Theproblem is with her PC accessing the necsignature.echosign.com site.  Onceshe initiates a SSO for EchoSign, she is redirected over to EchoSign as she issuppose to be but Internet Explorer is having a problem making the connectionfor some reason.Do youhave anyone at Adobe who can help look at this issue to figure out what mightbe going on? Belowis a trace from SSO to Adobe.                                                    

I have a invoice document in pdf that i want to convert to Excel (XLSX) but on some pages it doesn't convert a number of last lines on the page. When i convert the document to DOCX the missing lines are converted to Footers. It is not on alle pages, sometimes it is only the last line but there are also pages where 6 lines are in the footer.Mvg W.M. Rijsdijk

Previously, I've had no problem in converting pdf  files to powerpoint.  Today, I received a message stating "failed to export to pptx because storage limit was exceeded."  I deleted all items in storage except 3 small files.  Still receiving the same error message. Cleaned the cache, tried a different browser - same problem.  I can convert powerpoint to pdf but not vice versa.  Please assist.  (Using Adobe Reader DC with Adobe Export PDF plan.)  Thank you!

Bookmarks are lost in cloud, even they are in original, set up in initial view with, and saved in document cloud. In past I've tried linked from Facebook, using Adobe Muse, and also had no bookmarks when linked.

After filling in the pdf and signing it, I go to email the file, but 60% of the time, there is no attachment.  WHY?  This is using the app on my iPad.

Hi, I have managed to create a pdf form (questionnaire) from a word document. However, when I tested it by sending it to few people, some of them had trouble filling it out. Or they could fill the form but when they tried to save it (with a different file name) the form didnt save the changes. And it remained empty. But some were able to do this. What could be the reason for this? Thanks for your help!

I get these directions in email, Instructions to add this form to a response file: 1. Double-click the attachment. 2. Adobe Acrobat DC will prompt you to select a response file. When I double click the attachment it opens in windows viewer with no instructions. If I download it it opens in Reader DC with no prompts.

I've been having nothing but problems (freezes and crashes my computer all the time) after I upgraded to Windows 10.  I know I know that some programs are not compatible with Windows 10, I had to install a different exe. file for my Symantec for Windows 10,  Just curious if anybody else is having issues?

I have used Adobe Reader in the past with no issues.  Today, I tried to convert a PDF to a word document.  It worked, but the text all changed to wingdings font (even though it says it is Calibri).  Any suggestions?

We are developing interactive PDF using iText. We use various interactive component in this PDF such as drillable grid, chart, sorting etc. and each of this requires java script. When this PDF runs on windows it works okay on PDF reader, but same PDF when opened on mobile, java script doesn’t work. We are looking to develop customized viewer which will have inbuilt java script for these set of controls which will complement limitation of mobile device. Thus PDF opened within this viewer will have same interactivity viewed on PC and laptop. Can I have a solution for this?

I just paid for an annual subscription for PDF conversions to Word. I did the conversion and the first two pages of the document are missing, the comment stickies in the PDF are open blocks of text in the Word document which obscure the read of the document, the formatting and fonts of the original document are skewed, and the images are blackened and illegible.Thank you

Hi Experts,I am trying to combine multiple documents (some .docx and some .xlsx) together and once this job is done, the converter just changes the formatting, total number of pages increases from 28-30 to 100+.Overall formatting changes, and pages print on multiple pages causing a total different look to the document. On the know issues, I saw that having Adobe reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro bot installed together can have issue, but that has been mitigated.Please help.Thanks!!!

I started the free trial of Adobe Acrobat DC today. I want to scan individual pages of a 75 page poetry manuscript and convert the scanned pdf poetry to one editable word document. After conversion, the doc.x file contains multiple changes/errors in font type and font size. Em dashes and other punctuation changes and the title of the poem moves into the "header" space. If I cannot resolve this issue, I will not want to buy the item after the 30 day trial. Here is a screen shot of the converted document that was originally in Times New Roman 12 font. My scanner is a Brother DCP Multi-function copier. DCP-7065DN
