This company is a joke!! No way to contact support systems. I keep getting sent to a COMMUNITY FORUM when in reality there should be dedicated people to assist with simple tasks. That is the reason we pay for their services. What a waste. Here I was testing this out for a huge potential company contract and the lack of user interface help has completely rendered this business useless for our Hotel needs.There is no description as to why there is a conversion failure with filesNo assistance with upload errors or user error notificationsNo simple access to canceling paid subscriptions

I cant seem to cancel my subscription for Adobe Export PDF, annual - Membership.... This is a sly move by Adobe. How many people have been charged because they gave up with going in circles in terms of direction pointed to cancel from your website. J'enregistre mon fichier Ai en pdf puis ne converti avec le pack en Power point de office 365. Certaines parties du schéma sont mal converties. I am sure I am in the wrong place BUT this site is so useless its where I have landed. Does anyone know why I cannot use the product whcih I have been paying for fpr the last 3 years?Or better still if there is an actiual contact phone for adobe. Payed in December and havent been able to use since then. Every time I try it says I am not paid up and then I dont have time to waste with this. When PDF document contains languages from right to left (Hebrew), the converting process change the order of the letters, from the end to the beginning in Word. How can I solve it, thanks

I am trying to upload PDFs to another online source to submit them, but they do not show up at all and it says that they are encrypted.

When I convert my document from PDF I a missing two pages the second and fourth - it is just blank, then the document continues as printed .  Why?

Yesterday my scanner (Canon) produced grey pages rather than readable files.I assumed the scanner was at fault.Have connected my husband's scanner (HP) and this will scan ok. but in JPEG formatHowever when I try to open most PDF files from my PC they are opening as grey pages - nothing there.I tried to combine the jpeg files to a PDF which is normally fine but although I could see the jpegs ok - the combined file was grey again.But some PDFs on my desktop are opening ok.I tried an update on Adobe but it said none available.Any ideas?ThanksMessage was edited by: Helen Evans

This is the worst service I have ever been hoodwinked into buying  After paying for their conversion all the document that now says it is a docx file just sits there while a little circle goes round and round in the upper bar.  There is no way to contact these crooks and I don't know how I will get my money back on an obviously fraudulent system.  The help take you i a circle that always leads to the forums.  No phone numbers or chat options.  I will try to get there people reported.  Has anyone else had this problem? Please reply we may be able to make a case.

Let start with - I am not techie! I can't even work out how to post to the forum - everything seems to conspire to prevent me asking my question. Adobe phone support could not help. I have a new laptop. I have a subscription for Adobe Export. I want to download Adobe export to my new laptop. I have gone to my cloud account. It shows Adobe Export in my subscription plan but only offers me a download option to buy. I've already bought it, I have no desire to pay for it twice. HELP!

I had a problem with my computer.  I lost all adobe PDF programs.  When I go into my account I can not figure how to down load the programs I paid for.  How do I find the download?

I have two simultaneous accounts. I don't know why. One of them just renewed in February 2018 and is scheduled to renew again in February 2019. The other I'm not sure about because I could get the information yesterday but today I can't. However, neither of the accounts work because I bought a new computer which came with a trial period of Adobe, and now that the trial period is over, it wants me to buy. No, I'm not buying. I want access to the account I already have. How do I get it?
