Acrobat Reader Mobile

Can I sign up for  $9.99 offer today for Adobe Acrobat pro DC when I currently am  subscribed to $14.99 monthly Acrobat Pro DC?  If I do this will I have two subscriptions or will new one replace old one?  Additionally How can I keep all of my old files from Adobe cloud if I cancel $14.99 monthly in favor of $9.99 monthly?

First of all, it would be nice if there was a community for the Fill&Sign app, right now I have to take what seems to be the best match, so Reader Mobile it is.After I filled a file, I can upload it to Google Drive. Perfect, since our company recently switched to G-Suite.However, if I want to start using a file, I can't select Google Drive to select my files. That seems a bit inconsistent to me, any chance of this getting fixed?

I have the Adobe app on my Apple IPad Pro.I have an Apple stylus pen that I’m using to add information and drawings to the PDF’s.When I email the PDF from the App, inside the email window that opens up, everything added shifts to a different part of the PDF. After I go into my sent items in my email, it also shows that everything shifted.However when I checked my sent items from a computer, it’s normal.Either way the person receiving it gets it correctly. It appears the issue is only seeing it on my IPad when emailing it. Does anyone have any idea how I can make it appear on the IPad correctly?Thank you in advance.

I purchased a subscription of adobe premium for my iPad but I am not able to use the Edit PDF option.  It still appears on the lower right with a blue star next to "Edit PDF" and when selected it takes me back to the info page comparing standard vs premium and so I click on subscribe again but then it goes from "purchasing" to telling me I already have a subscription and if I want to manage.  When I click manage it only gives me an option to cancel.  Which I did, trying to see if it was an app update/download issue and tried it again but still not working.  I tried deleting the app and re-downloading, I tried signing out of my account and back in and I tried shutting off and restarting my iPad.  None of these have worked.   Why isn't my acrobat app recognizing the subscription?

A white line just appeared in one line of text. If you look at the attached graphic you will see this on the text inside the green box. I went back and looked at the original document and there isn't a line. I'm not sure why this showed up. Any ideas would be appreciated. 

Using Acrobat Pro XI to create Reader Extended forms with fillable fields for saved data within, is there any special  save/setup/export required to make these forms fillable and savable using Reader on an iPad or Android mobile? (I have an Android phone with the Adobe Reader app installed, and when I view a fillable PDF form that works perfectly on my laptop with Reader, I cannot even click into a field on the phone...)

Is it possible to upload my PDF's which are stored on google drive onto Adobe Acrobat iPad version as I want to edit them on the go. the options are iCloud and Dropbox but I do not see google drive. help please. 

I am using adobe on iPad Pro and i want to select a part of the text or a graphic. In other versions there was an icon for that (a rectangle with a camera i think) but now i cant find it nor been able to copy. Please help. Thanks.

I've just subscribed ( and paid ) to Abode for the facility to export PDF documents into word documents. Every time I try to export a PDF document it's telling me I have to subscribe/pay even though I have logged into my account ( and paid!)    [Title renamed by the moderator]

I have a file uploaded in my document cloud of size 130 MB. The file opens fine in my Adobe reader on Desktop from the cloud. On my Pixel 2 XL with Android 9.0 and with latest Reader app, i get the following error after the file downloads 100% "The document path is not valid". I have tried other files on the phone from the cloud and they all open except this one. Is there a file size issue here? I have enough space on my phone and no network issues. I have tried uploading the same file to the cloud to make sure its properly uploaded.

I was just about to open the Adobe Acrobat and saw that the app was gone from my phone. I downloaded it from AppStore again, but when I opened it, almost every file I had was gone. I don’t understand what has happened. I have the same app on another phone and all my files has been there as well earlier, but when I open it now, almost everything I had there (the same files) is gone as well. Can someone please help me by explaining what might have happened? Is there anything I can do to get them back? 

Documents suddenly stopped opening on several fire tablets. Getting document path invalid error msg. Adobe Reader updated on Sept. 2019. Any fix for this?

Hello, I am looking for a How-To Guide to integrate the Acrobat Premium on IOS into Microsoft Intune. I already tried some configurations but it doesn't work as needed.The goal is to hand over files from OneDrive/Outlook/SharePoint to Adobe, Edit the PDF in Adobe and then Save the edited file in OneDrive/Outlook/SharePoint.  The OneDrive/Outlook/SharePoint Apps are managed by Intune and files must not only be transfered between the managed apps.It would be great if someone could help me all the Best

I have a collection of PDFs sync'd to my device via another app (Mendeley). I choose to open a PDF from this app using Acrobat Reader. Annotations are made. I leave Reader and return to Mendeley only to find the PDF in Mendeley's respository does not contain the annotations I made in Reader. I open the file again from Mendeley and it opens up a file in Reader with a "-1" appended to the end, i.e. file-1.pdf where file.pdf was the original name. I back out to Reader's recent list, and it has file-1 and file both listed. Opening file from the recent list displays the annotated version. This is the only way I can find the annotated file. I then turn to Samsung's My Files app. Searching reveals file.pdf in the Mendeley managed repository (simply a folder in the Internal Storage) but no file-1.pdf. If I open file.pdf from My Files in Reader, it has no annotations. If I back out to Reader's recent list, I now see 3 files: file-1.pdf (with no annotations) and TWO file.pdf

For some days now I can't save files anymore to my document cloud. Before, everything worked well. Now it says "Couldn't upload that file. A copy was created" with every file I want to save to the document cloud. I already deleted some files in my document cloud in case a full storage is the problem, but it didn't help.

I am unable to open a PDF from a supplier on my Iphone but can easily open it on my Mac.All other pdf filea received from other people open fine.

In order to allow Adobe to open PDFs from outlook mobile in intune, we need a URL Protocol. Does anyone know that is?

Since the update this week (adobe 19.11.00 (20191114.173841) running on my iPhone pro max software 13.2.3,when I open a set of pdf plans Adobe is incredibly slow to try and open the set. Even on a set that's 2-3 pages it will sometime just freeze up. before the latest update I've had no problems at all opening the exact same plans quickly and zoom them.now it's so slow and unresponsive i just end up closing the app.ive deleted the app, downloaded it and signed in and it's the same issue. I've restarted the phone, same issue. It's the same even on WiFi vs cellular. 

When I open some PDF on my Android (OnePlus 7, Oxygen OS 10.0.1) using the Adobe Acrobat app I see a red rectangle instead of the barcode. I read similar problems on the forum, but always you ask for desired file instead of explain where is the problem, and how WE, THE COMMUNITY, can solve it. WHY?-With regardsTom

Hi ,We have sharepoint urls for pdf files . when we try to open those urls by just click on that url on any app like mail app etc it open on safari browser. we want this to open in adobe acrobat app.like sharepoint word, excel and ppt urls open in their respective app on iPad. we want pdf url should open in adobe acrobat app or any app you suggest.Thanks & Regards,Manish Jha
