Is there a phone number to call and talk to someone for a charge that I have been getting since January 2015.Ines Luengo de Krom[private information removed by moderator]

I can't figure out how to edit a document with adobe.  Can anyone help me?

As the online chat service is not available the other option given is to telephone but after going through all the various options they then put you on hold and leave you listening to music for 9 minutes minimum. Surely there must be a quicker way to get technical help with their product that doesn't work even after they take payment.
