Acrobat SDK

After exporting Interactive PDF from InDesign, the PDF printers with no problems on HP printers, but on Lexmark color printers it's adding a color line at the top of the document when printing only. This line is not on the document. I can't export another way with interactive buttons. I can't figure out how to get ride of this "invisible line" that shows up during printing. There is only 1 way to export with PDF out of InDesign to get the "invisible" line not to show, but I need to export with interactive PDF, and this way it shows. So, any suggestions on how to work around this?

So I installed Sierra at work today. All apps seemed to work fine. However trying to save an already existing file on our Windows server (via SMB) is giving trouble in Acrobat X. We also have Acrobat DC, but I just can't get used to the interface. And we have a Quite Imposing license for Acrobat X.So when I first save a file to our server it stores just fine, but when I make a change and then save I get an error message (in Dutch):The english equivalent probably being: The document could not be saved. a file i/o error has occurred.Obviously this is a big pain. I am aware Acrobat X is no longer supported, but I'm wandering if more people have this issue and hoping someone knows a solution to the problem.Thanks.

I currently have Acrobat XI, but am willing to upgrade if my problem can be solved. I want to be able to say that a PDF can be printed ONLY ONCE.I author and sell books. I have been asked to create and sell PDFs of the books. While that's easy, if I sell a PDF, there's nothing that would prevent the company from sending the PDF around and everybody printing it.So, I'm looking for a solution to that problem.Here's hoping there's a solution.

My files open up at 176% zoom, is there any setting to reduce the size so I don't have to reduce to 100% every time?

Since installing pdf maker on a Windows 7 PC, every time we try to print a document by right clicking the file Office freezes and requires restarting.I have seen many posts which advise disabling the Acrobat PDFMaker add-in as a solution to this problem, but this is not an option as the add-in is frequently used.

Hello,I'm trying to use percentages and equations in Acrobat Pro DC 2015.My first question is when I make a textbox format a percentage, it multiplies it by 100. How can I stop it doing this?Also, I need to make an equation for the form. The sum works in Excel, however, it does not work correctly in Acrobat. When publishing a bunch of drawing tabs in AutoCAD Mechanical 2016 to create a multi-page PDF, a window pops-up showing files being copied before the actual publish window pops up.This happens every time I publish drawings.  How do I stop these files from being copied (or downloaded) ?

Hi all,I'm having an issue with a PDF that I'm exporting from InDesign. It's basically a copy of another document that I worked on that exported just fine. I copied the file, kept the cover page and the TOC and then just built the rest of the document using the styles I had already set up. For some reason when I export it to Interactive PDF, my tags and reading order structure are totally missing just for the first two pages and the rest of the document is fine. So no tags and no reading order even though it has been properly set up in the InDesign document.I tried recreating those two pages. I also tried exporting to a print PDF and then going back to an interactive PDF. I tried linking those page into my primary text thread but that throws off my whole document as it contains a lot of anchored form fields. No idea what to do now!Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know of a way to solve it? Hugely frustrating as going in and manually tagging the TOC will be a massive pain.Thanks

When I convert light CMY tints to Black they get very much darker. What am I doing wrong. Converted as expected as in Pro 9.

Il me demande un numéro de série. Il m'indique une erreur quand je copie le même numéro de série avec le quel j'ai installé mon suite adobe et j'ai activé les autres logiciels. Original error is getting invalid serial number when trying to install Acrobat Pro 9,SN is taken from the box - verified in accountsMy main problem is trying to contact someone to deal with this...the only option I can find is to use the support chatwhich doesn't work(on multiple computers using multiple browsers). I certainly don't seem alone I this and the use of the forum seems to be the only alternative.1st time I've had to deal with adobe support and so far I'm going round in circles wasting my time and my clients due to what seems to be a common problem. I've now read multiple forums but I've not seen an answer on being unable to contact support...except CONTACT SUPPORT!!!!!!

my new Iphone 7 will not open a simple Acrobat 10 Pro PDF I created and password protected for opening.  My Iphone 6 did?  Why not?  and if i send it without a password it opens fine?  so new I phone 7 isn't relating to the password protection.  Why?thank you.  I like to have pdf's on phone with password protection for some things that are sensitive material as an extra layer.

I have a PDF file of about 800 pages, I make a word searches and I find 120 corresponding to the search pages. I wish I could now print these 120 pages. Unfortunately, I find no way to do it. I use Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.Can you help me ?

I need help with test scales that measure 2 things.  The primary measure is based upon likert scale calculations that populate various scales.  These 21 scales involve the sums of a variety of measures.  There are 2 scales that do not need weighted variables, they simply need a score of 1 for each of 9 items.  Ufortunately, these same questions contain weighted  variables.  How do I get the questions summed using the weighted structure, while at the same time, create the +1 for each of the questions that require it?  I know this is confusing.  Please ask questions.  My email address is jaxbybarnes@gmail.com.

Hello,I have a problem with a user trying to sign a document with their SHA 1 certificate, but for some reason the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC will not use it even if its being told to in the signature settings. Is there a reason for this? Is there compatibility issues with that old of a cert?

Have not used my PDF Pro 10 for awhile. Tried to open it up tonight and it is asking for my registration key to activate it. I entered that years ago. Any ideas as to where I can find it

New Acrobat user: trying to implement for my small business.Is there a way that the project manager can upload a pdf, share it with the team members so that they can edit the pdf (add stamps, text, and approval), whilst being tracked by the project manager?I've been trying to use "send & track".  I can see they viewed or downloaded it, but there isn't a way to edit and reupload to that project...Thank you,Mark

Hello,on my new computer Windows 10 is installed. I would like to continue working with my Adobe CS6 Version. InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator seem to work but Acrobat Pro X won't install from the CD (error 1603). I tried to download Version X from Adobe but my Serial Number is not accepted. (???)Is there any chance to run version X or XI on my computer with Windows 10 or do I have to downgrade to Windows 7? I don't want to run Acrobat DC.Thanks a lot for any helpful hint!Dee

I'm trying to re-download Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro to my Mac but it keeps stalling on the installer screen. I don't get as far as the lisence key. Have tried from the original installation DVD as well as downloaded the installer from the Adobe website but it remains the same when I try to install
