Adobe Acrobat Online

I clicked the subscribe button for the PDF Pack on the acrobat home page and a box pops up with the "thinking" squares that go around and around, but it just does that forever it never loads anything. And it isn't my internet connection because I have other tabs open in my internet browser and they are loading just fine.

Can I save frequently used email addresses for recipients to avoid having to type them each time?

I'm trying to send a file on AdobeSend and it says to upgrade.  When I click on upgrade, nothing happens.

I'm a subscriber to ExportPDF, I've just opened a PDF and converted it, and when I clicked the link to retrieve it, Adobe asked me to change the password, which I did and confirmed via email, but now when I click on the link to go to the converted document, Adobe tells me I've to pay. we are trying to convert a 4000 page PDF to an excel spread sheet. we have broken the pdf into small chuncks. can you tell me why the conversion loses data and how many pages I can convert at any one time.

Trying to upgrade - not able

When I am trying to convert a pdf file to excel I get the warning "an error occurred while trying to access the server".How can I solve this?

Trying to cancel a 1 year subscription to the PDF exporter annual fee of 32.72$ and it keeps telling me to talk to customer support.
