pdf 파일에 highlight를 하거나 text 를 입력한 후 사본을 저장하려고 하면 보류중 이라는 메시지가 나오고 사본저장이 안됩니다. 심지어 다른 이름으로 저장 메뉴도 없습니다. 그래서 매번 내가 하이라이트를 칠한 파일을 보존할 수 없습니다. 

Android app, Adobe acrobat version 24.9.4.35580After editing pdf by drawing a signature, it is sent as an email attachment through gmailThe pdf is emailed successfully but when returning to the document, the screen has a grey translucent overlay which renders all operations worthless. I am unable to continue working on the document. If I press the back key, the document closes and I lose all data I entered and have to start again. 

I have a quite big PDF (close to 400 MB) stored in Adobe Cloud Storage. Yesterday evening I opened it on Acrobat on my iPad Pro 12.9 (2018) with iOS 18.0.1 and started reading and annotating it as usual.Upon completing my session I exited the document, which brought me back to the home of Adobe Document Cloud, where I found three copies of the original document.The first one looked as if it had only been opened (edit date marked as "yesterday"), the second one—with a "(conflict)" suffix to the file name, marked as being edited at 00.51, and a third one—with a "(conflict)(1)" suffix), marked as being edited last at 01.10 AM. Now, why is this happening? Even assuming that my Fiber connection (1000/300) may have encountered slight issues, it should have at worst not synced the updates, waiting for connectivity to be restored. Why were extra copies created, instead?How do I solve this? Luckily I have 100 GB of Adobe storage but that should not be the point. 

My Adobe Acrobat android can't save on OneDrive, even though it used to be and works fine, why is that?For now, the OneDrive I use is paid, please help colleagues

a 2 dias recebi uma fatura do pacote adobe automatica do cartão, mas em um valor que não consigo pagar, e esse mes eu ja iria cancelar mesmo, acabou que quando recebi essa fatura no cartão no mesmo momento corri para cancelar!! gostaria do meu estorno, estou desesperado e não irei conseguir pagar essa fatura, vi que tenho 14 dias! eu só quero meu estorno, só isso, cancelei no mesmo momento ainda mais por que não tenho como pagar essa fatura!

I changed my avatar on the web page, then logged in on LR and it's already showing up as a new avatar, but in adobe acrobat it's still the official alien avatar, how do I change it.

For some reason, this just started happening lately, I will try to open a pdf and go to make a duplicate or rename it and any action I take causes substantial freezing. Enough for me to have to exit the application. I tried it a few different times, and am going to try removing and re-installing to see if that works, but any other advise is appreciated!

I need help using Windows  11 login to my Adobe Pro subscribed with iPhone . This to overcome sluggish performance of Adobe Pro with iPhone. Adobe Pro Mobile in Windows sign in options shows Apple but clicking on doesn't proceed further beyond following message. I cannot see any notification on iPhone nor Windows 11 including browser. Hi Team, As per Adobe requirements, today I tried to register with Adobe Reader Mobile App Distribution License from https://www.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html.When I run the apply now link for mobile devices, the website https://www.allegiancetech.com/ starts. The form for computers works properly, but for mobile devices it does not. Maybe you have a solution to this problem? I wrote to Adobe support and unfortunately they don't know the cause or solution. RegardsPaweł

Hello,I have a question regarding the Adobe Acrobat App on Ipad, I am using version 22.01.02, and my Ipad is on IOS 15.3.1. The problem I am having is when I annotate my PDF file in the Adobe Acrobat app, my handwriting distorts and becomes spikey, as seen in the example below. It seems like there is an auto smoothing function, is there a way to turn it off?Thank you!

I want to express my appreciation for this app, as it has become my go-to for everything, especially reading books and documents. Its ease and simplicity make it my default choice, and I truly enjoy using it. However, I’ve encountered a recent issue that I’d like to address. While using the app for a class document, I noticed that I was seeing highlights from other users and, unfortunately, they could also see mine. Even more concerning was the discovery that all my personal highlights had disappeared. After trying several solutions, I suspect another user may have deleted them. This was particularly frustrating, as I had put a lot of effort into marking key sections for my study. I’ve noticed that the app offers the option to remove other users' highlights, which leads me to my suggestion: could you please consider adding a feature that allows users to keep their highlights private by default? In the new version 21.11.00 of Adobe Reader for IOS (iPad) the arrows to move the document have stopped working, both from a bluetooth keyboard and from Apple's own keyboard cover. This did not happen in the previous version of Adobe Reader.

When you take a screenshot on a Samsung android phone, you get a notification that you can pull down to open and view / edit / share.Ever since the latest version, they open in Acrobat mobile and ask if I want to make a pdf. I don't. I want them to open in Gallery like they used to.I can't find a way to turn it off in Preferences on the app, or in the app settings in Android. Please help.C
