Adobe Acrobat Online

Adobe PDF maker automatically charged my checking approx $60 and I did NOT authorize payment.  I canceled the service over a year ago and should not have been charged. How do I get a reimbursement?

How do I convert files to Word?  I have paid for it and uploaded three files but what do I do now?

I've been able to edit PDF on my mobile phone for over a year up until yesterday!! I have Acrobat Pro and I'm subscribed which includes Premium. I have no idea what's going on as to why I am unable to now!!

It is stuck on "converting"  All other pdfs convert just fine

I have an online subscription for Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack that all of a sudden stopped working today. It was fine as of 9:00 EST last night. I can log in but when I try to combine files (all of the proper size) I get an error message that reads "could not organize". If I try to export a pdf to word or excel (again small file size) it errors out and fails. I have been on with Adobe Tech support for over two hours today and they could not figure it out and told me to post it here. They tried everything even running as an Adminstrator. I use it on my work laptop with a VPN, we tried it without the VPN and on my personal laptop all with the same results. We cleared cache and cookies for all time too. Plesae do not suggest the "app" b/c when I try to combine files with the app, it wants me to sign up for a 7-day trial, even though I am logged in under my credentials.  My suggestion is for Adobe to cancel my subscription, refund and then redo it - to see if that helps. I have 14  documents that I can use "Fill and Sign" to fill out.  When I combine them into one file, I lose the ability to "Fill and Sign".  How do I get that ability back in the combined document?

Domando se è possibile impostare in automatico che l'apertura avvenga direttamente in abilita scorrimento. Cioè quando apro il file in automatico lo devo leggere in scorrimento. HelloI recently purchased a fully licensed version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and have discovered that even where I use the control panel to map pdf's to this program as the default program and right-click on a file and use 'Open with' to select Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as the program for opening that file, the file opens in my Google Chrome browser. I see that there are various complaints online about this sort of problem. However, I question whether the root of the problem lies with the browser. Previously, on trying a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I encountered an entirely similar problem with Microsoft Edge and needlessly wasted time using the advice I found online to disable this browser. I would really appreciate a sound solution to my current problem. It is frustrating to have paid so much money for software that is not fit for purpose.Thanks in advance! 

good morning folks;new to the "new" Adobe DC configuration .. like what i see .. what i dont like is the fact that when I post a PDF up, and obtain the link to post to our site, it seems to open and allow people to download the PDF. I have turned off the comment ability .. but i see no option to stop the download of the file. I'm sure i'm missing something very simple here..as for i only want it to be a view only file and not a view only and download. please let me know what i'm missing, and thanks so much.

I had previously purchased Adobe Export PDF. My laptop was stolen. The application had not worked on that computer for some time and I could never get any information about how to fix it and just gave up. Every time I tried to call Adobe, I was placed on hold for very long times, once for more than two hours and then the call just dropped without me talking to anyone. I even tried calling the corporation. (I used to be a stockholder even.) Never got through to anyone. Emailed the corporation to complain about my experience and never got a single response. I swear that Adobe has the worst customer service of any hitech company I have interacted with.I just tried finding a way to download the product on my new computer. Of course, I could find no information related to my problem amd so was unable to download it. Rather than repeat my previous frustratingly bad experiences with Adobe, I thought that perhaps I should just resubscribe, but after going into my Adobe account, it wouldn´t let

i signed up for acrobat pro and it still does not let me digitally sign my pdfs.when I go to Adobe Acrobat online it says it will sign docs BUT:1) it does not save the signature and2) it does not bring in my entire document...such as a 2 page doc only has the first page showing.what the heck am i paying for?????

I want to add organize pages to split a pdf document but it doesn't do that. Instead, it opens my browser each time.I'm signed in. I signed out and signed back in. I searched my account to see if there is an option to purchase. I don't know what else to do.

This should be easy, but I can not add an outline around a text field.The line thickness, in properties/appearance is greyed out.  Why is this?

Can't seem to use the Convert function.  It only offers options to "Upgrade" my plan.  Current plan does not expire until December 2017.

I can see it for Creative Cloud, but not Document Cloud.

My work organisation has an Adobe Subscription which I have now donwloaded onto my home computer.  This means that as a member of this organisation I can use Adobe free of charge.  This subscription is paid for by my organisation. Prior to joining this organisation I had a trial subscription which went through to a monthly debit from my credit card for A$21.99.  How do I cancel this subscription and not receive the monthly charge to my credit card?  Everytime I go onto the adobe website to try to cancel my personal subscription  it only comes up with my work email and not my personal email. Please suggest a solution to this problem. Thanks Karen B

When I am compressing a PDF that has previously been signed in Docusign via Adobe Acrobat online it removes the signature (tried low, medium and high compression). If I compress the same document using the Acrobat Pro application the signature is not removed. Is this by design or is there a way I can resolve this? Thanks,

Hi,  I create resources for teachers and I draw all my own clip art. I've been told by some teachers that my clip art is easy to "lift" and steal. They've told me to "flatten" my PDFs so that can't happen.  How do I protect my work?  Many thanks! 

Hi there,   Have had a pretty rough correspondence with Adobe support. Can't go back to the chat for any ongoing support as the operator ended the chat. Pretty disappointing as I was asking for help to use combined documents which came up with a prompt to contact support. Would love to be able to use Adobe features but literally am not able to and support do not look further into the issue and end chats?   This is more a vent than anything else. But am trying to use the online compress and combined tools but keep receiving the same contact support messaged. Logged in, out, changed computer.    Any ideas? Also - the support person was Mrinal, 1 star for their assistance.  

Why is the dates coming through on My Audit Report so Out of Wack? Is there  a setting I can change so it is inline with my current time in New Zealand.?Below is the date from Audit report when it was Created by meBelow is the local time that is when I actually created it.Please help
