I have just purchased a PDF converter, but it does not have an option for other files (jpg). Is it because there are different products that come with different options? I have seen other options, but there is no info on them, just a buy now button. What is supposed to be a quick purchase for a converter, is turning into a long winded process. Grrr

I can no longer print a pdf file.  I cannot figure out what the problem is.  How can I check to make sure Adobe and Reader downloaded and installed correctly?

I purchased the Export PDF license recently and used few PDF files to convert to Docx format. Converted document looks fine but the font has been changed. Can this be fixed.

I used part of another PDF file ("France") to create a new document in PowerPoint ("Italy").  I then exported PowerPoint "Italy" to create PDF "Italy."  When opening my "Italy" file, Adobe displays the correct content but the incorrect file name "France" and in the very top left corner "France" - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.Recommendations to fix this are appreciated.Thank you!

I am a CC user - full subscription service.  Now that Adobe DC has been integrated into my service, can I share my documents for shared/tracked review using the DC or do I still have to find a 3rd party server/webdav?  I have tried relentlessly to get this to work, but it is still a hair pulling effort to get it to work.I would like to use the DC if it is available and not have to subscribe to Box or other vendors.Any help appreciated.Chad

I pay yearly for my Adobe Acrobat specifically so I can convert PDF's to other formats (like PowerPoint, Word and Excel), converting from PDF to Word and Excel is always smooth, but every time I try to convert to PowerPoint it says I must pay for my account, which I already do.  What gives?  I am logged in with my Adobe email/password, it will let me convert Excel and Word, but not PowerPoint.  Thanks in advance!

I need help with converting PDF to Word and I keep getting directed to their subscription page; even though I subscribed for 1 year.  It worked fine yesterday; today, when I need to convert a critical document, I can't do it.  Very annoying for Adobe not to have an easy to find chat or phone call option.  Terrible, in fact.I'm trying to convert PDFs to word file. I've purchased software but every time I press export it takes me back to paying in page even though I've already paid​

I have renewed my subscription of Adobe PDF Pack two weeks ago; however, I couldn't find the order in my "order history" to sign in for the new subscription.  When I used the feature of combining files, I was directed to pricing/combine files page to buy the product.  Anyway, after I hit the "subscribe now" button, the message reminds me that I have already paid for this service.  What can I do to use "combining files" feature?

Hello i have trying for over an hour to try and convert a pdf to a word document and i keep getting the same error message "An error occured while trying to access the service" Can anyone please help

I just bought PDF pack.  Trying to extract some pages from a larger file.  Watched instructional video, went to organize pages and I don't have the extract button in my toolbar like the video.  Please advise.  Thanks, Tim
