folders in my DropBox account linked to my Adobe Reader on iPad app. I transfer files from my iPad into the DropBox folder through the Adobe Reader app and when I go to the folder, it contains a completely different, unrelated document. If I access the same folder on my computer, the correct file is in the folder. When I go back to the folder on the app, sometimes the correct file is there and sometimes the incorrect, unrelated file is there. Today I opened a file from a DropBox folder that waas the correct one and while I have been working on it, the title of the file I am working on changed to the incorrect, unrelated document although I am working with the correct document. I have updated DropBox and Adobe on my iPad and still have this problem. Any idea how to solve this problem?

Sometimes i receveid normal PDF files via whatsapp, and After the download of the file, Adobe don't open the file, and It appears a subscription "check the internet Connection or the name of the file Is too logn try to abbreviate It"Obviously i've not internet problems, and i cannot modify the name of the file. This happened Just with some of the files I receive. Can u help me? Thanks
