Hi,I had an installation of Adobe Acrobat DC and upgraded to allow me to export pdfs to other formats.It worked for a month and I have a full year Sub, them would not work, unknown error.Tried to re-Install but after I download AA DC and install it tells me I have a higher level installed already then it terminates.Cannot Download the correct version via my Web portal,Help, this is driving me nuts!

I canceled my trail subsricption of acrobat reader pro. Now I can`t find my created documents in my files. In don`t find it in the creative Cloud Files and not on my PC, where I actually saved them.  Where do I find them or are they gone forever?

i have a Creative Cloud subscription and when i try to open Acrobat X, a "Cs6 design and web premium" window comes up and asks me for a serial number. Where do i get this serial number and why is this happening? I thought my subscription allows me to use the different acrobat apps. but currently i can open open without any problems Acrobat DC. Does anyone know what's happening? To what does my creative cloud subscription entitle me?thanks very much for your help.CD

I have a PDF that I receive monthly with data I have to convert to Excel. Because there are more columns than will fit on one page they drop down to the 2nd page. So basically pages 1 and 2 have information that should be on the same row. Is there anyway that I can easily manipulate that data when converting for it to take the 2 pages and put them in the same rows? Hopefully this makes sense

I want to convert my pdf file to word. But I do not know how to do it even I paid Adobe, it seem complicated. I tried for 3 days. It drained my energy and time, and I still can not convert pdf to word. Then I want to cancel membership, they did not give an option. Please help me how to cancel membership? When I open the PDF, I am not prompted for a password.When I click on the padlock icon (underneath the Home icon) I cannot find a way to enter the password.I can read the pdf, but I want to edit it!I have Adobe Export membership.Do I need some other level of membership to edit my own p/w protected document?!
