Adobe Acrobat Online

good morning folks;new to the "new" Adobe DC configuration .. like what i see .. what i dont like is the fact that when I post a PDF up, and obtain the link to post to our site, it seems to open and allow people to download the PDF. I have turned off the comment ability .. but i see no option to stop the download of the file. I'm sure i'm missing something very simple here..as for i only want it to be a view only file and not a view only and download. please let me know what i'm missing, and thanks so much.

I had previously purchased Adobe Export PDF. My laptop was stolen. The application had not worked on that computer for some time and I could never get any information about how to fix it and just gave up. Every time I tried to call Adobe, I was placed on hold for very long times, once for more than two hours and then the call just dropped without me talking to anyone. I even tried calling the corporation. (I used to be a stockholder even.) Never got through to anyone. Emailed the corporation to complain about my experience and never got a single response. I swear that Adobe has the worst customer service of any hitech company I have interacted with.I just tried finding a way to download the product on my new computer. Of course, I could find no information related to my problem amd so was unable to download it. Rather than repeat my previous frustratingly bad experiences with Adobe, I thought that perhaps I should just resubscribe, but after going into my Adobe account, it wouldn´t let

i signed up for acrobat pro and it still does not let me digitally sign my pdfs.when I go to Adobe Acrobat online it says it will sign docs BUT:1) it does not save the signature and2) it does not bring in my entire document...such as a 2 page doc only has the first page showing.what the heck am i paying for?????

I want to add organize pages to split a pdf document but it doesn't do that. Instead, it opens my browser each time.I'm signed in. I signed out and signed back in. I searched my account to see if there is an option to purchase. I don't know what else to do.

This should be easy, but I can not add an outline around a text field.The line thickness, in properties/appearance is greyed out.  Why is this?

Can't seem to use the Convert function.  It only offers options to "Upgrade" my plan.  Current plan does not expire until December 2017.

I can see it for Creative Cloud, but not Document Cloud.

My work organisation has an Adobe Subscription which I have now donwloaded onto my home computer.  This means that as a member of this organisation I can use Adobe free of charge.  This subscription is paid for by my organisation. Prior to joining this organisation I had a trial subscription which went through to a monthly debit from my credit card for A$21.99.  How do I cancel this subscription and not receive the monthly charge to my credit card?  Everytime I go onto the adobe website to try to cancel my personal subscription  it only comes up with my work email and not my personal email. Please suggest a solution to this problem. Thanks Karen B

When I am compressing a PDF that has previously been signed in Docusign via Adobe Acrobat online it removes the signature (tried low, medium and high compression). If I compress the same document using the Acrobat Pro application the signature is not removed. Is this by design or is there a way I can resolve this? Thanks,

Hi,  I create resources for teachers and I draw all my own clip art. I've been told by some teachers that my clip art is easy to "lift" and steal. They've told me to "flatten" my PDFs so that can't happen.  How do I protect my work?  Many thanks! 

Hi there,   Have had a pretty rough correspondence with Adobe support. Can't go back to the chat for any ongoing support as the operator ended the chat. Pretty disappointing as I was asking for help to use combined documents which came up with a prompt to contact support. Would love to be able to use Adobe features but literally am not able to and support do not look further into the issue and end chats?   This is more a vent than anything else. But am trying to use the online compress and combined tools but keep receiving the same contact support messaged. Logged in, out, changed computer.    Any ideas? Also - the support person was Mrinal, 1 star for their assistance.  

Why is the dates coming through on My Audit Report so Out of Wack? Is there  a setting I can change so it is inline with my current time in New Zealand.?Below is the date from Audit report when it was Created by meBelow is the local time that is when I actually created it.Please help

I am the creator and author of the pdf's I send out to sign. When they come back they are password protected with a password I didn't create. How do I find out this password?

Ich bin eine Schülerin einer Sprachschule in Berlin. Darf ich Adobe DC Pro 2020 kaufen?    Ich habe vor paar Jahren informiert, ob ein Schüler der Sprachschule auch Adobe DC Pro kaufen kann? Ein Verkäufer sagte ja, auch ein Schüler bei Volkshochschule, oder einer Sprachschule.   Gestern möchte ich das Produkt kaufen. Aber der Verkäufer sagt mir, es darf nur Studenten und Lehrer kaufen.   Frage: Was ist richtige Voraussetzung? Darf ein Schüler einer Sprachschule auch das Produkt kaufen?   Der Preis von Produkt ist zu teuer, und ich bin nur Sozialempfänger, ich habe nicht genügt Geld für übrigen Preis 429€ zu kaufen.   Gibt es Angebot für Sozialempfänger in Deutschland, damit ich das gute Produkt benutzen darf?

We have paid for 4 seats in adobe, but it will only let 2 computers in at a time. When I went on to my account to see what was going on, all four emails are in there as users. So if there are already two computers using adobe then the third person has to boot them off and completely log in, everytime. How can I fix this??? 

why cant i edit pdf instead of having to convert to word?

hello, I have created a fillable pdf form on the desktop using adobe dc and have paid for the subscription. When I send the pdf out to be signed from the desktop it goes theu perfectly gets signed and returned no problems. Now when I attempt to do the same task from the mobile version of adobe with the same document on the cloud it gets sent missing all the pre made fillable areas. any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!
