Acrobat Reader Mobile

Good Evening Everybody,  Let me describe the situation in a step by step process to make it easy for you: Created and Exported a PDF Form (Using InDesign)Encrypted the document with a permissions password (Changes allowed filling in form fiels and singing). When I open the document on a desktop using Adobe Acrobat everything works perfectly. A user can fill in the form and sign the document, export etc however cannot make any other changes to text or the document etc. When I open the same form in the Mobile Application - Adobe Reader, I cannot fill the form or sign. I went back to point 2. I tried all the options just to be sure. However with any persmisions password even if I allowed all changes besides extracting pages the Adobe Reader Application didn't give me access to edit the document either. It only read the file as "READ ONLY". I am adding screenshots for your persual as well. Ps. It tried saving the file to the device and all other options.

Hello everyone, since we updated our tablets to Version 21.2.0.17204, we encountered two problems.Checkboxes which are hit by our users won't visually update, although they change their state in the background. (We tried to forward the file after checking some boxes and saw they actually changed their state.)Furthermore a button, which is used to open a new mail to some specific e-mail address, isn't displayed anymore.Further investigation showed the button apperently is there, but not visible as usual.The document hasn't changed at all and is working properly in different versions or products.I'd be really grateful for some advice, information oder pointing in the right direction, since the pdf I'm talking about is pretty important for some workflow in my company.Our technicians rely on it during field service.The PDF was generated using the recent version of InDesign CC.In the attached sample I only removed our Logo and changed the mail address.Best RegardsChris

Hello, I have been trying to request a refund for an app that was purchased accidentally by someone else and I emailed Acrobat multiple times and have had no response back from them.Acrobat please email me back to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your help.  

My Acrobat reader on my Samsung phone will not open pdfs created by a third party software.  They just show as blank.  Does anyone know of a solution for this?Thanks...

I'm baffled. I'm a subscriber to your monthly premium features. But for some reason the app tells me I need to subscribe or restore. SO I DO. Then a screen pops up that says "unknown error" occurred. I have :uninstalled/reinstalled  the app. three times. signed out the app and signed in again made sure the app and iOS are up to date. powered on and off. AND IT STILL TELLS ME an unknown error occurred. This is getting ridiculous. What is the problem??????  

Hello,I created a PDF on PC with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. Inside the PDF are some Textboxes, which can be set on "hidden = true" (JavaScript) by clicking a radiobutton. Everything works fine on PC. But if I want to use it on iPhone/iPad, the hide-function doesnt do anything. 2. Problem:If I want to print the filled PDF from iPhone/iPad, some textboxes with numbers (= datatype of the boxes) are empty. The values ​​are also not displayed in the print preview. Other textboxes with textes inside are fine. Any idea whats wrong? 

The top picture shows what the pdf looks like on my ipad. No text loaded in. The bottom picture is the same article loaded normally on my macbook.

I’m trying to convert my pdf files to jpg, jpeg on my iPhone and it doesn’t have that as a option and that’s the reason I purchased adobe dc but it only has word, excel, PowerPoint etc as the options and I need this corrected ASAP!

I have designed an interactive PDF in Acrobat Pro on my computer. The PDF has dependent drop down menus using javascript. The dependent drop downs work on a computer (both Mac & PC) and in 3rd party PDF viewer apps (PDF Expert ) but not in the mobile Acrobat app made by Adobe. Any advice to make it work in the native app made by Adobe? Tried both apple and android devices. 

I'm looking for a way to print file or document to pdf from an iPhone like you do on computer. Is there a way?  Or do I look elsewhere?

How can I change the name of a document I've downloaded online via mobile app? Sometimes the name of the document is so complicated or obscure that I can't figure out what it is without opening it up. I'd like to be able to change the doc name like I can on my computer with the "save as" option.

I have created many forms in inDesign with check boxes and they worked fine in Acrobat on both desktops and mobile devices. All of a sudden, a recent update for Acrobat on iOS (not sure about android) has caused the check boxes to not work. They still show up as interactive boxes, but when clicked, there is no check mark. They also still work on a desktop and they work on an iphone when opened in files. However, most people will open it in acrobat, so I need this fixed. I'd rather not have to redesign all these forms... is there a workaround on this? Is this a bug in the update? Thanks!

Hello. I created a pdf form on my desktop Adobe with the box where I can attach a photo/file.I have no problems filling in the form on the Adobe Reader on my android phone, exept it won't let me to attach a photo to it (while I can easily do that on the computer). When I click on the image box, it just selects it, but there is no prompt to browse to the phone gallery.I saw there have been a similar issue on this forum, but dated 2017. I was wondering if there have been any changes since and if there is a way to attach a photo to the fillable form on the android device.I will appreciate any relevant information. Please let me know if there are free apps available to do that. If not, what are the other options (paid apps)? Thank you.

Hola,antes tenia un iphone 5s sin ningun problema para abrir y firmar pdfs, ahora cambie al iphone 7 y los mismos documentos pdfs que firmaba antes ahora no los puedo modificar porque me pide la clave del administrador de ese documento (que soy yo!). Alguien me podria decir como saber esa clave ya que no puse ninguna clave de seguridad cuando cree ese documento en mi ordenador?Gracias anticipada por su ayuda.Saludos 

On Android version of Adobe reader, documents synced with Onedrive do not open, with an error maybe saying " unknown error occured during downloading this document" after tapping(the real message in Japanese version I am using is "このドキュメントをダウンロード中に不明なエラーが発生しました") .  Looks no clue. Even though the reader for PC (both Win and Mac) can open the same documents on Onedrive. And other documents via Google drive also can do it on the same smartphone.  This means no problem about network connection and other something mechanical, I think. For a while I am going to be able to use the documents on Gdrive, but need to make a migration of them from the Gdrive to Onedrive because of size limitation in the near future.Uninstallation of the reader app and re-logging in the app made no changes.  Do you have any solution or suggestion? Please.
