All of a sudden when I go organize pages, I get this error: SEE ATTACHED: I am fully up-to-date, rebooted, etc. Thanks!
I was able to send a pdf to myself a couple of times to test this and it worked.I was able to sign my own document, but now it won't work and says to contact adobe. I did not think I was in any kind of free trial. I sent one, it went ok, tried to send another and now it won'r work. In my photography plan, I opened up creative cloud, under the web tab, there is Acrobat and it says Launch. It does not say download or try like many other things..............so is it free and I just have an issue? Thanks.
Hi, When I am trying to "create tag from selection" in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, the tag is created however, I noticed that Words are combined. Please advise how to correct this. Refer to the attached screenshot. ThanksRajat
I just received notification on Monday July 5th (end of a holiday week end when many might miss the email) that when you share a PDF file via Adobe Cloud Share and the recipient clicks the link to view the file, the click will no longer be tracked and no notification will be sent to you, the sender. The two benefits of Adobe Cloud share are:1. Sharing without sending the PDF attachment2. NotificationI don't understand why Adobe would remove this feature. They state that it is due to 'low use.' I think that Adobe is guaranteeing even lower use. Adobe Cloud share is more efficient that other methods but perhaps it is due to competition from Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc. and the cost that Adobe is incurring of many terabytes of storage? Trying hard to understand this one. See the post from Adobe here with all of the features removals:https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/kb/removed-features.html?trackingid=LVC1T2XT&mv=email

Hi, I have been trying resolve issues with Adobe, I was told by an IT person via work that the OCR issue I was trying to get fixed or find a solution for, was actually the result of Fonts. The way I understood from the explanation is the when you purchase Adobe, there's a certain set of fonts that come with it and other fonts from other programs or applications can cause the OCR not be performed at all or partially OCR it, hence the "rendering text error" message when you try to OCR a document or when you create the PDF during the conversion process (MS word to Adobe). My question is how is possible? Are all fonts universally used? I find it wierd because it happens to documents that I scanned or converted to PDF.I find it hard to wrap my mind around it, can someone help explain this to me?

I got an email today saying 'On 19 August 2021, we will be discontinuing certain low-use features in Adobe Acrobat online services related to tracking and reminders for shared documents and sorting documents based on certain fields. ' I have templated legal docs which require certain fields to be completed and then signed by different people. I presume these docs are shared in order that each can sign - am I going to lose the use of my templates? Thank you
Hi, I just installed Acrobat Pro DC today. Then I published a file in pdf format using the SDL tool. Once the pdf was downloaded, I opened it but all the text within the pdf shows as if selected/gray highlighted. I also tried saving the file in Word format and the same problem occurs with the Word file as well. Please advise the corrective action. Thanks!
Could you please help in the above topic?
We have several users that depend on Send and Track, and are using their Adobe ID's with Acrobat 2020. They are no longer able to use the Send and Track feature, and receive an error that there is a problem with their Document Cloud. We have tried several troubleshooting steps, which include Signing out of their Acrobat ID, Signing in as another user, and recreating the user profile on the PC. I believe that the issue has to do with their Adobe ID, and have noted the following1) Under a different user profile (w/ different Adobe ID) Send and track from Outlook works fine, and user can signout/in with Adobe ID as expected2) Under the original user login and Adobe ID, User cannot use Send and Track from Outlook, cannot run Acrobat Update, Occasionally shows logged out in Acrobat although they are logged in 3) Recreating their profile (with new User.dat) The issue persists, leading me to believe that it is tied to their Adobe ID4) If the user with the issue logs out and ba

I recently upgraded to Reader DC Ver 2015.008.20082. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit OS. Prior to upgrading(Adobe XI), I was able to open PDF documents and use Fill & Sign to add information. However, since the upgrade when I click on Fill & Sign, it gives me a blank page. The mouse appears to be loading or processing something but the page I want to edit does not load. The odd thing is it runs on my friends Windows 8.1 machine as expected. It allows me to add text fields and save it. The question is why doesn't it work on Windows 7?I've tried uninstalling Adobe DC and reinstalling. I've tried disabling and even removing the McAfee Antivirus and replaced it with AVG Antivirus. Thank you for your help!
Adobe Document Cloud plugin for SharePoint works well when used for Azure AD users (internal). Option "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" doesn't show up in browser when tried the same option for Azure AD guest accounts (B2b). See attached the screenshot. Plugin is registered and shown under Microsoft My Apps. https://myapplications.microsoft.com/

Hi,I am looking for a product to digitally sign documents.- documents would be in PDF format and then sent to user to approve, they would sign the document to indicate they approve it and then would email/share/send it to the next party that needs to review the same document and they would sign it or "sign off" on it and the document would be complete.- ideally the document could be shared to the user for them to review and sign so that the owner knows it has been approved before sharing it to another dept/user for further approval or completion. What kind of product would you recommend for this type of workflow? PDFs are currently used but there is no digital signature in place yet.Has anyone used "DocuSign Business Pro Edition" ? Does Adobe have something that can accommodate this?Or if there is a better suited forum that the question be posted in, please let me know and I will repost or help me move it there. Thanks,
Starting today, any time I open a PDF and go to "Fill and Sign" in the toolbar, it goes to a screen first that asks "who needs to fill and sign first?". I open hundreds of PDFs per day and already can't have it automatically go to "Fill and Sign". This additional step is unbearable. Please let me know how to disable this (and how to have Fill and Sign open automatically when opening a PDF if that has been resolved). Thank you so much!

Greetings everyone,I have a user who is able to certify a PDF file but they are not prompted to enter the PIV Card PIN for each document. She was prompted initially for the PIN but now it stopped. Any thoughts?
I have a user who certified her document but a message appears stating signature invalid. Also, instead of displaying CERTIFIED BY the signature shows DIGITAL SIGNATURE. I also tested and received the same results. How can we ensure the signature displays CERTIFIED BY TIFFANY CARSON? Your responses are greatly appreciated. We are on a tight deadline. Thank you Tiff
Is there short-cut keys that will open the add bates dialog box > add > choose saved/default format > and quickly insert cursor in bate box to add numbers... I do this a lot with Adobe Pro and it is very time consuming. Any sort of short cut, quick bate option would be a daily life changer. Thank you !
