I am super pissed it should not be this fu€king difficult to cancel a subscription. I'm never using this sh!t again. I feel like the purpose make these thing difficult. But y'all got me fu€ked up im not about to continue to pay for something I'm not using.

Hace no más de 4 horas leí que tenía una prueba de suspensión de 7 días y al rellenar los datos de mi tarjeta bancaria me cobraron. Necesito cancelar la suscripción y exijo la devolución de dicho importe.  Gracias.  

Hello, I am using the Adobe app for iPad. Previously, I could annotate documents and they would be saved. Today, they have started to disappear once I click "done" and exit the document. How can I fix this? Dahlia

I had a free experience and canceled it, but it didn't get canceled due to an error. I haven't used the application so far. I would appreciate it if you could give me a refund. I am a poor student. Please, I beg you.

When I go in to edit the PDF it says I need to subscribe but I am already subscribed with a valid subscription and it won't let me resubscribe 

How do you make acrobat a option in opening a document on a android

I am unable to cancel my subscription, it does not appear on my App Store under "subscription".

I am using the Adobe Acrobat Mobile Version Premium and was able to highlight through chapter 7. Now I am on Chapter 8 and cannot highlight only underline, add comment, and erase. I have tried resetting; the latest version is 21.10.00 and troubleshooting for the past 2 hours and cannot identify the problem. Is there a limit to highlighting with a PDF book? Please help.

I recently switched into a new device and since then my text annotations(highlights,strike through etc..) are not being saved like they used to on my old device. I don't see save option either! Pls help Do I have to use "save it" everytime I open a pdf ?

I canceled my subscription days before the free trial was up, yet I was still charged.  I let them know it was due to cost related issues 

In 26/10/2021 11:44pm GMT+8,I dowwnload this app,then I got free trial,but when I continued with the Free trial button,Its charged my money.Why???Then I got a Premium Yearly...I don't know why this bug can't fix it,and when I wants to refund my money,I unsubscribe the Premium Yearly Package,then I email to Adobe,and come to this website talk with the really human customer service,He said I didn't have subscribe the package and cannot refund my money!! And I tried to refund my money in Play Store,The Play store refund service emailed me after 2 days 28/10/2021,he said cannot refund my money because 2 days already...wow,I email you guys on 26/10/2021，Is You guys reply me after 2 days,not me refund after 2 days!!!!!How come they work like this ???!! I signed up for a seven day free trial on October 14, 2021. I would like to cancel prior to October 21, 2021. Can you please help me?

How can I unify my Adobe accounts. One is free and the other I am paying for (Pro DC). I can barely make use of my paid subscription when I need to without quite the hassle since most of my documents come into the email account connected to the free Adobe Reader. I hope that this is making sense to someone. It takes me a long while to work it out every time I figure it out. Help, please.

This past May I payed for a full year subscription and now it's saying I'm a free subscriber and I need to pay for the full version for a full year... AGAIN! WT??? Why? My next subscription isn't due until May of 2022! Do I need to cancel? Will I get refunded? And as always, no one to actually talk to.

Installed new ios update & editing pdf no longer works... tap on text to edit and a "delete tap" appears.  

Hello,  i have a Quick question I'm trying to cancel my subscription. I followed the step to do it but when I'm arriving inside my apple subscription. I can't see subscription for Adobe that's me I can't stop the subscription and every I have a payment fees. 

New ios 14.7.1 update & this app no longer allows you edit.  You tap on the text and "delete tab" appears & doesn't let you edit only deletes the entire page.  Somebody please contact the developers and patch a fix ASAP!!

I have two files that a company (it includes their company customer information!) shared with me that I do not know and/or want but cannot delete. Is there a way to delete these files?
