Acrobat Reader Mobile

Does Adobe pro for iPhone / iPad (os 15) really not have an alternative for OCR of documents? (please don't answer if you're not able to answer with either a yes or a no. I already know of all the scanner apps out there with OCR, but I am surprised if Adobe Pro doesn't have it on thir iPhone/iPadPro apps...)

When using the "Open with" function from Dropbox, then clicking Adobe Acrobat, takes you to Adobe Acrobat, but the Acrobat always prompts "Unable to connect to Dropbox". But always works on the 2nd run.

I am trying to view PDF files on my iPad through acrobat and once the PDF is open, the majority of the details are not shown. This is the same problem for pretty much all PDFs that I've tried opening through acrobat. There are no issues viewing this through other apps on this iPad or on a desktop. details:- Brand new IPad Pro 11 with IPad os 15 ( was the same issue before I updated)-installed the latest acrobat app on sept 23- PDFs are mostly created from CAD drawings An example is attached.thanks 

Hello,I am trying to lock pdfs after signing them on the Adobe Acrobat Reader iOS app. When I sign and save the pdf, I get the following message: Forms with a signature or initials will not be editable once saved. This is not the case, once I send via email, our customers can still fill all the fields intended for our coworkers only. How do I lock the pdfs after signing them on an iPad? Is this possible? I know I can do it via the desktop app.Thank you for your help,SM

Hello, I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro but it didn't work on my phone so I wanted to receive my money back, but when I looked at "manage subscriptions" there was nothing and my money wasn't taken so I assumed that it won't work and they won't take my money. Today I saw the money was taken from my account but I don't (and didn't) see the subscription on my phone so I could delete it. What can I do to receive my money back? 

Does anyone know how to get the acrobat app to share my files between my devices??? I've contacted adobe who was not helpful. There is literally a section in the app for shared files, but doesn't seem to be a way to share them...help please. 

Been a subscriber to premium for several months through my apple account and still not able to use my features. Keeps telling my unknown error has occurred. What do I do? Pls quite urgent

I am using iPad Air 3, and the acrobat reader auto updated 1 day ago. Today, I tried to open a previous pdf file which I hv annotated before. The file opens and I cannot see the original pdf file content, but can only see my previous annotation. I tried switch off and on the iPad, and delete and download the apps and the problem persists. Attached screen shot for easy understanding. I tried to test and download another pdf file from a email, it saved successfully on my iPad, but it shows only a blank page. I save the same file in document cloud, and opened the file using acrobat reader in my Samsung Android phone, and I can see the content without any problem. Hence I think it's the latest acrobat reader update on the iPad Air is creating the problem. Pls fix ASAP!

OK so I'm on the one week free trial for Acrobat Reader in iOS.Apple's subscription options are telling me that I have signed up for 9.99 after 7 days.The problem I have with that is that in the App Store listing, the in-App Purchases lists multiple payment options, including Premium Yearly at 68.99, a saving of over £50 a year.So, silly me thought that Apple could sort it out, after all they control the App Store, and get very upset if someone tries to bypass their subscriptions process.But no, Apple says I have to contact the developer. So here I am.I'm on day one of my free trial. How do I switch to the Premium 1 Year plan before my 7 days is up, and both Adobe and Apple start making money out of me that I shouldn't have to pay?

I have purchased Adobe on my iphone but I can not log into my laptop through same subscription. I have tried troubleshooting some of the recommendations but it asks me to start trial or purchase.

I pay for Adobe online and use it on my computer all the time. Do I also have to pay to use the app or am I able to use the app because I already pay for Adobe?

My Adobe acrobat for iPad Pro updated this morning and pdf's are no longer loading properly. I get a lot of blank space instead of what should be in the actual pdf.

I purchased a yearly premium package and it worked fine for a few months and now it's just not working at all except tell me to upgrade when I'm already upgraded what's the fix

Unfortunately,  Adobe is harsh on the eyes and should come packed with narration.I'd rather get selected subject line info that I could zero in on important subject matter throughout and long winded document or from a writer like myself that doesn't k ow when to stop putting fluff into his reads, because there's nothing worse than wasting  your time reading something without opinions and with no discernable substance. Otherwise it's fine I do that alor. How are you  

I have a form which employs use of comb field for some of the input required. The form filling works flawlessly on a PC, but when I try to fill the form in Acrobat Reader on my Android the Comb field does not behave as expected:If the input is any alphabet, the next character (whatever it is that has been typed) will not show. Upon pressing backspace the program behaves as if the characters I have types has been registered and I will need to press backspace as many times as the characters I have typed. For Example, if I type in "APR1990", only "A" will be shown and I'll have to press backspace 7 times to erase the entry "A".If the input is a number, the next character (whatever it is that has been typed) will show up. If the next character is an alphabet then the third character won't show up. I have created a simple file with a single comb field for testing (attached). Any guidance in this regard will be highly appreciated. Regards,Uzair

I've had multiple maps downloaded onto acrobat reader and been a user for almost three years now. After this new update, once i upload a map onto this App, it shows nothing but what i have edited in the past. If i delete my editing i would have a blank sheet. I need this fixed. Anything i download onto acrobat reader, is a blank sheet unless i put an edit on it. On an iPhone 

Can anyone on this forum help me? I was editing a book on adobe on my new Lenovo M10 (A10) tablet, making comments and saving them. However, this morning when I opened my tablet, Adobe refused to enter comments as the file was "read only". I've seen this before, but I could also see the original comments I had made last night, so wtf. So in order to be able to make comments again, I tried saving the file on the cloud, but was "unable to connect", so I decided to save on device. Here Acrobat told me "The file is being saved, we'll let you know when it's ready." How long does this usually take? The file disapperad from my recent files list, it's not available on the device or the cloud. Where is it being saved or did they just cost me 16 working hours and postpone our publishing? So I assume the whole time the file was in temporary memory, and that's why it's gone. Starting a week ago, I am no longer able to open pdf files on either iPhone or iPad through files of Microsoft One Drive or Files. I am only able to open them within Adobe Acrobat. All IOS systems are updated and the problem continues. "The file cannot be displayed. Sorry there was a problem opening the viewer" is the exact error. I am able to open Adobe Acrobat and the same file opens just fine. Any clues.

After upgrading Adobe Reader this morning the app is just hanging and showing a blue wheel spinning. I had a lot of local files on this iPad that now are missing.Is there any error correction coming soon to this problem?/Peter
