Hi. I have premium features paid for on my iPad for Adobe. I'm now working off of a dell laptop (with touch screen) but I'm struggling to figure out which Adobe is the right one and to make sure that my subscription features migrate. Can you help me, please? Thanks.

I was trying to sign the 7 days trial, but accidentally purchased the premium montlhy, I have already canceled, but can I get a refund? Since I haven't even used the app yet.

Hi, I paid for editing on PDF files, when I open the document I can select edit and message is purchased activating feature, but it's still spinning and nothing happens. I can't go over that point and the feature doesn't activate it Ben after 2 up to 4 minutes.

I am logging in with my Apple ID and even tried to log into the mobile app with my email address and it keeps showing my name as Richard. When I go to settings my first name is listed as Ami, which is what it should be. How do I change this!!!!????

My Acrobat Reader for Android, if I touch the three vertical dots, shows a headphone icon and I can read the entire PDF document out loud. My Acrobat Reader for iOS does not show a similar headphone icon. Does Adobe plan to add this headphone icon and read out loud feature?Bill

The "Save to Document Cloud" function in Acrobat Reader has suddenly stopped working.I get the error message, "Unable to save the file to Document Cloud.  A copy has been saved to your device."  Initially it gives me the usual green message, "Saved to Document Cloud," but a few seconds later it switches. I'm using a 2020 iPad Air, running the latest version of iOS.  I've checked my iPhone, and the issue occurs there too, so it appears to be a problem with the app.I've never had a problem before.  Both Reader & iOS last updated on the 27 July, this problem first appeared four days later.   I successfully saved files to Document Cloud during those four days, so it doesn't seem to be related to the updates.  All files seem to be affected, not just ones downloaded today - I've tried saving files I've previously saved successfully, with no luck. I've tried everything I can think of - logged out of the app & in again, reset the iPad,

I have a timesheet that has a weekending in the header and dates for the times Sun-Sat.When I change the w/e saturday date then the Sun-Sat dates update with javascript on my desktop PC.The dates do not update on the Acrobat Reader App on my iphone.Timesheet attached.Any ideas?The javascript was written for me. Hi,While creating a new fillable form in Acrobat Pro, I faced the following issue:- In Switzerland we use the following number formats   11'222.33, where ' is the thousands separator and . is the decimal separator.- In the Form, at "TextField" Properties -> Format, I've selected the correct format i want, which is 1'234.56- When having preset numbers, or calculated numbers (by Javascript), the display is correctThe issue is when the user wants to enter a number, the user has to use the comma "," while entering the number, which is very confusing. Right after the input is finished and the field changes focus, the number will be displayed correctly. On Android devices its even worse, since for number fields, there is no comma in the number keypad. Ive also tried the effects of "Settings->Language" and set to "as Operating System", but this does not change anything What is causing this issue? Is there a setting on Acrobat what country/region the user is in? Like

Downloaded and opened and Reader app and my pdf. I don't see any button in the app to be able to read aloud my pdf. Help!

Habe mit Hilfe von Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 auf Windows PC ein Formular mit verschiedenen Feldern erstellt. Probleme bereiten mir jetzt die Formularfelder mit Formatierung Zahl und 2 Dezimalstellen(Format = 1234,56 €) ) mit Währungssymbol. Im Adobe Reader können diese Felder ohne Probleme mit Nachkommstellen erfasst werden. Das gleiche Formular unter Android Version 11 in der Adobe App lässt keine Erfassung von Nachkommstellen zu (die Kommataste ist hellgrau(deaktiviert). Kennt jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem? Vielen dank.
