I m from Brazil. I was overcharged for the pdf pack and still can't access my pack. I would like to cancel my subscription and be refunded as since October 10th I haven't been able to use it. I m really disappointed with adobe. Here in Brazil people 've been strugling to get assistance. Its a shame for such a reputable company. I hope you help me this time. When I share a document for a signature, it uses my old email address to send from, how do I chanage this to a new one? I have updated the email address in my account settings.I am using Acrobat Pro DC, I have created some forms which i want a client to sign and return. However, when I send them for signature, it is sent from my OLD (original) Adobe subscription email address and not my updated one. How do I change this?Many thanksDave

I frequently go from place to place and use a computer.  I have a MAC at home and no issues using the program.  However, if I visit a client and log in on their machine I cannot access the features, such as editing a pdf, etc.  Not sure whey this is, can someone help?

I have had a subscription to Adobe Export for several years and up until now it has always functioned as expected.Now it always responds with a "No Internet Connection" message.I have tried several files, including Word files that I have converted to PDF and then tried to Export back to word.Always the same response. I tried disabling my firewall, but again the same response.

I purchased the cheapest version and when I convert a PDF that is hand written, the word document is no legible.  Does the other versions correct this?

Hello:When using Docusign for my business, a client will e-sign a perfectly completed PDF form with the exact processing instructions. When I go to trnasmit the form to a provider, the checked boxes aren't showing up even though everything is in good order on the saved version. I normally submit using Ring Central Fax or will upload directly to the providers site. For example, American Funds. Whats up with this? Is it a setting that's off?

I have a PDF Document that utilizes drop downs to export values and calculate those values to a "score" line. There are 2 pages that are like this.  This document also has a graph (below) in which I would like to have the radio button, X, show field, hide field, something happen to indicate where the 2 scores meet. Total from Page 1 = 8Total from Page 2 - 11  =  Center Box BALANCED to be checked, or made visible, or all of the other boxes to be hidden.
