Adobe Acrobat Online

I scanned several documents into my computer and they saved as .jpeg files.  I want to convert them to .pdf files so I can email them.  So I went online and subscribed to the Abode PDF Pack for $69.99 a year, which clearly said I could convert .jpeg files to .pdf files.  After subscribing, I then tried to convert my .jpeg files to .pdf files, but EVERY file said Conversion Failure.  I tried doing it several more times, but Conversion Failures EVERY TIME.  Why is this?????  This either needs to be fixed so I can do the conversions, or you can have your lousy Adobe PDF Pack back and refund my money.

hello,please help me, I can not open or download PDFs on my document cloud anymore! All my important University files are on adobe document cloud! I open https://cloud.acrobat.com/  and the folder structure appears as usual. But when I open it 'Cannot preview filetype appears' where the PDF should be shown.When clicking on 'download' a small windows says: 'Internal server error (500)'. 'Your request could not be completed due to an internal server error.'Opening a file in the program acrobat reader (of my PC) it also says: ' There was an error opening this document. A file error has occurred'. For all of my files!On my android tablet I cannot open any files either! What can I do to??Best RegardsAn

Adobe .pdf Services does'nt work. Is there a problem ?

I was getting some documents signed by a client today on Galaxy Tab S2. The originals were just over 100kb, but all the post-signature version were over 900kb. Doesn't make sense to me.I actually did a demo signature using another app (signnow, by Barracuda), and the post-signature files increased by 10 to 15kb only with that app.

I can no longer save my PDFs correctly because of a scaling issue.  I use window 10 but never had this problem until recently. I've tried downloading a different Adobe PDF, updating, patching, NOTHING'S WORKING!!!!Please help!!!!!

Hello,Last April 2016, I purchased Adobe Acrobat for my work computer for the simple reason of being able to export PDFs to Word Documents. It worked while I was on your trial promotion, but once I purchased it after the trial was over, It has not worked. It keeps sending me to a screen telling me I have to purchase an account.When I log in, it shows that my account is active and has been since last April 2016.I have signed in, signed out, signed in again, re-started my computer several times.I'm getting extremely frustrated and would like to talk with someone rather than type in a "forum" , which makes me even more frustrated.About to hang this up altogether. When converting the original PDF file to an excel file, all of the numbers in one of my columns get rounded up to the nearest hundredth. How do I fix this?

I need the abilty to use a template pdf which I can load into an app, then fill out the pre determined fields with info and save it as a different document and send it for signature. Is this possible using an ipad?

I am perplexed by OCR with the PDF Pack subscription. There appears to be no way to OCR a PDF (from, say, a scan made inside the app or a PDF imported which has no text layer). Oddly, you can export a PDF to other document formats like docx, and text recognition is an option. But, unless I'm missing something, there's no way to ocr a PDF so that you end up with a PDF with a searchable text layer. This is the entire reason I bought the expensive monthly subscription. Am I missing something here?

How can I send a pdf to people on mobile, and have their comments easily sent back to me? As I understand it, this can't be done through Document Cloud. I'm dealing with people of various tech skill, so the simpler the solution the better.

I signed up for Adobe 6 months back.  I called customer service when I was signing up to ask for assistance.  I wasn't sure I should purchase the package online.  I had never before purchased an online product & it made me nervous to do so.  I explained my situation, that I only needed the program for a day or so and I wasn't sure it was worth purchasing this product for only a few days.  The sales girl said, don't worry we have a 30 day program you can purchase and it only lasts a month.  It sounds like I would be a better fit for this program.  I said, "oh, yes, I had no idea this was even a program available!"  I signed up because of what this girl said, that it was a program that lasted only 30 days, and it ended after that, and I didn't have to do anything else.   I specifically asked her this question and she said no, it would end automatically because it was a 30 day trial.   This was just a slick sales trick to get

Hi there,I am unable to open some of my immigration application documents, now what should I do And there is no way to call you guys, now what should I do?

I'd like to split a document based on a recurring text string or phrase.  I print out owner statements in bulk and would like to be able to split my large batch of reports into individual files for each owner.  I'd like to split the large batch into smaller reports every time the words "OWNER STATEMENT" appear.  Is this possible?  Or is there a way to add bookmarks based on the text string and then split by bookmark?   Thank you in advance!
