Acrobat Reader Mobile

I purchased a subscription and for some reason when it stopped working I logged out like one of the other users suggestion on the forum log back in and now it won't even restore the features at all but yet I paid for the subscription what do I do I need this to work I'm in the middle of filling out very important work forms please help quickly thank you

Created a pdf from InDesign, set as spreads with two-up and cover, but does not show in spreads on my iPad pro

I purchased the acrobat premium and it's not allowing me to edit my document when I click edit PDF it's only coming up with delete on top toolbars but the edit text part it was working few months ago 

Version 20.01.00 for iOS allows you to open an html e-mail attachment much like it is possible to open a .pdf. This no longer works in 20.02.00. In version 20.01.00:1. You could open an html file attachment, tap on the share icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and then choose the Adobe icon to import and open the html file.2. Optionally, you could do a long press on the file attachment, choose share, and then choose the Adobe icon or "import to Acrobat." The reason to open the html file into Acrobat is that Acrobat supports JavaScript where Apple's Quick View no longer supports it. The work around is to save the file using "Files" and open the file from within Acrobat. However, the ability to open the html attachment more directly like the functionality currently available for .pdf or previously available for html in version 20.01.00 is much better. 

How do i Get access to the Enterprise ID aften logging om Adobe as a private user?

This is very annoying.I'm using Android and if I open a pdf-file from Dropbox and then chooses "open with" to open it with acrobat... the result is that it does NOT open and I got a message saying "your organization does not allow this, please contact your adiminstrator". I would have understood if it was onedrove or dropbox work subscription but it happens when I try to open a file on my OWN PRIVATE Dropbox. What is the workaround to this bug?

Yesterday, when working in Adobe app on iPad, suddenly I received a warning shown in red while transferring documents to Adobe cloud for back up. It said: document can not be transferred due to unexpected failure. Try again later. I tried many times after but no result. What should I do to restore ?

HelloI read a thick book and needs a bookmark inside.I don't see this option.That's the basic thing.Apple's book app can be an example.Help

When I hit the "open" button on a pdf document in dropbox, I am taken to the adobe home page not straight to the document. I am using an iPad Pro, any clues? Thanks

First of all, I find it very strange the call center team cannot assit me with mobile question beacause they are not trained in mobile?? If Adobe creates and support an app, why not a simple tech support for it?  How can I make the app not save my documents on adobe cloud? When I scan a or edit a document on iOS, it saves on cloud, I don't want that upload to my clould rather I want to save locally on device or on my Files folder. I have Acrobat and Adboe Scan app on my mobile and subcribe to Acrobat Standard and Pro licences via business license. 

I as a studen use a lot the app Acrobat for iPad to edit some files, I've been using it for 3 months and never had a problem.Today I opened the app and all the files where missing. I already search in the cloud, deleted files, other app as drive and Dropbox.I really need to recover the files that where already edited. If you can help me, I'll be so grateful. Thank you.

I'm on my iPad trying to view a document on a website that specifically says ill need the adobe acrobat reader to view it. The document online is under a link that takes me to an error page. How to i open this link in the adobe app on my iPad?

I've been trying to open a book from cloud library yet every time I attempt to open it I'm getting the error message. I've tried everything but nothing is working. I've even tried signing into Adobe & going through the trouble shooting section, googling how to fix it, uninstalled & reinstalled the app & it's still not working. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have purchased premium in Acrobat Reader for mobile, today and it still isnt working, I have called tech support and they told me to uninstall and install it again, did that, then they told me to come here to find answers? I think its outrageous that I paid and no seems to be able to help me !!

Just wondering if you can use one account to run the premium features of Adobe Reader Mobile (such as combining PDF files) on more than one iPad?

How can I stopped upload file to document cloud on iOS version 

Since the latest app update, I’ve lost the ability to save a web page as a PDF. Previously, while viewing a web page, I would press the SHARE icon and select the option SAVE AS PDF (using Acrobat Reader). After the PDF was created and saved, I was able to edit the file name, and foward it via email. As of today—the SAVE AS PDF option no longer appears when I touch the SHARE icon. When I open the Adobe Reader app, all of my previously created files are still there. The only reason i downloaded this app is to create PDF docs from web pages. Is this a bug in the recent update? Or has Adobe removed this feature?

I upgraded from a IPhone 6s to a iPhone 7s and now have lost all my Adobe files.  Can I get them back?
