Adobe Acrobat Online

I just purchased Adobe PDF Services to export PDF to Excel.  It does not do a very good job on the conversion, sporadically merging the cells on some of the rows.  Is there a fix for this?

Adobe Export PDF used to appear on the right hand side of my screen every time I opened a PDF file.  I never did have to open Adobe Export PDF.  Then I had a trail of Acrobat Pro DC and ever since doing so I have lost Adobe Export PDF.  Now when I open a PDF file, Acrobat Pro DC appears in the right hand side of my screen and I cannot get rid of it.  When I attempt to Export a PDF file into Word or Excel, all I get is a message asking me to buy Acrobat Pro DC.   I have even attempted to purchase Adobe Export PDF again so I could download it but the Adobe website knows I already own Adobe Export PDF and does not give me the option to download.So... how do I get rid of Acrobat Pro DC and get back a functioning Adobe Export PDF.Help!

My pdf files cannot convert into PowerPoint - I get a "Conversion Failure" message every time?

We have purchased export pdf bolton on for adobe and have signed up to a yearly membership, however when i try to convert all i get is a internet page saying critical error and i cant use it ?any suggestions?regardsBen

I sent a compressed zip file with TS File videos in it along with thumbnails and j.pegs. They had been compiled together on a CD in a folder which i copied to my files. The file upload for the Send and Track Adobe PDF Services took many hours. When it did send, the TS File (vidoes) had been converted to thumbnails only. I wasn't told this, so I thought the long painful process had worked in the end. It absolutely didn't. One of the emails had an empty zip folder, and that had me wait hours to say it was complete, which obviously it didn't upload a single file.How do I send the TS Files? Convert them? It's not an option...

cloud.acrobat.com seem to be going down often. I used it on two days - july 8, july 4. after some use, the website is not accessible.  why the site is going down so frequently?

I just signed up with adobe so I could export my pdf files into word documents, but when I do this half of everything on the page becomes symbols (the handwritten stuff). How can I change this? It defeats the purpose of purchasing this if I can't do what I need to do.

When I export my PDF with images of text... the doc file just has images of text... isnt Optical Character Recognition supposed to convert this?

When I use converter it errors out with file format not supported its a MS template.

I am looking for SW, which is able to convert from "normal" PDF to PDF/A-1a . Does 'Adobe PDF-pack' support this feature? Or which product is more suitable for converting to PDF/A-1a?

Since July 2015, without problems, I've been using Adobe Send & Track (Send Personalized Invitations) to send one attached PDF to a list of a few hundred clients.I sent my usual emails on April 19, 2018, and noticed a substantial reduction in confirmation-receipt emails, and received many client complaints about a missing email. I could see no pattern in the missing emails that would suggest an error on my part. Today, April 26, I again sent my usual few hundred emails, and again am seeing very few receipt confirmation emails.Has something changed with Send & Track? Is Send & Track sending emails to all the email addresses pasted into the "Send To" field? Thank you. - Bill
