Adobe Acrobat Online

I am completely frustrated as I am paying for the service to convert pdf docs into word, however I keep getting the error message that I have no internet connection! Funny how I am on the internet right now! I have tried the trouble shooting steps and nothing seems to work. Can anyone assist me, I am desperate to get this sorted out! I managed to convert one document just after I paid the subscription fee and since then I have not been able to use it again. I am really unhappy about paying for something that does not work. Can anyone help me out with this???As mentioned, I have tried the troubleshooting steps I found in a similar post.

After combining several pdf files I find that the primary font used has a 15 point size.Is there a possibility to change that size to 12 point for the whole document (55 pages?)

After sharing a PDF via link from my documentcloud and commenting on it with other people I was unable to download it by clicking on the downside arrow button on the top-right corner.Steps to reproduce:Upload any pdfShare and generate a linkOpen the link and click on the said download buttonNothing happens but the arrow gets replaced by an endless loading icon I tested this on Firefox + Chromium on Linux and on Firefox + Chrome on Windows. The Document I had trouble with in the beginning had over 350 comments and out of desperation I tried unsharing it and downloading it afterwards. Apparently you cannot reshare an unshared file so now I am the only one having access to the said comments and I cannot get a local copy of the pdf. I tried logging in to the Desktop Acrobat Reader but it was "unable to find" the unshared file and I should try the Internet version. The Android App also didn't succeed to open the unshared pdf and suggested using the Desktop or Internet version.&nbs

Can I upload multiple files all at once? How?

I used the Adobe Reader desktop application to sign a few documents.  Adobe generated a URL for them.  I was not aware that the document would be stored in my Document Cloud.  The documents show a status of 'Archived'.  I want to delete those files, but there is no option to do so.  Is this because I have "Document Cloud Free Membership"?  Please help!

I have the Photography 20GB plan and I can't seem to edit or combine a PDF more than once a day online. I keep getting this error message whenever I try:Unable to process requestPlease contact customer support for help. It's a huge pain as I need this for work and don't want to revert to using third party services to do something as simple as combine PDFs...

I was able to adjust the pages in a PDF earlier today, now every time I try I get a box that says "Unable to process request". I've tried different browsers, same result. I have a plan that covers this feature.

i need to do 24 conversions for study material for next month but i can only do 3 a day. due to adobe telling me ive done too many conversions. I pay for the app and cant do any work. at this rate 12 days of doing to conversions will take up over a third of the time i have left to study the material...

I try to convert my PDF documnet to excel .But when see excel the columns with numbers is ok and the columns with names is something strange fonts (i cant reed or regognize)the security method from pdf is  "No Protection"the PDF document have greek names as you can see i dont know what is go wrongcan you help me please?

Please help. Adobde will not Save or Print to PDF the files that I combine. Instead it makes me close out of the entire program and redo the process over again after creating one binder that will Print to PDF. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program and have been troubleshooting for two days now. I can't keep having this happen as I use this program for work every day. Photos have been attached to show examples of the error messages I receive. This is extremely frustrating. 

I have had this service for more than a year, able to combine, fill and sign, etc. online. Past week I keep getting "daily limit reached" error. Adobe customer service was no help. Any suggesttions?

I am emailing large files to a client using adobe cloud. The client recieves links to those files. Do those links ever expire?  Will my client always have access as long as I do not delete those docuemnts or as long as their email is not deleted? 

I have a PDF that is showing the "not supported or damaged file" error. I received this pdf through a USB drive. It is very difficult for me to request the document again. Is there a way this error can be fixed? I use Adobe version 2021.007.20099 on Windows 10 Pro

I'm having trouble sending for signatures. I need signatures from 3 separate people. I entered their emails, assigned each a signature box, but the invite only got sent to one of the three. The other two are labeled as signers, but it looks like they have not gotten the invite

Hello I have converted a PDF (Resume Template) to Word, but unfortunately the text is not in text blocks. Can I set this somewhere so that the text is automatically made into text blocks when the PDF was converted to word?

Hi,I'm looking for a simple solution for my students who need to fill in 5 x PDF workbooks.I have the digital copies of the workbooks but google & word both arent great for editing and returning these documents.Is there a way I can use adobe to store them, share a link to the students to view and edit (they will need a copy of each booklet each) and easily return to me upon completion?Thanks

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Trying to find the option to import excel data into a fillable form. I open the fillable form, clicked fill and sign, I cannot find the option to for Tools - Import from file Please help.

I just got Acrobat DC v21 and am having a strange issue with printing to .pdf.In the previous version, I could hit "Print" then choose  Print to .pdf" and when the next dialogue box would pop open (The box where you choose the folder to save the file), the document/file name would show the "File name:". Now it is blank and I have to name the file myself. I won't get into the lengthy explanation as to why I have to print to .pdf except to say that I work with legal docs. Might this be a configuration issue?

Why can't I convert document to PDF? Is there a fee I haven't paid, and if so how do I do that?
