Why, every time I try and convert a PDF does it say this is FORBIDDEN! Why do I bother paying for this service if I cant convert anything not even a scanned page? I had this issue a few weeks ago and then it resolved itself for one day and now it has been doing it again for at least a week? Please help?

Why am I not able to convert my PDF files to a word doc? I was able to just 2 days ago.

Hi, I'm working on a project for a customer with an iPad application used by a lot sales staff.This iPad app has some menus launching a webview to some web pages in their own backend server.One of the use case is there are a few PDF that staffs can click and allow clients to fill and sign, then email it out.On browser, this works fine, but in the webview, we find that there is no way for user to open the pdf in "Adobe FIll & Sign".Is there some settings that we can tweak to make "Adobe Fill & Sign" as the default PDF app when a ".pdf" is clicked?

When I try to convert my files, I get a message that I have no internet connection. I logged out and logged back into my account but that didn't work. Then I get a message that says my trial has expired, so I clicked on the on the tab that says BUY NOW. I then get a message that says I already have Adobe Pack DC. Just below that message there is a "sign in" tab, so I click on it. I then get a message that says:Currently unavailableWe apologize for theinconvenience. We are working hard to make the service available. Please checkback shortlyI have been having this problem for almost a month now and I give up on trying to fix this myself. Thank you for your help!

Today for the first time I just get an error message when I try to send a document for signature.  I have not changed my login. I logged out of the account, and rebooted my PC and tried again. Same error message.   I created a new document to send to someone else and the same thing happened.  I now have a few documents I cannot send for signature and others are waiting for them.This is an urgent issue, which is taking up too much of my time.

Everytime I use my Adobe PDF pack it gives me an error reading.  This quickly goes away and then I can use the app but it is annoying.  I don't know why it does this. Can anyone help me out?

I cannot convert a PDF file to a Word File. This used to work but it is not working now. What am I doing wrong?

I have a picture of a spreadsheet that was placed into a word document as a picture. I converted the word document to pdf format. Then attempted to convert the pdf into an excel spreadsheet. Essentially I want to get the picture of a spreadsheet back into a spreadsheet that can be manipulated. Adobe converts the pdf into a spreadsheet, but the spreadsheet does not have any cells populated. It is essentially a blank spreadsheet. Any advice?

I've got Adobe Cloud for Team. I'm trying to send out a document to someone else in our organisation to sign that isn't in the Adobe team. When it gets to the user the document is asking for a password. The is no security on the document settings my end. I'm opening the PDF, hitting 'Prepare Form', then checking the box for 'this document requires signature' (I don't have auto-detect fields on). I Then send the document for signatures. The user is can't do anything as the PDF requires a password to do anything - including adding the signature, which is all I need. Am I doing something wrong? Cheers, Lee

A document scans into pdf format.  When I convert the pdf into Word symbols are added and the text is not correct, why does this happen?

I converted a PDF to a Mac 2008 word document and it has all kinds of page breaks that I can not delete, Headers that will fill in multiple pages that I only want on a single page and other issues.  I have researched word and formatting, but when I reach the section on deleting page breaks the boxes that you are to uncheck are already unchecked.  Also, I can not delete pages that I do not need from the document.  Can someone help?

Most functions in Acrobat Reader DC have stopped working. It doesn't bring up any way to Export, Create, Edit, etc. These are available in the right-hand tool bar but clicking them does nothing. My subscription for Adobe Export PDF is up to date and functions suddenly stopped working.

Can you take a look at the PDF I am trying to convert to Word and see what it does to the Word file?  It is practically unrecognizable!Why isn't there a more direct customer support option for this issue?

Alle Prüfungen zeigen jedoch, dass ich mit dem Internet verbunden bin, die Firewall nicht abweist und es auch sonst keine sichtbaren Probleme geben müsste. Bis vor kurzem konnte ich problemlos konvertieren, was von einem auf den anderen Tag nicht mehr möglich war.
