How do I find how to cancel my Adobe PDF Pack, annual subscription?

I'm developing a website for an industrial adhesive manufacturer  and would like to optimize the site's visual and multimedia content using Adobe tools. Are there any specific Adobe products or creative solutions that are well-suited for websites in the industrial adhesive manufacturing sector?I'm seeking advice and recommendations from the community to enhance the visual appeal and creative aspects of my website.Thank you for your insights and assistance!"   

Hi everyone,Few days ago a message on my Creative Cloud app came... "Your storage is almost full..."My plan give me 20GB of storage.I created a website/portfolio with adobe, and I created some galeries and did some sync between my library from laptop and the lightroom online. But nothing major.So, I've been looking to understand how my storage got full. And I've been searching to see if I can find a way to see all the documents I have in the cloud.I understood that, most likely, there isn't any way to see in detail the storage. But a bit like other storage (icloud, or google) there must be a way to check all the documents.As I don't believe that 300 photos will make my storage of 20GB full.Thank you in advance.

안녕하세요.크리에이티브 클라우드를 구독했습니다.  외국어 공부책을 ocr 입히려고 하는데... 제가 못찾는건지 몰라도...한개의 언어밖에 설정이 안됩니다.  보통 외국어교재는 일본어, 한국어.. 이렇거나,,,, 중국어 한국어 이런식으로 한 책에 2가지 언어가 있는데.. 설정창에는 한가지 언어만 체크가 되고..중복체크는 안되는데...제가 뭘 몰라서 이런걸까요?문서언어에서 한국어는 기본이고...일본어나 중국어(간체) 이렇게 2가지는 설정이 되야하는거같은데.... 방금 일본어교재를 몇부분만 해봤는데...OCR을 일어로 설정하고 결과물을 한국어를 사전에 넣어봤더니..이상한 말이 나오고.... 그래서 일본어 ocr 입힌걸....다시 한국어로 또 입히면 될 줄 알았는데..그것도 안되는거같아요. 이거 어떻게 해결해야 될까요?? 방법좀 알려주세요.. 구독한지 일주일이 다 되가서....2개국어 동시에 ocr 못입힌다면...취소하려구합니다.  

I am trying convert pdf to word file but it is making all things pdf editable, i don't want that is there any way to converting word and no changes and header and footer with the images in pdf should not be get editable. It is always making every single word editable, due to this my changes in word file makes more mistake and entering new words chnages my header and footer to new pages beacuse of it's editable if somebody knows the right way please share with me

Getting this error for all files, regardless of size. I am using documents.adobe.com, and trying both "Create Link" and "Send Invitation" methods. Have tried multiple browsers, have tried your suggestions to similar questions in these forums. How can I resolve?

What does Adobe Export PDF do? I've been paying for this service but I don't know how it is used. Is it a cloud hosting storage or something I download on my computer?

If I review all the "Apps included with my plan (web)" (Photography Plan), I have listed Acrobat Export PDFConvert an unlimited number of PDF files into MS Word, Excel, or RTF files for easy editing with this convenient online service.  However when I attempt to convert a .PDF it's asking me to sign up for a trial or upgrade...   

HiI've been subscribing to the export feature for a few years but it's stopped working.  I am logged into my account and my subscription is up to date but the clicking the Export button now just opens a pop-up asking me if I want to start a free 7-day trial.Any ideas?I'm still using windows 7 if that matters.Ta

Hi, I have been converting excel files to PDF and initially it was swapping round day/month in a date field i.e. 31/05/2018 turned in to 05/31/2018 - I took this to mean that it was trying to change into american date? So as I was not fussed about the format I changed the date to read 31 May 2018. When now changing this into a PDF it turns it into a line of #### with nothing else. Any assistance would be appreciated as this was the only reason I purchased this product to begin with.

Two questions: Is there a workaround if Adobe reader online or the chrome extension says "This form contains fields that you can only fill in using the Acrobat desktop app"? What could cause this error?  

Hello,We have scripts in our forms to generate a number. It works on Chrome, Edge and the Acrobat desktop app.It does not work on documentcloud.adobe.com .I have attached a pdf sample with the scripts on the fields.Not sure why it worked on the desktop app but not the web version. Seems like the pdf are not supported the same on both platforms.Thank you!

Hello, When someone shares an asset with me, my only option is to add a comment. Why can't I download or print this document?  You'll see there are no icons or actions in the upper toolbar. 

