I want to send PDFs to clients for them to sign on the mobile Adobe Fill & Sign App. However, rather than opening the PDF in the mobile app through their email, I would like them to be able to use the option within the Fill & Sign app to use a "Web URL." In other words, I want our clients to be able to open the Fill & Sign App on their phones, click "select a form to fill out," select the "Web URL" option, and use a URL which we have provided for them to access the PDF they need to sign. However, it is unclear which URL types are supported through this feature. I have tried to link to PDFs hosted on a number of different servers, including my company's server, DropBox, and Google Drive. None of the URLs work, and when I paste the link and press "fill form," I either get an error message saying "Could Not Import Document" or "This form could not be opened because the link is not of a supported format." I download a pdf through chrome or firefox from the scan to pdf from our copy machine. It opens in Acrobat Reader DC, click on Export PDF, click convert, says uploading, then converting, gives me the option to save as, click save as and name the document, when I hit save it tells me download failure "an error occurred while downloading this file", gives me the option to retry but same outcome. yes i am signed in to adobe

I paid for PDF Pack, but track and trace never works. The program crashes all the time. I sent hundreds of crash reports and requests for help, but never got an answer.

I have subscribed to Adobe PDF export but everytime I try to use it from the application, I get redirected to purchase the product again.  I just want to unsubscribe from this service and get a refund.  How do I reach a human being who can process my transaction, instead of getting redirected to these damn forums?!?

My subscription includes ExportPDF  but it will not activate, once I log off and back on.

I recently bought Adobe Export PDF. Now whenever I run Norton Backup, I receive and error message indicating that the backup failed beacuse of unidentified encrypted files in my backup attempt. Does Adobe Export PDF create an encrypted file/folder which I cannot see or unencrypt? Thanks, Terry(moderation note -title edited for clarity)

When I try to open a PDF file to convert to Word Doc I get this pop-up saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.  You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.Why not, I paid for Adobe Reader to do this on my computer.

I just got ExportPDF and I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word document.  The conversion occurs but the Word Document is not editable.  I need to be able to copy and paste from the converted Word document but it is still acting like a PDF.  When you try and highlight something it acts like the text is a picture.  If you click on a line it will put brackets around the line and let you copy it but you cannot swipe the line or paragraph and you cannot select a portion of the text.  This is going to be useless to me and I am going to have to copy the whole document - what a waste of time and money.Please HELP.
