How do I unsubscribe from my PDF pack option? I don't use it nowadays, so I'd like to stop it untill I need it again. Thanks.

I keeping getting conversion failure message. I've tried converting the file using the online web portal and still getting the same conversion failure message.

Hi I have recently purchased an in app subscription for export to word excel. It does not allow me to export any document when I click on export pops up saying I need to subscribe so I click on subscribe then it pops up error you already have s subscription. Please help

I need this service at the beginning of the month and all I get is an error page saying check back soon.

I cannot currently export PDF documents, but I had used the export feature previously with no problems. Now when attempting to export I am prompted to upgrade from a free subscription.However I already have a current subscription. The first time I attempted to follow the upgrade link, the page said I could not purchase a 2nd Export PDF subscription! Now I cannot find that page again - I am taken to my account page instead.Attempts to find a support channel - or reach ones I do find - are in vain (24x7 account help chat interface not working, etc).

I tried to convert a pdf to a work docx. The document was a form with text and lines and short columns. Most of the lines and columns did not transport correctly. How do I fix this?

Why is cloud.acrobat.com all of a sudden not supporting the Word document I have to convert to PDF?

Es kommt immer nur der VorschlagAdobe DC upzugraden. Ich habe aber nicht DC gekauft sondern Export PDF.2. Soll ich etwa bei jedem Bedarf von Export PDf erst Adobe im Internetsuchen und dann noch Export PDF? Es muss doch ein Kommando speicherbar sein.3. I highlighted over 150 pages of a PDF on my iPad Acrobat app through the adobe cloud. I updated the app and had to sign back into my cloud account and reload the document - when my files opened, all of my highlights were missing. When I go to the outbox portion of the app, I see my pdf with an "! Failure saving document" note underneath. When I click on that  a popup sys "Unable to save [document name] to Document Cloud". Is there any hope of me restoring the highlighted pages?

I have been trying to convert some jobsheets from my work to excel as it would greatly improve my workflow from what it currently is.Unfortunately I have encountered a predictable and reproduce-able error.Every time I attempt to convert a jobsheet that is even slightly above 1mb the result is missing a large portion of data and formatting to the point whereby it is completely unusable. All jobsheets com from the same program and therefore are formatted exactly the same.This happens regardless of whether I use the adobe application on my local pc or if I use the cloud service.I can send examples (pdf that works, doesn't work + conversion results) if need be, this is really an urgent matter as it greatly affects the speed at which I can do monthly reports.Would anyone from adobe know what can cause this? Or better yet, how to fix it?* I cannot change how they are originally created as pdf's, it is an automated process from an application we use (GoFormz).

I've been getting an error message for the last 2 weeks when trying to sign in so I'm now 2 weeks behind in my work. The error code is https://brb.acrobat.com/. Is Adobe having technical issues????? Does anyone know if Adobe is having technical issues? I'm constantly getting error messages and "we're working on it" messages but nothing seems to improve. Does anyone know of a better PDF system than Adobe?
