Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hey, I have quite a few files in my docume clou. But whenever I try open the document cloud it shows an error message “Error in document cloud. Please check you internet connection.” I have a working internet connection but still I’m having trouble in accessing the files in my document cloud.

After I make a Highlight, I then use the option to 'Add a Note To Highlight'. This way I can combine notes and highlights; it's very handy! However, sometimes I'd like to comeback to the highlight and the subsequent note and add to it. For example after reading few more pages and I don't necessarily need to create another note, as simple addition to the previous can be sufficient at certain times. That can occur for several reasons, 1) the first highlight is highly relevant, 2) the fewer notes the better. P. S. I extract the notes to Zotero.The problem is this. The annotation to the highlight cannot be edited for some bizarre reason. The only use I can see for the feature is the tracking of chronological additions. But my work is my own, I don't need this feature and not being able to edit is really frustrating. Zotero does not see the comments on comments, if you will.It'd be great if I could edit my own comments.

Hello there,i have an issue with printing out of the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. Anytime i want to print i get an instant error:"Unfortunately print-spooler was closed."When i print out of an other app (e.g. Chrome), it works instantly and without any errors.I have a Sony Xperia Z1 with Android 5.1.1

I've created a form and distributed it so I can track the responses and it works splendidly....on the desktop. The "Submit Form" button doesn't show up in the Adobe Acrobat iOS mobile app (and the Android app too based on the forum posts I've read on the topic). I've even tried adding my own button with the "mailto:" javascript and that didn't work either. Tell me there's something that can be done!

I have created a pdf using Adobe Acrobat Pro on my desktop which has an additional pdf attached within it, and I have created links between the two documents so that a person can click on the link in the first document to read the additional detail in the second document, and then click the link in the second document to return back to the first.When I open the document in the Adobe acrobat reader app I can see the two documents but no links, however when I view it on my computer using the reader I can see the links.How can I change the settings in the app to see the links?thanksRhian

My squadron uses Adobe for our electronic flight pubs..  With the ability to add notes to our checklists, I was wondering if it is possible to transfer notes to another document?  The reason for this is that our checklists update every couple months/quarterly.  When we had paper pubs it was easy just to replace a page here and there, but if an entire document changes, it would be a hassle to constantly "hand" write our notes everytime a document gets updated.

whenever the adobe reader app updates it asks you to reset the user name the first time you try to enter a comment. I wasn't paying attention and entered the comment instead!any ideas, as it really isn't obvious? And why can't they stop it doing that reset?thanks

I have a PDF document that I created in Acrobat that contains hyperlinked text. I then highlighted any text that was linked. When I open the file on my phone (using Adobe Acrobat Reader) and attempt to use the hyperlinks in the file, the app only wants to format the highlighting and will not follow the link. If I remove the highlighting, the app lets me tap on the link just fine. I would really like the text to remain highlighted (to show which text has links). How can I either highlight the text so that  the app will not try to format it, or disable the app from trying to format the highlighted areas?

How do I solve this problem? I‘m trying to convert photos into pdfs as usual (pressing the little picture icon, selecting photos, pressing done) but now that I’ve updated my iPad Pro, all Adobe Scanner does is state “Unable to capture image”. It is not working for photos of paper documents nor screen shots. Help please!

How do I fill out a form and then simply save a local copy while not modifying the original form?  I can't believe I have to ask this.  Seems like it should be simple, but not on the ipad so it seems.

Hello,I have a document with many Forms, some of them are fillable , others are calculated.I stuck on one thing - form looks good on desktop version of Acrobat, Acrobat Pro but looks bad on iPad which is critical (it is made for iPad)I made a long text form aligned right for name of the partner but it "eats" last two symbols of the name - screenshot attached,please help me

How can I open a document, edit it, and then save it to the home screen for easy access to attach within another app?Actually... Saving it to the home screen is not going to help me.  How do I save it to my device at all?

I am having a problem recently about the ipad viewing in landscape mode. I have two pages per slide showing up and I just want to view a single page per slide.I'm sure I am just missing something simple, but overlooking it.I am using ios 10.3.3.  (cant upgrade to ios 11) Also, using the latest version of adobe acrobat 17.10.32

Hello,We are building a PDF fillable form for our business which when a submit button is clicked the email action is triggered to send the PDF document via an email. Now the Native iOS Mail app is triggered and since we use an MDM (MaaS360) to email the completed PDF form, it says an email profile needs to be configured. I know we can push the email setting via the native Mail with ActiveSync, however, our security staff does not allow this. Is there any way to override the native Mail app being used to send the email and use the MaaS360 email app instead. Just to be clear we want to automate this since I am aware that the open in then selecting MaaS360 will do the same. Our business need this form to be as simple with minimum steps as possible. There is plenty of documentation on how to use the keyboard to navigate within a pdf when using a desktop. I'm a big fan on cmd-left_arrow which take you back to where you were. Is there an equivalent capability when using the mobile app version of Acrobat (android or ios)? Are there any navigation capabilities built into the apps?

Hi, i am using Adobe Reader on a Samsung tablet which I have done for 4 years now.  I just completed an update of the Adobe Reader app and now when I open a text box in a PDF when I type a sentence and tap return to go to the next line down it closes the text box. I can not see any way of simply spacing down a line or 2 or more. This is a new problem since the update today. Please help.
