I've never had an issue converting PDF to Word Files, but now I am getting a 400 error every time I attempt. I've tried on both Safari and Chrome and still have same issue. See attached screenshot. Please advise - URGENT.
can anyone advise how I can get back my documents in document cloud. I was abroad and on my return asked to resign in as a result all the documents are not there.
I have a filled out form on Ipad that needs a signature. When I open document in fill & sign, I see a blank form with no information. The app lets me sign my name, but again it is on a blank form
When I export a pdf to a word document, the font changes and the words are misspelled.
Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help. I scanned bank statements & save them in pdf. Unfortunately the export outcome was horrible. The data is everywhere or it merged into one big cells. Some data was overlapping too. The data is totally un-editable. I ended up spending more time to adjust / tidy it into readable format or usable data. I tried different bank statements. The export outcome is similar - very bad. Like the bank statements, I just need the data to be in debit, credit and balance columns so I can manipulate them quickly. Any advice?
I am trying to use my annual acrobat subscription to export a pdf file to Excel. I have used this successfully many times in the past, but not for a few months, and when I now log in I get taken to a mainly blank screen, with nothing in the "Quick Start" section. I am using Internet Explorer 11, but am getting the same result if I try to use Chrome (which appears to be an up to date version of Chrome). I've spoken to the technical helpdesk at Adobe but they said they could not assist, and that the forum was the only place to get help for this type of issue. If anyone has any ideas as to what might be wrong I'd be very grateful! Many thanksMessage was edited by: Stuart Preston I should have added that I am using Windows 7 Professional.

Can someone from Adobe please give clear step by step instructions how to stop Acrobat Pro CC from sending files to the online storage, and how to remove those files from your servers. My work computer has sent a bunch a sensitive files to the document cloud. I need to stop this happening, or even better close the document cloud part of my account down (while keeping the creative cloud part). Due to our clients, I am legally bound to not have these documents stored anywhere other than on a work server, and this is a sackable offence for me. I need a solution quickly. I disabled sync, but then I was prevented from sharing files across CC libraries, and there are still files in the cloud. In your arms race to compete with DropBox icloud etc and grab as much of the market as possible by forcing users to use your cloud, you are putting people's security at risk. We all remember the Adobe password hack of not that long ago which is one of the reasons why we can not store docs anywhere in the
Hello, I wonder if you could help me please regarding an important file I hope I haven't lost. I was annotating a pdf file in adobe reader, but hadn't logged in to document cloud for some time. I had a document with the same name on document cloud. Tonight, when I logged into document cloud, the file on my device just updated to the (older) version from the document cloud, I suspect overwriting it. Is there a way to get this back please? I fear I have lost a lot of work.
I saw that in the new version of Adobe fill&sign the function no longer exists At this link of dec 2018 (help section) it seems still exists...Compilare e firmare moduli PDF con Adobe Acrobat Fill & Sign Some idea ti fix this problem?
I try to combine word-files into a combined PDF-file, which happened without problems until recently. Now the message :"File not supported" appears on the screen when I try . It gives no reason why these Word-files are not supported
When I convert files from PDF to Excel most of the data is put into 1 cell instead of keeping the same format as in the PFD. This makes the data unusable for what Iusing PDF converter for. Is there a setting that can be changed? I have tried to convert it online and through acrobat reader with the exact same results. any help wouldbe greatly appreciated!
I'm converting a pdf to Word doc. The Word doc has tables with data. Some of the data is lost when I do the conversion. How do I prevent the loss in data?
Hi, I just recently bought a subscription to the cloud exporting/conversion service from Adobe.I had a series of very similar files which I needed to convert into .xls format, but a few of them refused to convert over, despite them being nearly the same as the others which could be converted. For the ones that didn't convert, I had to resort to using .docx, but there was one file that could not be converted at all, into any of the four formats that Adobe provides. What do I do with this file? I have tried changing to different browsers, clearing the cache, deleting and reuploading the file I want to convert, but none of it seems to work. The file is 11MB. I have a near identical file which convert just fine, but for this one file, it keeps saying that, "an error had occured which stopped the processing of the pdf." Any help would be appreciated. I do not have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as I am a university student and I cannot afford it. I also cannot convert on the Adobe Acrobat R

When i click on Export PDF the up arrow changes to a down arrow or the down arrow changes to an up arrow, but the convert file menu isn't popping up. It has worked in the past and i need it to work now - is there some sort of systemwide glitch going on or what?
I subscribed to Export PDF and was able to successfully convert one PDF file on the first day. Now, about a month later, when I try to convert another PDF file, I am simply shown the new subscription page, as if I wasn't already a subscriber. I double-checked to make sure I have a valid subscription (I do) and that I am signed in (I am). I have been unable to find an answer to this issue in the FAQ. So hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks a lot!
When I create a link with 2 files, 133MB and 325MB in size, the link works fine. When I create a link with 2 files 180MB and 325MB in size, and try to download using that link, I get the following response:{"error": {"code": "TooBig", "message": "Total size of assets exceeds limit.", "details": {"total_size": 529672703, "limit": "max_total_size"}}}Clearly, there is a (new to me) 500MB asset limit now imposed by the server. The error JSON is uncaught by the client code.My question is, is the 500MB now Adobe Document Cloud policy? If so, it greatly limits the utility of the service for me. I have used this service for years, transferring many GBs of data. So if Adobe is going to impose new limits, say so in an email. And please, fix your client to catch error messages and display them properly.BTW, a single file of 539MB works just fine.I just did a test where I zipped a file and uploaded it to Document Cloud--1.2GB. As a single file, I could create a l
I send pdfs for review on acrobat (document cloud) and the people who are making comments on the shared document have reported that some of their comments are disappearing. (Example: They've said that 6 comments will be made. The comments show up as they normally would when comments or highlights are posted. Then next time they open the document, only 2 or 3 out of the 6 comments are saved.) Is there an explanation for this? They've also mention they don't see a connection warning or pop up error notification when this happens.
We are integrating Adobe Acrobat capabilities into MS Dynamics 365. We can do it all except that the redaction tool in Acrobat DC Pro is not available in Adobe Document cloud services. Any ideas would be a big help.
I have encountered the message "encountered an unexpected error" when I am trying to open up my PDF pack plan. It was working fine until two weeks. Please help.
Hello,I keep running into a problem where when publishing a pdfs template the publishing gets stuck at 40%. I'm not sure what the problem could be.Thank you,Austin
It has not been password protected by me. It was a document created in Quickbooks. It's been downloaded to my PC and when the PDF is opened it doesn't ask me for a password. However, when I try to convert it, it tells me it's password protected! If I look in the bar at the top of the open document, it states (SECURED) in brackets at the top. As I have stated, I have not created a password for these documents. The first I knew about this was when I tried to turn one into a PDF. Please can anyone help. Been on to Adobe chat and they say only the forum can help, they cannot!????
I would like to extract pages from a PDF-file in my browser. The only options I have is to insert pages or to rotate them.
I have the cloud converter, when I convert to doc or ecxl they are not editable and this is the intention
