I wish to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have found it impossible to do so on the website. When I finally got through to a chat line to discuss this the chat was mysteriously discontinued. I read on the internet that many people are finding it next to impossible to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have wasted two hours on their website trying to unsubscribe. I am extremely angry with the situation. They have it all very cleverly set up so you can't in practice unsubscribe. In my 20 years using the internet I have never come across a case as bad as this. Adobe should be sued for wasting peoples time. It is a kind of veiled extortion hoping people will become so frustrated that they will give up. Any comments or solutions out there. The Adobe case no: I was given was 0216704294, for all the good that was. Please someone give me a solution. Many Thanks. Richard.
I combined a number of PDFs using Adobe PDF Pack. I then attempted to annotate them on Adobe Reader, using the text box in the Drawing Markups section of the Comments Tab. For some reason whatever I enter into the text box is automatically surrounded by XML tags as soon as I hit return. How do I disable this? For example this:Zambanini A, Diabetes Res Clin Pract. 1999: 243-A-4Becomes this:<?xml version="1.0"?><body xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:xfa="http://www.xfa.org/schema/xfa-data/1.0/" xfa:APIVersion="Acrobat:11.0.10" xfa:spec="2.0.2" style="font-size:12.0pt;text-align:left;color:#FF0000;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;font-family:Helvetica,sans-serif;font-stretch:normal"><p dir="ltr"><spandir="ltr" style="">Zambanini A, Diabetes Res Clin Pract. 1999: 243-A-4</p></body>as soon as I hit return.
I need to print a document I downloaded, but do not see a printing option.
I cannot download the PDF to Word Conversion tool 2400 yen ; order No. AD007090846JP
On Windows it was default, when you right clicked on a file you had the option to "Convert to PDF". This doesn't appears so on OS X Mavericks. I'm using Acrobat Pro 11, is this an option you can turn on? I know this isn't the best forum to post in but for some reason Acrobat Mac and Acrobat Windows are both "Read Only", I don't know why the two most heavily forums are locked..fcuking Adobe. They make great products, but their usability is so abrasive and difficult.
Hi,I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, sometimes when I'm trying to save to the Adobe document cloud, I'm getting "can't access to server" and cant save the file. Why??I'm losing alot of hard work. Thanks
Help.I'm trying to create an order form that consists of a large amount of product numbers and descriptions that can be electronically sent to warehouse.
I'd like to use Adobe Document Cloud to build proposals on, but I would need the ability to save content blurbs/snippets that someone can use/reuse. I'm assuming it is a feature but I can't figure out where or how I'd go about this. Anyone have any help?Thank you,Megan
I have a PDF form that has places where one can fill their information. However, because many people are going to change what text on the form is, I was wondering if there was a way to make a survey question (where they can insert information) and pass those responses into a PDF every single time the question are submitted and fill it automatically?
I have a form that can be printed and completed by hand. It is in a pdf format. I would like to put it into a Fill & Sign type of form. Does anyone know how to do this?
Hi, I often save word documents as PDF before sending but recently my PDFs have come up as massive files (350MB). It's only a little text and 1 image! Cannot find anywhere where I can set /amend my saving preferences. Can anyone help?Tks!

Somehow I've downloaded the Document Cloud program (thinking it was just a regular Adobe update). It has overwritten the Acrobat program I use all the time. l I don't need this document cloud program and want the old one back. How do I get rid of it?
Is there a plan I can purchase that will convert a PDF greater than 100MB?
When I sign into my Adobe account while trying to export a pdf file I get a dialogue box that simply says "error". When I try to use the help pages, the chat icon does not respond. Is it too much to ask for a number to talk to an individual. At the rate I am going if there is another service out there that can export a pdf to word or excel I will gladly use it.
I purchased this ExportPDF option for Adobe Reader, and it used to convert my PDF files perfectly to XLSX files. I went back to old files that I have previously exported, and the tool no longer works to export my PDF. Please help!

I need help understanding....I have several forms that are currently in just a PDF read only format. I want to convert them to a form that users can fill otu online and submit. A few questions:1. Does the user need to have acrobat DC to even use the "fill out form" service?2. Can I create a form that users can fill out with the exception of the signature? Once filled out they would have the ability to print the pdf form from desktop to sign and fax back in. My client needs to be HIPPA compliant and is cautious of the online sig.
I have downloaded and installed the free trial for Adobe DC yesterday. My colleague has already started their free trial on their own separate account/email address however when I try to login to use my free trial, it has not activated correctly. I have logged in with my account and selected 'Continue Trial' however when I go to use features such as Send for Signature, it requests that I upgrade to continue. Furthermore, when I log into documents.adobe.com, I cannot view my dashboard for sending docs and I am once again prompted to upgrade. Why is my trial not activated and how can I resolve this?
I cannot edit text or drawings on existing PDFS!
The preview function is nice for some purposes, I suppose, but it's a nightmare for sending links to files that need to be seen in a high-res or a high zoom level. It keeps making people--extremely computer-literate people--who receive my links think that they're looking at the actual file when they're really looking at the preview of it. Much more often than not they want a higher-res view but do not download the file in order to get it. Either they don't see the download link to the right or they think that downloading the file will do nothing but give them a duplicate of the same awful resolution that they're currently seeing. (I'm pretty sure that DC isn't downsizing the actual files when I upload them because I tried an upload-download test of that, but if I'm wrong about that, please let me know.)Is there a way to turn off the preview function? Or alternatively to set it to a higher resolution and/or set the default zoom on the document within the preview of it? (Yes, I know that
Is anyone able to help
What features do you receive with Export PDF subscription other than the ability to convert a pdf file to Word?
