bonjour,je stocke des fichiers PDF sur Adobe reader.com gratuitement que je consulte soit par ipad soit iPhone ..seulement ce ce jour vers 16h je m'aperçoit que l'on m'a supprimé certain de mes fichiers pdf au hasard , ils ont tous simplement disparus et quand je les recherche il y a écrit qu'aucun fichier ne correspond à cette recherche ... JE ne comprends pas pourquoi , c'est un beug !!!! Je dois les récupérer!! ‌si quelqu'un peut m'aider ou à subit le même probleme , je le remercie d'avance de m'aider ...

I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil and i just signed the adobe send the service to send large files to my clients. However the upload speed this very low, my network has 30MB download and upload 2, but when I plug in adobe send files only go up to a 200K rate.Is there a setting so that the rate is optimized?Thank U,Diogo

As the online chat service is not available the other option given is to telephone but after going through all the various options they then put you on hold and leave you listening to music for 9 minutes minimum. Surely there must be a quicker way to get technical help with their product that doesn't work even after they take payment.

Hello,I have a fillable PDF form that I'm trying to submit. When I submit the form through an email client (Outlook, Mail, etc.) it works perfectly. When I try to submit using the Webmail option, I get this message: "An unknown error has occurred while uploading the attachment. If you are not sure how to proceed further, you can save your form and return it manually using your Internet mail service."I've checked the file thoroughly and everything looks correct. I'm perplexed as to why it submits just fine through an email client, but won't submit via Webmail. I've tried on a Mac and a PC and I've tried using a Yahoo account and a Gmail account with the same results. Any ideas?Thanks!Kate
