I purchased Export last week.  However, when  I try to covert a document I am taken to the "need to purchase" screenHow can this be resolved?

My files are not combining. Failure notice keeps popping up.

I have an iPhone X running iOS 11.2.1. Whenever I try and upload a file from Adobe Fill and Sign to my Google Drive, it tries and uploads a second doc file. When that happens, the pdf file uploads just fine and the "ghost" doc file fails.If I try to upload the same pdf file from Adobe Fill and Sign to Dropbox, that second "ghost" file does not show up and the upload works just fine. This made me think that something is wrong with Google Drive. However, when I go to any other PDF app, other than Adobe Fill and Sign, and upload a file to Google Drive, it works just fine without any "ghost" files.I tried removing and reinstalling both Adobe Fill and Sign and Google Drive, but still the problem exists.You can view a screenshot from Adobe Fill and Sign showing this "ghost" file here https://imagebin.ca/v/3l9dOk1uWKcM

I created a fill & sign form, everything works fine, but the question is now: how do I get a clear fill-in form after the first one has been signed and saved?What I mean is, if I want to use the same form for another person, now I need to backspace/clear the content of the form.

Never have I ever had such trouble finding the serial number for a product I purchased. WHERE do I find the serial number for the PDF pack? I need to reinstall it on a new computer and the site is of no help at all.

I want to add security features to a PDF and tutorials tell me I should use the "Protect" tool in PDF. Yet when I try to click on it it sends me to a subscription page - I already purchased the Adobe PDF Pack, Annual‎does the Protect function not come with this subscription? Or what am I doing wrong?

How do I cancel my subscription to PDF pack? I cannot find any link to do this. I have been led around in circles. There is no cancel link/option on my account.I want to cancel my subscription to PDF pack. How do i do this. There is no link in my account manager that allows me to do this. Every single time I hit the "convert" button on the right hand side of the screen, I'm taken to the website advertising the subscription.
