Adobe Acrobat Online

I have Adobe Export PDF and paid for it but when I click on Convert to Word Document it sends me back to the Adobe Payment page asking me to pay for it again?  Please advise

Hello, I am trying to change the highlighting tool in my Adobe Acrobat DC. Currently, it is a circle that creates a free-form line. What am I looking for is the box that highlights text if you right click on your mouse? Help! I can't seem to find anything on the web or Adobe community about this topic. Thanks,Sara

Hello,I purchased the Creative cloud (CC) for 2 pc's (Teacher /Student) and then the stand alone Acrobat Pro (AP) for a third PC,  Both got linked to the online same account as I used the same email to register.  I have made several calls and have a support ticket asking to have the AP de-registered from CC.  To no avail.I am doing so as the third PC, which had CC installed previously, when I attempt to login to AP, am taken to CC login.  I have run the adobe cleaner via tech support, however as it is linked online, I am still taken to CC login.Help is needed.

When i convert to excel. The download fails after i save it to the computer. I also logged into adobe and uploaded the file. The file did not come out in rows like it always does. I am wondering what is going on with this? Please call me to get the problem solved 707-344-4339.thank you

I paid for PDF Export a couple days ago and have been trying to get it to work ever since.  I've ready multiple posts from this forum and tried to find places to contact for help, but can't find any real places to contact.  When I try to export a document from within Adobe, it states I need a internet connection when I am clearly connected to the internet.  When I try to connect from the other link, I receive an error that states 'We've encountered a critical error.  Try again later. Unable to fetch base_uris from user tiers'.  Then I went to the quick start guide and linked to it that way and when I try to export by saving it brings me to the screen telling me that I have to pay.IS there a way to get a refund?

Wow, I always have trouble accessing the most basic Adobe services!  TheMIA!!  I have Adobe PDF Pack and simply want to convert a PDF doc to a Word doc.  Any help appreciated and Adobe your user friendliness and access pretty much suck, sorry, but true!  Even posting this question is a pain!

When I try to send a PDF to someone else for their signature I simply get an error box which says to try again. This has been happening for some time. Is there something I'm missing?

I am trying to convert a pdf file to word document. I did this many times and now get an error saying " Sign in Error" I am signed in though. I don't know how to get past this error.