We have a web based document management application that has existed for many years.  For PDF documents stored in our archive, we view them by handing off the document to the browser to be displayed by the browser's default PDF viewer.  This is typically Acrobat Reader.  All of a sudden last week (with no changes to our application software), 3 unrelated clients reported that their users were getting the following errors when displaying PDF documents in our application:There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (507:507) (sometimes it is 523:523) The problem occurs on the 2nd display of a PDF.  The first one works fine.  Also there are other odd anomalies about this problem.  Like if you minimize the side bars of the PDF that is being viewed, the next view will not get the error. I have also noticed by looking at task manager during the problem workflow, that there are 2 Adobe Acrobat processes

I cant get the PDF to hihglight in a striaght row, some numbers just highlight individually, is there a fix?  ggg 

I have an enormous file (159MB contract) from a customer that I've been attempting to compress to no avail. It takes a long time to upload, which is understandable, but when it finishes, I click "compress" and it begins. That, too, takes a little while, but as it finally gets to 99%, instead of completing so I can download, it seems to quit working and the page refreshes to the initial page where you select a file or drag and drop a file you want to compress. So I've attempted to wait this process out 3 times over the last 2 days only to have it just close in the end. Is there anything I can do? This is a bit time-sensitive, so if there is another way to compress the file size so I can review without error or freezing, I'd love to know about it. 

Trying to send a link but I'm getting an error message that says"Unable to upload some files"We weren't able to upload some files to document cloud.How can I fix this?

I have used PDF forms for time sheets for approximately 2 years. At the end of each work day I would combine all of the time sheets that are created by team members into one PDF Portfolio, this would allow me to print the entire portfolio with a single click of the printer button. There have been some apparent changes to the ADOBE Online system that no longer allows that. I now have to open each individual page of the portfolio to print them. This is costing me valuable time, what used to take a matter of 2 or three minutes in now taking three time that. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Am I doing something wrong, I'm following the same process I have for two years. 

We do have Adobe Acrobate DC Pro license. Not sure if it is different than enterprise license. As this Adobe Document Cloud PDF Experience for Office 365  says "require a paid Acrobat DC for teams or Acrobat DC for enterprise subscription. " Could you please clarify the DC Pro license vs Enterprise license? Thanks & Regards,Khushi

Hi, We use Adobe Acrobat in the Microsoft online suite, and edit in SharePoint among multiple users by adding "text comments" on the PDFs. The issue we are encountering is that some of the text comments become "invisible" at times. The edits staff make to the PDF are still there, and are visible if you are just viewing the files in Microsoft TEAMs, and if you print them out. When the error happens opening and closing the file or refreshing the browser multiple times usually fixes it. The error does not happen all the time, and usually using the method above file and all the comments will be visible again. We are using the Chrome or Edge browser, and the errors has happened on both. As well as multiple machines running Windows 10. Attached are images of invisible text comment boxes that are still there and "selectable", but you cannot see what the text is. We're using Document Cloud via SharePoint to authorise PDF invoices across our teams. We're finding that sometimes after digitally signing a PDF document, the original PDF under the signature gets corrupt. We've had:- original text, with mirrored text overlaid- all text removed, just the signature remaining- all text removed, signature remaining, gobbledegook text overlaid on page It happens with two users and several PCs. Always via SharePoint online. Document Cloud is a plugin for O365, so any requests for support from Adobe are met with "you don't have an Adobe paid account" - I know, this software is free to use. Anyone had this issue, and managed to solve it? Cheers all. (Identifying data in screenshot blanked out - not a bug)

I’m trying to convert some PDFs to Word format using Acrobat Pro DC 2015 (Build 15.7.20033.133275) on macOS 10.13.6, and all too often it simply refuses to do it. Most of the time it will claim that it can’t save the file because it’s in use, even though it can’t be in use because it doesn’t exist yet. Other times it will give that error and save a file, but you can't actually open that file unless you have some Text Recovery application which Microsoft provides no link for. Doesn’t matter what I name the file, it just usually refuses to create one. Sometimes, without warning it will actually do it, but there’s no pattern or common theme to those occurrences. What’s the problem, and how can it be resolved? I can’t upgrade to a newer version, and this one used to work just fine, but now it doesn’t, so there must be some bugs that haven’t been disclosed or fixed. If so, then Adobe needs to issue a patch for those bugs.
