Hello, I used Adobe to convert a scanned document and I got a blank page when usually I get a good conversion.What should I do ?

I cannot get Adobe to convert a PDF file to Word file. I just signed up and paid for the ability to do this. I continue to get an error message that reads as such,"an error occurred while trying to access the service."  Can you please help me?

Hi guysI can no longer login into the document cloud from my adobe reader. It says, there is no internet connection but in actual case I have an active connection and can browse the internet. I could login before the adobe update. I have also verified that I can connect to the adobe activation servers. I am trying to edit a pdf, it keeps telling me to buy the Pro subscription, then when i click on it tells me I already have the subscription.  It won't convert the pdf to word either and I already tried rebooting

Hi, I already have an Adobe account for export of a PDF, however whenever I click on the 'export PDF' link it directs me straight to the Adobe store.  When I click on the ' Adobe export' option it tells me I alreday subscribe, but I can't export it to word!  Help please!

I have spent an hour trying to do so as I do not need it now that I am retired.  Every instruction supplied from your site and forums does not allow me to cancel.  I have cancelled my CC.  PLEASE help me with the correct instructions or allow me to chat and or email someone!SAD web design and customer service.

Hi : I have trouble with Adobe export PDF. Most of time I try to convert PDF file to the microsoft word files , the words file are compressed which means half of page of word files is blank and half of page has been convert to small /compacted word file. Could you solve this problem .Thanks Susan

I bought the Adobe service in order to convert PDF documents to Word documents but when I try to do this, i'm not successful.  I would like to speak to someone on the phone but that doesn't seem to be an option today.  Is that because it's labor day or is there never an opportunity to speak to technical support on the phone?

Hello,I would like to know how to go about obtaining a full refund for Adobe Send & Track. I signed up 2 months ago but whenever I have used the service, only some of my recipients received their documents. I have the Adobe PDF Pack and am trying to combine 2 files. Every time I click on combine, it opens a browser window and prompts me to purchase the pack. I'm already logged in and I own the pack. I even figured I would go through the process of signing up again to see what it says - it says I own the pack already. I've logged out and back in and closed it and opened it hoping it would clear out whatever issue it is having, but I'm still being sent to purchase the Pack every time I click on combine. Thoughts?

I have Adobe Reader installed on my laptop. I have been converting documents to a PDF in the past. But lately when I open the Adobe reader I can click on CREATE PDF. I can enter the document I want to convert. But the CONVERT button doesn't activate so I can click on it. Can anyone relate to my issue or give me an answer what the problem is?

When I try to upload a PDF using Adobe Track and Send either through email or the web application it will upload the document, but when I click on the hyperlink it says page not found. I need to know how to correct the issue My subscription is current, and all of my preferences are correct
