Adobe Acrobat Online

Acrobat.com, I have this working on one computer but when I try to open files to combine, organize on another after successfully logging in the error "Failed to convert file" comes up. These are already pdf files and do not need to be converted, only opened.

How do I activate my Adobe Pro XI  I have subscribed and its status is described as active but I still can't get in.  I followed the linkson the acknowledgement letter but they simply lead me to a cloud and a membership sample formAnyone out there able to help0?Tom

I convert to PDF from word but the fonts are not embedded, the word doc is saving the fonts embedded, but the conversion does not embed the fonts?  What do I have to do to get fonts embedded?

If I click on an online Adobe Acrobat page to view I open the same page over and over not the one I am trying to view. For Example I opened a coupon from a website the other day and it loaded but now if I try to open anything else the same old coupon loads up and displays nothing else. It is from a well known online sight and I downloaded the coupon from the sights main page not some shady coupon site so I doubt it is a virus
