Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have tried to cancel my subscription but I keep going round in circles.

I've got a document that has many fields and two places for signature/dates at the bottom. On the computer I fill out the fields and sign the document. When doing the first signature, the properties for Signed >> Mark as read-only >> Just these fields is used to lock the fields that I filled in and the 2nd user is not allowed to change. I then need to send the PDF via email to the 2ND user so they can fill out the remaining fields and sign the document on their mobile device using the mobile Acrobat app and email it back. The issue is that the 2nd signature field, though not one of the selected fields for read-only, doesn't show on the app and when using the edit  Fill & sign button an error comes up that says "Protected document This tools is not available because document is password protected".   Does anyone know how to make the 2ND signature show up 

I am wondering if anyone had same problem and how to fix it. I am using Adove Reader app. Some pdf documents wont display notes on Ipad that I draw. Yet I can see them on the computer.Thank you 

I have linked my Google drive account on the acrobat app on my iPad. I accidentally deleted some of the folders which were saved in the Google drive on the acrobat app (so I deleted those folders on the acrobat app). May I ask how can I restore these folders? I could not find these folders on the trash/bin on Google drive app. Thanks. 

Buenos dias señores Acrobat Reader, tengo un smartphone con dos sim card, en el cual tengo dos cuentas de whatsapp y de unos dias para aca en una de esas cuentas no me deja abrir los archivos pdf, sale una ventana que dice no se puede acceder a este archivo compruebe la conexión a internet o reduzca el nombre del archivo. Just noticed today that I cannot see all my PDF files in Adobe Acrobat on my iPad device. I can, however, see them when I open the file in my lap top. Please help!

Are there known issues currently with iOS (14.7.1) and sharing PDFs from Adobe?  I have implemented the sharing of PDFs on Android from the native file system, adobe, google chrome..... I have done the same on iOS as well but for some reason the share from Adobe only works 1/15 times.  The file system thinks all the test files exist and are read/writeable but for some reason the behavior is incredible inconsistent.   Just wondering if there are reported issues relating to this at this point in time... I've also experienced a lack of ability to share PDF through Safari browser when it works 100% w/ google chrom on iOS..

Salve, da qualche giorno (forse dall'ultimo aggiornamento di Adobe) ho problemi con i pdf allegati ai messaggi che ricevo sull'app Aruba PEC, perché non si aprono. È sicuramente un problema di Adobe perché con altre app mi legge normalmente pdf, mentre Adobe dopo averla selezionata come app con cui si desidera aprire il file, esce e torna indietro sulla scelta dell'app. È successo a qualcun altro? Da cosa dipende?

Hey, I am having trouble opening files using the Google Drive integration in Acrobat on my iPad Pro. I want to be able to open files directly from Google Drive without first storing them on my local iPad In the attached image you will see that the same file is being loaded only when stored on my iPad...and not working through Google Drive. The second image shows what happens when I click on the Google Drive file = White page. Hoping someone has a fix for this 

Não consigo abrir ou enviar PDF ou imagens pelo WhatsApp em um dos chips...informa formato incompatível.  

I want to print a pdf as a booklet from my Android 11 phone. The printer (hp laser jet) is capable of doing this eg when sending print job from the laptop. Is there any way to this from the Adobe Acrobat Reader App? I haven't found any pertaining option. Many thanks.

When I try to restore my subscription on my iPhone I'm getting this error.error message:Unable to restore purchases. The operation couldn’t be completed. (AdobeAISSession-ClaimStatusErrorDomain error 8.)

BjrJe ne, peux pas ouvrir les pièces jointes, ça me marque impossibilité d'ouvrir le dossier, il a été endommagé. Comment y remédier 

Hi team,  Please update this app it has bug where document is encrypted with password and required password to open it but this app has no feature to take input(password) from user to open the document Due to that many official documents won't be able to open in this app. official documents via Outlook won't allow to open with other than this applications. Please consider this request and do the needful.This will really helpful for everyone.

Why can't I see my signature after I place it in the pdf doc?

Why is there a constant notification on my app when I have no notification when I open the app? I've  looked all through the app and cannot find how to get rid of it. 

I have a lot of files on my iPad in Adobe Acrobat Reader Intune but every time I try and open the app I get the following message: "Adobe Acrobat Ready Intune" Needs to be Updated.  The Developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iPadOS. Is there any way I can get to my files (they were stored through/in the app and not in the 'Files' app or something like that)?  Also, any clue if Adobe will ever update this to work with the newer OS version(s)?

Baixei o app do Adobe de vcs onde no meu celular não funcionou no mesmo dia dia diz o cancelamento e desinstalei mesmo assim vcs me cobraram onde no próprio app tinha cancele a qualquer momento dentro de 7 dias e eu fiz isso no mesmo dia e vcs realizaram a cobrança de 55,99 quero o extorno  achei um absurdo

Hi, I just paid for a one year subscription for the android app editing feature. The subscription is showing as active in my android subscriptions account and my card has been charged. However the app continues to show me as a free user and prompts me to subscribe for the feature again. Please give me access to the paid features or atleast give me a refund!
