I need to convert a 4 page article I've written from pdf to a single image (not 4 images) for posting to social media.

I have bought a pdf converter, but when I tried converting pdf to word the file does not look the same.Things are missing and the file is destroyed.I paid for the licens so it is very weird that I cannot convert from PDF to word file.

Whenever I try to edit that PDF file, it is taking me to your site and asking me to buy the product again. It is also asking me to sign in even though I signed in before. When you put a product on the cloud service, take there and get the things done, instead of going through this type of service, PLEASE! How can I cut the picture for my needs and save it as a new file?

Hello please advise where to download adobe export it is no longer on my computer and not showing anywhere else. You system will not let me download it is saying I already have it.

I have the PDF pack and have used it several times - today I went to export a PDF to word file and when I clicked export, it opened the pricing page at adobe. I checked - my account on the PDF pack is current. It wouldn't even let me buy it again if I wanted to. I am logged in to my account on acrobat reader.

I paid for a one month subscription so I could combine 10 pdf pages into one document.  I can not access combine.  I hit add, it does not say open, and I get a blank web page.

We just purchased a yearly PDF pack, however we realized that we are unable to combine MORE than 12 pdf files into 1 and also cannot seem to organize pages or edit them as needed. What can we do now? I sign into Adobe to use my Adobe Export PDf app on my MAC ver. 10.12.16. It welcomes me and asks me to subscribe to the app, but I already have a subscription, I just want to use the app. I click on the “Subscribe Now” button anyway, (my client is now really angry), You Already Have This Product! I’m informed by Adobe. Round and round, but no way to get the app to work. Help Please !

My plan wont allow me to print a PDF and continually states it is expired when my plan does not expire until Jan 2019?????? Keeps asking me to renew a subscription....very annoying
