Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi. I recently bought an Android smartphone and the first time I received a PDF by email I could view it with WPS Office (which does not save automatically the file in my device) but, since I have Adobe Acrobat in this phone, every PDF is opened by Adobe and automatically the document is saved in my device.Is there a way that Adobe does not save a visualised PDF automatically in the device?How can I set WPS to be the program to visualise a new PDF that I receive by email or WhatsApp or at least that I have the chance to visualise a new PDF with either program?Thanks in advance.

We have a PDF document that has an embedded URL that has been changed.  When a user tries to open the link in Acrobat Mobile, it openes the old link, but when opened on the desktop Acrobat it opens the correct klink.  Also, on the mobile, if we use other apps like OneDrive, Google Drive, Office, etc to open the PDF and tap the link it opens the right page.  Is there something on the Adobe side that caches old URLs in a document?  I have tried clearing all data on the app, tried on both Android and Apple.  Tried on phones that have never opened the document before and never had Acrobat installed on it and the results are all the same.

I'm a hard working single mom. Having 69.99 taken out of my account because of a accidental subscription and immediately cancelled the subscription right away. Never even used. Please do the right thing and refund our money. 

I tried to save comment on read only file on Google drive. It asked to save in local system. So I added comments but now I am unable to find local version of file. 

I've never had a problem printing my documents but suddenly magazines I subscribe to that have my name at the bottom, the app tells me it cannot print a "protected file"?  What is this?  How can it be fixed?

I received an encrypted email for my tax return and I was prompted to download this app. It never worked!! A week later, my debit card was charged $74.19. Google advised me to contact the developer and I still have not received any response. 

Hi, I'm reading a PDF on my iPad and can't select text to copy or highlight it etc.I've checked the PDF isn't protected, and also found I can select text from the same document using Acrobat Reader on my Mac.This functionality is critical so I've had to download Foxit in order to keep working. I can select the same text from the same document no problem using Foxit. I don't want two readers on my device so unless this problèm is resolved I'll have to remove Adobe. Which irks me as I prefer to limit the number of developers I use.Any suggestions welcome. 

Hi, I always combine files for work. I have been doing it for the past year in the Adobe app on my phone. I tried to combine files today and I keep getting an error message. It's the same kind of files, there's literally nothing different about what I'm trying to do today. I've restarted my phone. Deleted and reinstalled. Tried Adobe on my computer instead. None of it is working. Please help me!!! 

Hello I purchased the 9.99 package today it says I won't have to renew until June .. But everytime I go to do anything in my account it says I have to pay a fee again of 9.99 when I'm already subscribed 

I would like to cancel my free trial before I get billed because I don't need Adobe Acrobat after all. Can you please assist me?

Am I correct in that unlike Adobe Reader version X and higher, the Adobe Reader Mobile app doesn't support javascript form feature enhancements such as popup menus and the like? Thank you ahead of time.

I have been converting images to PDF using the program since the beginning of the year, but all of a sudden it is saying 'failed to convert' with no specific reason why. I've deleted and redownloaded the app but no joy. Help
