Adobe Acrobat Online

After pdf'ing one excel file, a banner comes up telling me to subscribe to PDF pack or wait 24 hours to pdf another document. But I have an active subscription to pdf pack already. 45 minutes on a chat with support did not resolve this issue.

"Currently operation in process . Continuing will cancel that operation"This is what i get every time i try to bind documents. What can i do to fix it? Thank you

I am trying to get a document e-signed in Adobe Acrobat DC, using the Adobe Sign tool.  I chose my document, ten added who I wanted to sign it.  But, once I try to go to the next step, it says I am not online.  I go to a different website, and see I am indeed able to send & receive info. online, but Adobe still says I am not online.  This is the first time this has happened to me, but it is also the first time I am trying to get a 16-page document e-signed while overseas.  Help?PS: I am using Adobe Sign, not "Fill & Sign", but there's no category for "Adobe Sign", so I chose what I felt was the next best thing (fill & sign).

Hi,I get a conversion error when trying to convert from pdf to word. I have tried checking for new updates, converting different documents, trying on a different computer with my account and changed the Wifi connection i am using so i am not using any company firewalls.I have been able to convert documents in the past no problem but not any more. I can convert documents using the app on my phone. Any ideas what is wrong?

When trying to add signature on fill and sign screen goes black and instantly takes me back to my home screen. Using an iPad Air with Adobe fill and sign 17.01.

On Dead ine with project. Trying to capture text from PDF word doc I generated during research. Purchased/ subscribed to Adobe Export PDF.But when I select CONVERT, it just takes me back to Website and asks if I want to Purchase again and again ...[Title edited by moderator]

When I try to open a pdf document, nothing happens.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe several times.  Once re-installed, it will only work for a short period of time and then I will have the problem again.  I click on the pdf document to open it and nothing happens.

When converting pdf to excel, it was not converting all of my pages. So I deleted the pages and converted BLANK files from my cloud, split up the pdf file into 1 page each and started to do one page at a time. I am now getting an error when converting that states "transaction limited exceeded". What is this and why am I getting it? Also, why cant I find anything about "transaction limits" for my Adobe Export PDF plan? If I had known anything about this limitation, I would not have spent my money on this.

When I go to export out of fill and sign, im getting the error box that says, "Could not share file. Your device does not have enough storage space. Happening on iOS and Android. All the devices have several gigs of space available. What do I do?

I started a trial of Adobe Sign, filled out all the info in a PDF and tried to save.  I get this error.  I cannot leave the page or I lose all my work.  Can anyone help?I am using Chrome.Thanks so much

I do not have the option of downloading my serial number, or the software after purchasing ExportPDF.  It is not in the profile as described in the "help" section.

With the new updates I lost a lot of functionality.

I can no longer save PDF to document cloud. I had been successful with this service for over 2 years, then it just quit.
