Adobe Acrobat Online

I have installed and reinstalled the Chrome extension a few times.  When right clicking on any webpage and choosing the Adobe Acrobat icon, I get two options--Convert or Add.  When clicking "convert" nothing happens.  Do I need to purchase some other product for this to work?  Did it convert and save somewhere?  Where would the document go?

After renewal was automatically charged to my account in January, 2018, the app does not convert files for me.  I open a PDF and click "Export PDF," but it does nothing.  How can I fix this?  Using Windows 10.Ann

i.e. do they last forever or will they expire after some amount of time?

I purchased the product and was able to convert and combine files since about 3 days ago.. I am trying to combine files now and it brings me to a pricing page where I need to purchase more.   Why is this happening when I purchased an annual commitment?

I have a paid subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and for the past few weeks I am unable to convert PDF documents to Excel.  I receive an error of "Conversion Failure" on any type of PDF file (scanned or an actual PDF).  The file I am trying to convert today is 138 KB.  I have tried restarting my computer, which didn't change the outcome.  I also tried going into Control Panel / Programs / Programs and Features / Adobe Acrobat Reader DC / Change / Repair.  This did not help either.  Can somebody help me out?  Thanks!

I keep getting a save failure notice for the form I am completing and trying to save? And the message says to open the form in editor, but I do not know what editor is or where it is located?

Apparently, I don't pay enough to get customer support..so I am now late with a report for a product that I pay for.. great .  I keep getting a conversion failure from PDF to Word.  I have rebooted and used the repair feature.., now what?

Hi,I have been using the Combine PDF creator for a few months now however, as of the other day, it will no longer combine the individual PDF files into one document.I use the web version (Windows 10 Pro) and keep getting; "Conversion Failure" - The file has not been processed - An error has occurred which has stopped the processing of the PDFI've tried other browsers, including incognito, and still get the same message. I've even tried on other computers and still get the same message too. My subscription is not due to renew until July, so I'm still up-to-date.Any assistance will be gratefully appreciated.Many thanks

I have spent hours and hours trying to send a fillable form to a client so she can fill out electronically and send back however, she is unable to type on the form. This form doesn't have lines or boxes just content to fill out next to each word.  I have converted from Word doc 07 to pdf and then I can edit or fill and sign but when I send to my client she can't type on the form. It won't allow my clients to type and fill form out.  I have spent hours reading and can't get it.I have a subscription on Adobe DC and bought it thinking I could make things easier but it is more frustrating.Also, have a problem with some of the pdf's sent to me won't open, it says security is too high and to enable marcos created by adobe and always trust marcos from the source but I can't find out how to do this and have spent hours on this too.Please help!

I have a one yr subscription to Adobe Export PDF and it's all paid for. for some reason, the app is no longer on my machine. I'm trying to download it....but everytime I try, I get an error message that says I already own it. HELP!
