I would like to cancel my subscription to the ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE 044-207-3650 IE service.  The payment was taken from credit card on the 26/10/2014. As I have not used this service since that date, I would like to request a refund of the 19.95 subscription fee. Thanks.

Hello, I have been using OneDrive with Acrobat (in Google Chrome) for over a year now with no issues to view school files. Recently (within the past weeks or month), I have not been able to view any PDF in OneDrive. I get one of two error messages, and my file does not show up. {"error": {"code": "Forbidden", "message": "Not allowed to access this resource.", "details": { "error_code": "403" } }Error URL provided is expired or invalid. Please reinitiate the workflow.When I open files out of OneDrive, the Acrobat extension works just fine. I have tried in other browsers, still no luck. Anyone got a fix?

Hello I cannot download my documents from document Cloud I get a "Failed - needs authorisation" Does anyone know what to do?

I am trying to use the COMBINE FILES for multiple PDFS and on my new macbook it only shows up as file list (see screenshot below). I cannot figure out how to have them all merged into 1 document.  On my old macbook I did this all the time and it would create a PDF of all.  When I click open document, nothing happens.  Any ideas? Please help.

I want to create a fillable PDF that blends text fields and dropdown selections seamlessly with fixed text in the document, so that, once completed and saved, the resulting document doesn't appear to have been created from a fillable form (more like a Mail Merge). Are there tips, tricks, or scripts to achieve this, or even better, an existing workable template that someone could share?   🙂

I can set Initial View in a PDF, but when my clients open it from Document Cloud (default for sharing) that Initial View setting is lost. They then have to navigate to the asterisk menu and choose "Open in desktop app" in order to review the work as I intend. This is a bad option. I should never have to train reviewers on how to review. DC needs to be smarter than that. Honor Initial View settings when viewing any DC PDF in a browser.

Hi, I have installed (and reinstalled) Adobe to my PC. I have checked all the settings in outlook icluding Add-ins and Acrobat Settings in a new message window. Everything looks fine there. Still I don't get the "send attachments using Adobe cloud storage" option.  I have one of the latest Windows and my Outlook is up to date and so is the Adobe. I use Adobe for Enterprise. This otion works fine for my colleagues. Any ideas? ThanksIn the picture bellow visualization of what I am missing.

Hey there,I've been using the online pdf editor for a few months now. Usually it works perfectly fine. However since a few days ago whenever I upload a PDF it doesn't allow me to edit the file. When I upload the file, it becomes visible. However when I click the edit button it says the following; "There is a time-out on the page. Load the page again.". I have tried reloading the page multiple times, and tried with other documents, but the issue arrises time and time again when I try. What could it be?

Hello,  We would like to use Stamp fonctionnality on adobe document cloud. We created a standard corporate javasciprt Stamp and we want to use it on the document cloud ? Right now we need to download and open the file using the adobe desktop application, a lot of time wasted when we need to open and approuve hundred documents daily. Whyt can't we use the stamp on document cloud ?   Thanks

Hello Adobe Community!I'm currently having some issues with the Send & Track plugin for Outlook, it broke after our last subscription renewal. This is currently impacting our end user's workflow. We currently have have an All Apps subscription and this functionality should be included according to the Adobe FAQ: Upon first opening Outlook and attempting to use Send & Track the first error will always report the file type is incompatible despite the file used:Upon the next attempt the error changes to:This persists until Outlook is restarted and the cycle repeats.I've checked our admin portal through Adobe and have no Sharing Restrictions in place:Any help would be greatly appreciated!  

I renamed my files on acrobat.com (on my laptop) and then attempted to open them on my iPad. The file will download and won't display. It says "This document cannot be previewed."

Why does it send me to product purchase page when I try to convert PDF to jpeg? I paid for my subscription awile ago and verified the account.  This used to work.

I am using a new MacBook Air. I wish to save as a PDF a blog posting that I received in my email. To do so:> I select print - my printer is an HP Color Lasetjet Pro MFP 4301dw;> in the Print window I select: PDF > Save as PDF;> I select: Print and saved to an appropriate folder. The bottom line of text on each page is cut in half horizontally...i.e., the top half of the letters appear on the page in question and the bottom half appear at the top of the next page. Then:> I opened the printer settings and, under Paper Handling, selected: Scale to Fit Paper Size, see attached;> in the Print window I select: PDF > Save as PDF;> I select: Print and saved to an appropriate folder. The problem was "fixed" on about 1/2 of the pages byt remains on the rest.How can I fully eliminate the problem ? Thanks in advance. 

Is the Document Cloud HIPAA compliant?

I use apple but now acrobat only works with Microsoft. Is there going to be issues with Lightroom and photoshop. Acrobat is now useless for me. Maybe I am not seeing a way to make it work. Rich text formatted still does not keep the format of the document made in acrobat when imported to pages.  I do not want to use Microsoft products.

I have 2 issues I notice when I use acrobat for google drive. First the highlights I make started to not highlight the space between the words and its just very distracting from reading to have the highlight start and stop on each word as compared to just a solid highlight over the selected text. This issue seems to be inconsistent between documents but goes to solid consistently when the document is downloaded. Second the limited color choice defaults on highlighting are terrible. The darker colors are so dark that it makes the text nearly unreadable so I have to use different colors compared to when I'm working with a download. I can use highlighting normally but then I'd have to download each document I want to work with, edit it and then remember to replace the old document. The images are using the same color options but the lighter ones are from the downloaded document(1.4 Acrobat 5.x)

Last week, I was sending test forms with Adobe Bulk Sign and everything was working great. This week (now 2024), when I try to send the forms, I get stuck in the processing loop. The circle just keeps spinning and never finishes. I tried to sign out and in a couple times, but nothing. Does this have something to do with the new year? I have no idea why it just stopped working. I have a line on top of my page that says I have access to all Acrobat features.

How do I correct this problem?

I used to be able to open up a PDF form and after selecting the e-signatures option, the platform would provide the option to automatically insert the fillable boxes.  This seems to no longer be the case. Can someone tell me how to get this option back?  I have a lot of fields for my users to complete including a form that consists of a measure for each question (checkboxes form 1 to 5 for multiple boxes).  Adobe used to automatically select these items as fillable.  How do I get to this?  Seems the upgrade has changed a few features. Thanks for any help you can provide.
