Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hello Acrobat, very great app. I appreciate the a whole lot. Makes a lot easier. Wonderful initiative. I want to request for an update to edit and sign documents as well as request a feature that allows all documents uploaded on Acrobat be categorized as Government Business and Individuals documents respectively. Please see to this and revert. Thanks and pleased to meet everyone.

I paid for a year subscription and I can't access any feature. I have signed in and out to no success. Please assist ASAP

If I have a subscription to acrobat reader mobile, and I try to compress a pdf file or combine multiple pdf files on my mobile device, do the pdf files get uploaded to adobe cloud for compression or any processing like combining multiple files ?or do the pdf files get processed, combined, or compressed entirely on the mobile device itself without getting uploaded to the adobe cloud at all.

Olá, boa noite. Tinha uma tarefa para resolver e necessitava de um app para fazer pdf, vi que era um app com compras dentro, porém como vi que tinha um período grátis baixei mesmo assim, pois iria cancelar a assinatura logo depois, para usar só o período grátis. Acontece que mesmo cancelando logo depois de baixar, a compra foi debitada do cartão, e até o momento atual não foi extornada. 

I want to distribute the Adobe Reader Mobile App on a number of company smartphones via EMM software. I have requested a redistribution license via "https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?idx=W8RNXE" but have received no response from adobe, yet. After sending the webform data the confirmation text says, Adobe will respond to the request within 3 working days, which did not happen in the last 3 weeks, though I have sent the qequest four times. The support hotline for our other licensed (and charged) Adobe products told me they cannot help and recommended me to write to the Adobe Reader forum. So, here we go, can anyone help on this issue?

Hello,I tried to renew my premium membership but amount was debited from my account without any renewal. I have waited for about 16-17 hours and my money has reverted back to my account yet. Attaching the receipt for your reference.

How do I make Acrobat reconnect to adobe cloud? I am on an IPAD and can only open files on this device, new starred files are not showing up, and existing ones don't open. I have internet on the device, I can surf.

Hallo zusammen.Ich habe die ACROBAT PREMIUM Version im August 2021 über Apple gekauft. Habe das Iphone 12 mit dem Iphone 13 ersetzt. Habe versucht, die Einkäufe wiederherzustellen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Habe heute den ganzen Nachmittag mit einem Support Mitarbeiter am Telefon verbracht und alles überprüfen lassen. Seitens Apple liegt kein Fehler vor. Jetzt habe ich wieder die kostenlsoe Version. Ich habe mich an- und abgemeldet, mein Telefon neugestartet, meine Abo kontrolliert und sogar die App deinstalliert und es geht immer noch nicht. Jedesmal wenn ich die Käufe wiederherstellen möchte kommt diese Fehlermeldung: Fehler beim Wiederherstellen. Einkäufe konnten nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. (AdobeAISSessionClaimStatusErrorDomain-Fehler 8.)Bitte um Unterstützung.

I bought yearly subscription £68.99 and changed it on the app store to the monthly £9.99 one. Will I be refunded for the yearly subscription?

Why has my Adobe app got a number 2 showing on it when there is nothing outstanding in the notifications or any other link? How to remove the "2".

I read PDFs on an iPad mini which is quite small. I can increase the size of whole document by sliding my thumb and forefinger apart, but that increases the whole document and slides the text outside the screen. Is there some way to increase the font so that all text stays within the margins of my iPad mini?
