suddenly all of the files I attempt to add to combine are coming up as 'conversion failure'

I need to contact someone in customer service, but your web site is confusing--it keeps looping me into sites I have already tried to use to no avail.  I would really like to get a refund for a charge made 10 days ago.

I am fully paid up but have lost the ability to create PDF on option menu.

I am trying to convert a word document to pdf and I get a message that I don't have an internet connection, but I do. I just transfer my internet provider from AT&T to Spectrum. How can I fix this?

Just returned from holiday and the Export/Convert has disappeared from my screen. I have looked through all your advice guidlines etc. Please adviseLynn

But today, I am getting this error:Internal Server Error (500)Your request could not be completed due to an internal server error.Is this a server error on your side or mine? I have been trying to combine files and the website comes up saying that there is a critical error. The problem came up around 10:15 am this morning. I tried logging back in just a few moments ago, and the issue has yet to be resolved. I have logged out, tried other internet servers, and had a coworker try to access the website, they are experiencing the same problem.Would appreciate an answer of some sorts, to know if Adobe is aware of the issue or is currently working on it. When I try to combine files, I am directed to subscribe, but I already have.  I have confirmed my account as active.  Is this just a server issue or something else.  I am being held up on a project!!

Why do I keep getting conversion failures when converting a pdf to an excel file and why am I getting the occasional server error message from Adobe?

I got this program to convert PDF's. I have not yet been able to convert a document. It goes through all the motions and then says:Or it says there was an error in signing in, or it says it failed to convert. I have tried this over and over. Then I try to get some support and I only get this forum. It's like you buy their product and then they get their customers to do the tech support for them for free. I want to know how to get my money back. Seriously.

hello, how could i cancel PDF pack?

I cant convert my files. It comes up conversion failures.

I have an active, recognised PDF pack subscription (as witnessed by "Your current plan is Adobe PDF Pack, annual" displayed at bottom of right-hand panel when I open a doc in Reader). With the pdf doc open I select "Fill & Sign" from the right-hand panel.  "Retrieving your information..." is then displayed on the right panel... but it never retrieves any info. When I try to select the "Sign" function (the fountain-pen icon) a drop-down box appears that displays and endless sequence of a blue box moving clockwise around a 2 x 2 box graphic. It no longer displays my signature (graphic) nor can I get to the "Add Signature"/"Add Initials" functions...never ending spinning boxes...  All the while my account info is present via the "Account Info" dropdown at the top right. Have tried rebooting. Can access my account through the web....  Arggggggggggghhhhhhhhh....

Hello, I previously was able to view the option to export a pdf to word when I opened a pdf. Now the option is gone. How can export?

I have a PDF pack so that I can combine Word and PDF files into one PDF document to send out to my clients. It was set up on Microsoft Edge but has since stop operating on laptop so now use google. Now when I want to combine it takes me to the prices page, so I log in, get to my PDF services and its unavailable! How long is it unavailable as I need to get my documents to my clients.

No connectivity message when trying to convert a PDF to word - a service I have paid for, but my internet is working.  Does anyone know how to help with this?I just purchased Adobe PDF Exporter and I can't use it.  What gives?  I have an internet connection but the message I get says there is not internet connectivity?
